開發(fā)制作的一個(gè)商品交易系統(tǒng),并以此作為我畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題. 商品交易系 統(tǒng)是根據(jù)學(xué)院學(xué)生信息所需要進(jìn)行一些常規(guī)管理而為管理人員設(shè)計(jì)的一種管理 軟件。有系統(tǒng)維護(hù)、商品交易、綜合查詢、幫助幾大模塊。此軟件對(duì)一般的商 系統(tǒng)分析主要是對(duì)現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行充分的調(diào)查研究,細(xì)致了解現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀 和業(yè)務(wù)流程,及其存在的主要問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出新系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型。商品入 庫和查詢與結(jié)帳是一個(gè)經(jīng)常需要處理的事情。本案例結(jié)合商品交易的情況，介 紹利用 vb 的應(yīng)用程序向?qū)е谱饕粋€(gè)商品交易系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)以主/從窗體 為表現(xiàn)形式的窗體類型，說明了如何使用本系統(tǒng)。程序不一定是很復(fù)雜，但方 法是非常重要的。 11 系統(tǒng)初步調(diào)查 系統(tǒng)初步調(diào)查的主要目標(biāo)就是從普通用戶和管理人員的角度看新項(xiàng)目開發(fā) 有無必要和可能。初步調(diào)查的內(nèi)容包括兩方面：調(diào)查內(nèi)容和分析內(nèi)容。前者包 括商品交易有關(guān)的整體信息、有關(guān)人員的信息及有關(guān)工作的信息（只了解什么） ， 包括主要瀏覽、查詢處理功能；后者主要分析此公司所有的信息。包括添加商 品交易的記錄、修改商品交易的記錄、刪除商品交易的記錄等信息，也可進(jìn)行 普通用戶所能做的操作。商品交易管理全面負(fù)責(zé)此公司所有商品交易的信息。 推進(jìn)此公司銷售管理的自動(dòng)化、無紙化具有其積極的意義。本商品交易管理系 統(tǒng)就是針對(duì)這一狀況而設(shè)計(jì)的。 從以上情況總結(jié)分析來看，在該公司管理工作中存在的問題有： 1. 管理工作缺乏規(guī)范，有關(guān)人員對(duì)商品交易管理的情況缺乏了解。 2. 商品交易管理工作手工處理，工作量大，出錯(cuò)率高，經(jīng)常給日常工作 帶來麻煩。 3. 公司職工對(duì)本公司產(chǎn)品情況及商品銷售情況，經(jīng)常聯(lián)系的顧客信息掌 握不及時(shí)、不準(zhǔn)確，影響職工的工作效率。 12 系統(tǒng)可行性分析 有效地管理此公司商品的銷售及交易情況現(xiàn)狀是支持本公司正常經(jīng)營(yíng)的重 要工作之一。本公司管理員對(duì)商品交易的管理，不僅涉及到公司工作人員能否 方便工作,而且還會(huì)直接影響到公司能否很好經(jīng)營(yíng)管理。面對(duì)商品交易管理的現(xiàn) 狀，該面對(duì)如下二種選擇： 1. 不做任何變化，維持商品交易管理的手工管理現(xiàn)狀。 2. 根據(jù)此公司的實(shí)際情況，自行開發(fā)一套商品交易管理軟件。 第一種選擇顯然是要被排除掉的，因?yàn)樵摴镜念I(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)商品交易管理的重 要性都有很深的認(rèn)識(shí)，迫切希望通過建立商品交易管理系統(tǒng)來使此公司管理工 作更進(jìn)一步規(guī)范化、制度化和程序化，避免管理的隨意性，提高信息處理的速 度和準(zhǔn)確性，以便及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地把握好商品交易的信息，改變管理混亂的現(xiàn)狀， 以提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策的水平。最后，能讓此公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)選擇的只有第二種方式了.還有 進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)技術(shù)也十分的成熟；能更加適應(yīng)此公司的需要，更好的滿足它 的要求，系統(tǒng)具有高度的可移植性，能適應(yīng)它未來發(fā)展的需要。通過此管理系 統(tǒng)的使用，讓該公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)一步加深對(duì)自身管理信息系統(tǒng)重要性和必要性的認(rèn) 識(shí)，為自身下一步實(shí)現(xiàn)全面電子化信息管理奠定一個(gè)良好的基礎(chǔ)。 1.3 系統(tǒng)安全性方面 為了增強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)安全性,保證系統(tǒng)啟用以后不會(huì)出現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)丟失、死機(jī)等現(xiàn)象， 并保證數(shù)據(jù)庫的一致性、并發(fā)性和可移植性，而且要具有定期備份、數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù) 的功能，不同崗位的人員進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)后只能調(diào)用不同的資源。具體說明如下： 1.大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫本身都具有事務(wù)回卷、定期備份等功能。只要在開發(fā) 中后臺(tái)選用大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫，系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)安全還是有保證的。 2.在權(quán)限管理方面，根據(jù)該公司的實(shí)際情況和從簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)出發(fā)，對(duì) 后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫不用做嚴(yán)格的權(quán)限控制，只要通過前臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)工具對(duì) 用戶登錄權(quán)限進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格劃分和控制就可以了。 3. 使用實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)的人員，可以劃分成二類： 系統(tǒng)管理：對(duì)系統(tǒng)擁有最高權(quán)限，可以修改、設(shè)定所有人員的密 碼和權(quán)限，并擁有對(duì)系統(tǒng)的查詢、修改、刪除等權(quán)限。 普通用戶：擁有對(duì)系統(tǒng)的查詢、瀏覽等權(quán)限。只能修改自己的 密碼和用戶名，不能修改別人的密碼。 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析的結(jié)果，按照結(jié)構(gòu)化的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法，對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流圖采 用變換中心法或事務(wù)中心法進(jìn)行分析，對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能分解，得到系統(tǒng)的第一 輪 hipo 分層圖，如圖 3.1 所示。 hipo 分層圖用一個(gè)方塊代表一個(gè)模塊，方塊內(nèi)寫出標(biāo)識(shí)此模塊的處理功能 或模塊名。模塊之間的調(diào)用關(guān)系用連結(jié)兩模塊的直線表示。采用自頂向下擴(kuò)展 的方法先畫綜合性較強(qiáng)、層次較少的模塊結(jié)構(gòu)，然后再根據(jù)需要一步一步擴(kuò)充， 這一模塊是一切工作的基礎(chǔ)。其中包括數(shù)據(jù)備份、數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)、用戶和密碼等功 能。用戶和密碼是對(duì)教務(wù)管理員來說的,可以增加用戶或刪除某個(gè)用戶,可以更 改用戶的使用密碼,以及更改用戶的權(quán)限。 權(quán)限分為：一、管理員 二、普通用戶 系統(tǒng)維護(hù)安全要求：就按照用戶不同身份和權(quán)利，控制系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能的使用者身份和 數(shù)據(jù)的訪問權(quán)限。系統(tǒng)設(shè)置用戶的身份以便控制各個(gè)文件的處理權(quán)限和處理方法。這就要 求系統(tǒng)能夠嚴(yán)格設(shè)置系統(tǒng)管理員。系統(tǒng)初始設(shè)置一個(gè)超級(jí)用戶名和密碼，管理者可以利用 這個(gè)超級(jí)用戶名和密碼登錄。之后可以設(shè)置其他的超級(jí)用戶名，也可以設(shè)置權(quán)限。 如下圖： 2.3 數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì) 在系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)中，首先要對(duì)系統(tǒng)分析得到的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行分析，分 析各數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)之間的關(guān)系，可采用 e-r 商品交易管理系統(tǒng)我使用的前臺(tái)開發(fā)工具為 visual basic 6.0 數(shù)據(jù)庫，后臺(tái) 為數(shù)據(jù)庫為 access 2000。數(shù)據(jù)庫 access 2000 的安全性能雖然不是很強(qiáng)大， 但是相對(duì)來說也比較復(fù)雜，下面將從系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析 的結(jié)果，對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全性進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)。 1.1. 對(duì)所有商品交易管理系統(tǒng)前臺(tái)登錄的合法用戶，都以 dbo 的角 色來訪問后臺(tái)庫存數(shù)據(jù)庫。 2.2. 通過前臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)工具 visual basic 6.0 對(duì)用戶登錄權(quán)限進(jìn)行 嚴(yán)格的控制管理。在系統(tǒng)操作員表內(nèi)將登錄用戶劃分為二個(gè)組：管理 員、普通用戶。 系統(tǒng)管理組內(nèi)的人員是系統(tǒng)的最高管理者，對(duì)操作組和查詢 組內(nèi)的人員和密碼有增加、刪除和修改的權(quán)限，并對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的所 有菜單有操作的權(quán)限。 只對(duì)系統(tǒng)一部分菜單功能操作，如瀏覽各個(gè)菜單下的信息，不 leibieleibie lidlidlnamelname 1只 2支 3個(gè) 4箱 5大箱 6小箱 7小瓶 8瓶 9件 10打 能增加、刪除和修改等操作。 3 第一次進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)時(shí)，默認(rèn)的管理員為 kikyou 密碼為 123456。本系統(tǒng) 由管理員 kikyou 負(fù)責(zé)添加和刪除操作組和查詢組的用戶。 系統(tǒng)登錄窗口界面如下：如果沒有此用戶，也可以注冊(cè)管理員和一般用戶。界面 如下： 2.62.6 界面設(shè)計(jì)界面設(shè)計(jì) 由于該公司庫存管理信息系統(tǒng)的最終用戶是對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)并不精通的管理 人員，從他們的應(yīng)用需求出發(fā)，應(yīng)該本著用戶操作界面友好、清晰、易學(xué)易用、 易于維護(hù)的原則來進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 2.72.7主界面主界面 本系統(tǒng)的用戶界面設(shè)計(jì)是將屏幕劃分為幾個(gè)區(qū),如下前臺(tái)和后臺(tái)管理主界 面所示： 工作區(qū) 菜單欄 工作區(qū) 菜單欄 在屏幕最上方的為主菜單區(qū)，顯示本功能子系統(tǒng)的主菜單，用戶可以用鼠標(biāo) 或光標(biāo)鍵左右移動(dòng)光帶來選擇下拉菜單選擇項(xiàng)。 當(dāng)用戶通過菜單或選擇了所要進(jìn)行的工作后，系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)處理功能，這時(shí)整個(gè)業(yè) 務(wù)處理活動(dòng)在屏幕的中間區(qū)域工作區(qū)進(jìn)行。當(dāng)用戶為業(yè)務(wù)處理完畢后，系統(tǒng)將返回 到進(jìn)入此處理之前的原始菜單顯示狀態(tài)。 . .2.8 項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì) 商品交易系統(tǒng)的管理信息詳細(xì)資料項(xiàng)目界面設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)編號(hào)從小到大排列, search 將顯示所以符合要求的記錄,可以在編號(hào)內(nèi)輸入編號(hào),進(jìn)行模糊查詢和精確 查詢你所需的記錄, 該模塊的主要分為兩部分：一是完成選擇要查詢的字段、 條件操作符等功能；二是用來顯示用戶進(jìn)行查詢的完整條件及查詢、退出按鈕。 當(dāng)查詢的條件選擇完畢，點(diǎn)擊確定按鈕，在顯示部分顯示出來后，點(diǎn)擊查詢按 鈕才正式完成該模塊的查詢功能。會(huì)調(diào)出另外一個(gè)窗口來顯示用戶所要查詢的 前端軟件開發(fā)工具的選擇前端軟件開發(fā)工具的選擇 在 delphi、visual basic 中，我選擇 visual basic 6.0 作為開發(fā)這套庫 存管理系統(tǒng)的前端開發(fā)工具。visual basic 6.0 是 microsoft 公司最新的 32 位 windows 開發(fā)工具，我使用的是 visual basic 6.0 的漢化版本，所以不存語 言方面的障礙。 visual basic 6.0 企業(yè)版除了完全的漢化外，更重要的是它在代碼生成、 activex 技術(shù)、internet 和數(shù)據(jù)庫編程等諸多方面都較其它編程語言有優(yōu)勢(shì)， 包括：能創(chuàng)建超高速的應(yīng)用程序的本地代碼編輯器；具有創(chuàng)建 internet 應(yīng)用程 序的服務(wù)器端編程模型；使用創(chuàng)建可重用基于組件的 activex data object（ado）環(huán)境，可簡(jiǎn)便地訪問遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)；集成了可視化瀏覽、創(chuàng)建、修改 數(shù)據(jù)庫方案的企業(yè)版 visual database tools. 3.1.2 后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫的選擇后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫的選擇 microsoft access 2003 是 microsoft 公司開發(fā)的一個(gè)小型數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系 統(tǒng)，access 2003 是創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用程序的工具。用戶可以創(chuàng)建自己的應(yīng)用程 序或者按照要求自定義隨同 access 發(fā)布的任何其他應(yīng)用程序。 microsoft 采用 state-of-the-art 關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)，保證 access 應(yīng)用 程序的快速和可靠性。他們也在優(yōu)化性能和特色上花了很多的功夫。microsoft 基本功能，設(shè)計(jì)好系統(tǒng)各主要部分，將一些細(xì)節(jié)問題考慮周全后進(jìn)行開發(fā)才會(huì) 使后來的工作進(jìn)行得很順利。 課題設(shè)計(jì)使得我對(duì)這學(xué)期所學(xué)的專業(yè)課有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)于我來說
