總學(xué)時(shí)280/講授256學(xué)時(shí)/實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)時(shí)24學(xué)時(shí))為了適應(yīng)新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)，根據(jù)教育部最近頒布的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求(試行)和我校的實(shí)際情況，特制定甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱，用于指導(dǎo)我校本科大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，同時(shí)作為學(xué)校對(duì)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)評(píng)估的依據(jù)。一、教學(xué)性質(zhì)和目標(biāo)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程是我校非英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生的一門(mén)必修基礎(chǔ)課。大學(xué)英語(yǔ)是以英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)與應(yīng)用技能、學(xué)習(xí)策略和跨文化交際為主要內(nèi)容，以外語(yǔ)教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)，并集多種教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)手段為一體的教學(xué)體系。甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的總體目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)綜合應(yīng)用能力，在此基礎(chǔ)上逐步提高學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力，使他們?cè)诮窈蠊ぷ骱蜕鐣?huì)交往中能用英語(yǔ)有效地進(jìn)行書(shū)面和口頭的信息交流，同時(shí)增強(qiáng)其英語(yǔ)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，提高綜合文化素養(yǎng)，以適應(yīng)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展和國(guó)際交流的需要.二、教學(xué)要求我校的學(xué)生入校水平詞匯量要求在18002000左右。經(jīng)過(guò)大學(xué)階段學(xué)習(xí)，畢業(yè)時(shí)要達(dá)到教育部制定的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求中的一般要求的水平，并通過(guò)國(guó)家四級(jí)英語(yǔ)考試或甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)水平考試。具體要求為：1、聽(tīng)力理解能力：能基本聽(tīng)懂英語(yǔ)國(guó)家人士的談話(huà)和講座，能聽(tīng)懂題材熟悉、篇幅較長(zhǎng)、語(yǔ)速為每分鐘150詞左右的會(huì)話(huà)、談話(huà)、報(bào)道或講座，能掌握其中心大意，抓住要點(diǎn)和相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)。領(lǐng)會(huì)講話(huà)者的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度，并能進(jìn)行分析、推理和判斷。能運(yùn)用聽(tīng)力技巧幫助理解。2、口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力：能用英語(yǔ)比較流利地進(jìn)行日常交流，較好地掌握會(huì)話(huà)策略，能基本表達(dá)個(gè)人意見(jiàn)、情感、觀點(diǎn)等，能基本陳述事實(shí)、事件、理由等，表達(dá)思想清楚，語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)基本正確。3、閱讀理解能力：能基本閱讀英語(yǔ)國(guó)家大眾性報(bào)刊雜志上的一般性題材的文章，閱讀速度為每分鐘80詞。在快速閱讀篇幅較長(zhǎng)的材料時(shí)，閱讀速度為每分鐘120詞。能就閱讀材料進(jìn)行略讀或?qū)ぷx。能借助詞典閱讀所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的綜述性文獻(xiàn)，并能正確理解中心大意，抓住主要事實(shí)和有關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)。能在閱讀中使用有效的閱讀技巧。4、書(shū)面表達(dá)能力：能就一般性、熟悉的主題基本表達(dá)個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)；能寫(xiě)出所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)論文的英文摘要；能描述各種圖表說(shuō)明圖表表達(dá)的含義；能就熟悉的題材在30分鐘內(nèi)寫(xiě)出150詞左右的短文，內(nèi)容完整，條理清楚，文理通順，語(yǔ)法正確。5、翻譯能力：能借助詞典翻譯一般英語(yǔ)國(guó)家報(bào)刊上題材熟悉的文章，能摘譯所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的英語(yǔ)科普文章。英漢譯速為每小時(shí)300個(gè)英語(yǔ)單詞，漢英譯速為每小時(shí)250個(gè)漢字。譯文基本通順達(dá)意，無(wú)嚴(yán)重理解錯(cuò)誤和語(yǔ)言錯(cuò)誤。6、掌握的詞匯量：領(lǐng)會(huì)式掌握5500個(gè)單詞和1200個(gè)詞組（包括中學(xué)和一般要求應(yīng)該掌握的詞匯），其中2200個(gè)單詞為積極詞匯（包括一般要求應(yīng)該掌握的積極詞匯），復(fù)用式掌握600個(gè)詞組。三、教學(xué)模式及教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)安排實(shí)行傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)和多媒體自主學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合的模式，并逐步由傳統(tǒng)模式向“統(tǒng)一模式+個(gè)性化模式”轉(zhuǎn)化，即“基于計(jì)算機(jī)（網(wǎng)絡(luò)）和課堂的多媒體教學(xué)模式” （3+1+X）。 大學(xué)英語(yǔ)總學(xué)時(shí)為280學(xué)時(shí)，每周4課時(shí)：3課時(shí)為大班課，以閱讀教學(xué)為主。教師講授語(yǔ)言知識(shí)方面的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)及閱讀技能的要求、方法等，學(xué)生以輸入為主。另外1課時(shí)為多媒體語(yǔ)音室授課，以聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練為主要活動(dòng)，并給予個(gè)性化的指導(dǎo)，學(xué)生以輸出為主。X為課后自主學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，學(xué)生借助于課本、單機(jī)、無(wú)線(xiàn)聽(tīng)力系統(tǒng)、校園網(wǎng)，開(kāi)展聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯全方位的技能訓(xùn)練，培養(yǎng)自主學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)的能力。綜合英語(yǔ)課程1-4課程學(xué)時(shí)開(kāi)課形式考試形式及所占比例目的綜合英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)54普通教室，約60人客觀題為主45%幫助學(xué)生理解和掌握語(yǔ)言知識(shí)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用6聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、寫(xiě)、譯（1次多媒體教室，約60人）主觀題為主，其中：聽(tīng)說(shuō)30%，寫(xiě)譯15% 學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)論文寫(xiě)作英美文化應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作五、科學(xué)合理地選擇教材教材是實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)大綱確定的教學(xué)目標(biāo)的重要保證。為了打好語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)，培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用能力，提高文化素養(yǎng)，教材應(yīng)為課堂教學(xué)提供最佳的語(yǔ)言樣本和有系統(tǒng)性、有針對(duì)性的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的材料。教材應(yīng)注意思想性、科學(xué)性、實(shí)用性和趣味性，要處理好知識(shí)性與可思性、系統(tǒng)性與靈活性、可接受性與前瞻性、語(yǔ)言典范和時(shí)代氣息的關(guān)系。教師要充分利用教材所提供的語(yǔ)言材料組織好課堂教學(xué)和指導(dǎo)學(xué)生課外自學(xué)。因此，我校大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平、專(zhuān)業(yè)方向，充分利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)，選擇教育部推薦的全國(guó)優(yōu)秀立體化教材，如 大學(xué)英語(yǔ)（第三版）、新編大學(xué)英語(yǔ)、大學(xué)體驗(yàn)英語(yǔ)、大學(xué)英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)教程、全新版大學(xué)英語(yǔ)，并補(bǔ)充一些教輔材料，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生閱讀英語(yǔ)報(bào)刊和雜志，收聽(tīng)收看英語(yǔ)廣播和電視節(jié)目。六. 評(píng)估與測(cè)試1、教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)估教學(xué)評(píng)估是大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)評(píng)估（從06年9月份開(kāi)始）分形成性評(píng)估和終結(jié)性評(píng)估兩部分： 1）形成性評(píng)估 形成性評(píng)估可采用描述性評(píng)價(jià)、等級(jí)評(píng)定或平分等評(píng)價(jià)記錄方式。教師要根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與學(xué)生進(jìn)行不同形式的交流，充分肯定學(xué)生的進(jìn)步，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自我反思、自我提高。 2）終結(jié)性評(píng)估在每學(xué)期結(jié)束時(shí)，學(xué)生應(yīng)參加學(xué)校組織的期末考試，考試形式為閉卷書(shū)面考試。學(xué)期成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定方式為：平時(shí)成績(jī)10% + 期中成績(jī)15%+ 聽(tīng)說(shuō)成績(jī)15% +期末考試60%?？傇u(píng)不及格者必須重修課程學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束，學(xué)生要參加國(guó)家或?qū)W校組織的統(tǒng)一考試。3）學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)應(yīng)結(jié)合終結(jié)性評(píng)估的結(jié)果和形成性評(píng)估結(jié)果來(lái)確定，不以一次考試成績(jī)作為學(xué)生的最終學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)或?qū)υ撋目傮w評(píng)價(jià)。2、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定測(cè)試是檢查教學(xué)大綱執(zhí)行情況、評(píng)估教學(xué)質(zhì)量的一種有效手段，它既是教師獲取教學(xué)反饋信息的主要來(lái)源、改進(jìn)教學(xué)工作，保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要依據(jù)，又是學(xué)生調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)策略、改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)方法、提高學(xué)習(xí)效率的有效手段。因此，測(cè)試必須做到科學(xué)、公平和規(guī)范。我校大學(xué)英語(yǔ)各門(mén)課程要堅(jiān)持教考分離制度，取消補(bǔ)考制度，每學(xué)期期末舉行一次期末考試，重點(diǎn)考核學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)和語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用能力。測(cè)試命題以所學(xué)內(nèi)容為基本依據(jù)，由專(zhuān)門(mén)小組負(fù)責(zé)出題、審題，以密封卷形式集體流水閱卷、集體登分，杜絕閱卷舞弊現(xiàn)象，提高閱卷的管理水平。大學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)生必須參加所選英語(yǔ)課程的考試，成績(jī)合格按規(guī)定記學(xué)分，不及格者重修。七、講授內(nèi)容第一學(xué)期：共70個(gè)學(xué)時(shí)周數(shù)學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)主要內(nèi)容第1周4Unit
