獨立基礎(chǔ)和樁基礎(chǔ)，基礎(chǔ)平面布置圖中所標(biāo)標(biāo)高為基底標(biāo)高。0.000m 相當(dāng)于 絕對標(biāo)高 234.80m。 2.2 施工范圍 本次土方開挖范圍為#1 主廠房、#2 主廠房、#1 鍋爐房、#2 鍋爐房、集控 樓、汽機(jī)等基礎(chǔ)。 軸的和軸柱基礎(chǔ)與磨煤機(jī)基礎(chǔ)一起配合施工。 D 2 8 10 16 3 3 排水施工方案排水施工方案 3.1 排水組織 在施工前，應(yīng)在已平整的施工場地采取排水措施。施工期間由承包商按建 設(shè)方規(guī)劃的排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)置排水系統(tǒng)，如需采取臨時排水措施，須經(jīng)建設(shè)方認(rèn)可 后由承包商處理。承包商應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)劃定范圍內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)的清理疏通，保證排水的 暢通，并應(yīng)為其它承包商的場地排水提供方便。 開挖時應(yīng)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際情況，進(jìn)行必要的開挖邊坡支護(hù)和降水。設(shè)計末考 慮施工期間的浮托影響，施工中要注意降水。 施工時應(yīng)先施工埋深較深的基礎(chǔ)，再施工較淺基礎(chǔ)。 3.2 排水溝設(shè)置 土方開挖時應(yīng)沿基坑地面四周設(shè)置 300 寬400 深臨時截水溝， 100010001200m 的集水井；在基坑內(nèi)四周設(shè) 300 寬400 深的排水溝， 8008001000 集水井。排水溝與集水井均采用 MU10 粘土磚 M5 水泥砂漿砌筑。 6 內(nèi)抹 1：2.5 水泥砂漿壓光。污水用泥漿泵或潛水泵抽出排至就近的廠區(qū)排水系 統(tǒng)內(nèi)。施工期間須降低地下水位，采用兩臺直徑 100mm 污水泵日夜抽水。 現(xiàn)場實行有組織排水，采用明溝結(jié)合管道排放。明溝沿道路布設(shè)，過道路 處設(shè)管道，明溝坡降不小于 0.3。 污水經(jīng)過處理達(dá)標(biāo)后匯入排水溝?；炷翑嚢柘到y(tǒng)污水經(jīng)沉淀池沉淀后匯 入排水溝。施工期間我公司將定期對排水溝進(jìn)行維護(hù)和清理，保證排水溝暢通， 場地?zé)o積水，不堵塞廠區(qū)排水主管網(wǎng)。 排水流向：鍋爐房主廠房集水井廠區(qū)下水管道。 100010001200m 的集水井設(shè)置在主廠房軸交軸之間位置，就近 1 A B 用抽水機(jī)排入廠區(qū)公路邊的下水井中。 4 4 安全文明施工及環(huán)境管理要求和措施安全文明施工及環(huán)境管理要求和措施 全員樹立“安全第一、預(yù)防為主”的思想意識，施工人員進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場前必 1 須進(jìn)行安全教育。進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場人員個人防護(hù)用品配備齊全，并正確佩帶。 項目負(fù)責(zé)人在施工前要協(xié)同安全員對施工人員進(jìn)行安全教育，嚴(yán)禁違章 2 操作。專職安全員要跟班、值班，經(jīng)常檢查，杜絕一切事故隱患。
