浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)浙西分校信電系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)MultifunctionalapplicationstoseveraltablesOntherotationalspeedtabledesignhasmanyavailable,butmostlybymechanicalorsimulateddigitalcircuitstoachieve.Therearelargeinsize,precisionlow,notvisual,electronicslarge,lessfunctionalandsamplingtime,itisdifficulttodetectinstantaneousrotationalspeed.AsChanpianjiwithbothsmallandcontrolfunctionssuchstrongcharacteristics,soitwidelyincontrolapplications.WewantmultifunctionalrotationalspeedcontrolsystemisdesignedtoShanpianjiasthecoretoachieveintelligentmeters.Itismorefunctional,smallelectronics,andvisualaccuracy,showingtime,speedwarningsystems,printing,suchasinstantrotationalspeedadvantage.Incomputerhardwareandsoftwaretechnologydevelopmentefforts,andtopresentsuchfunctionalsingle,lowprecision,sizeandpriceofhighrotationalspeedtablesareupgradingequipment.Currentlyrotationalspeedtableasacommonmeasurementtoolhasmanycomingtomarket,suchas:mechanical,electricalandmechanicalstyle,electromagnetic-type,photoelectrictype.Althoughtheyareprecisemeasurements,theuseofsafe,operate,buttheprevailingquestionisasinglefunctioninthecurrenthardwareandsoftwaretoimprovetheprecisionandfunctionsonthebasisofachievingacomprehensiveequipmentupgradingandimprovingpilotskills.Theintroductionofnewtechnologydevelopedmultifunctionalrotationalspeedtable,withgeneralrotationalspeedtablefunctions,butalsowithotherspecialfunctions.Fromthe1970s,thehumanaerospace,transportandweaponsindustryproblemsencountereddifficultyinthetraditionaltheorytosolve.Theneedtopromotethedevelopmentoftheproductiveforcesincomputersystemstechnologytodevelop.Accompaniedbycomputersoftwareandhardwarerapiddevelopmentoftechnology,masterdegreesinmultifunctionalrotationalspeedtable,function,performance,andhavearapiddevelopmentarchitecture,hasbeenabletomasteracompletepowerful,performancequalitylasersystems.NowEuropeandtheUnitedStatesandotherdevelopedcountries,lasersystemtechnologyhasbeensuccessfullyappliedtoaerospace,transportation,ordnanceindustry,mechanicaldesign,andmanyotherareas,hasatremendousbenefit,butalsofortraditionaldesigntestingmethodshavechangeddramatically.Thisisthemodernmarketdemandforproductsthatdonot,howtoimprovethesuccessrateoftheinitialdesignofthetraditionaldesignmethodologyisadifficultquestion.BecauseofitshighChanpianjimasterdegrees,bothsmallandanti-interferencecapabilityandaffordable,uniquecontrolfunctions,ithasbecomeanimportantmemberofthecomputerworld.Applicationsinone,onlyoneChanpianji,whichiscurrentlythelargestapplicationform,themainapplicationareasare:(1).Monitoringsystem.Shanpianjimayconstituteavarietyofindustrialcontrolsystems,adaptivesystems,dataacquisitionsystems.浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)浙西分校信電系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)(2).Smartmeters.Shanpianjitransformationintheoriginalmeasurement,controlinstrumentationcanoutputdigitalintelligent,multifunctional,integrated,flexibletechnologydevelopment.(3).Andintegrationproducts.Shanpianjicombinationwiththetraditionalmechanicalproducts,mechanicalproductssimplifysystemcontrolintelligent.(4).Smartinterface.Inthecomputercontrolsystem(especiallythelargerindustrialmonitoringandcontrolsystems),widespreadadoptionDanpianjiinterfaceforthecontrolandmanagementofthemainframeisChanpianjiparallelwiththework,ithasgreatlyenhancedsystemoperatingspeed.HoweverShanpianjiapplicationsmustnotbelimitedtoitsbroadmeaningandscopeoftheeconomicbenefitsarisingfrom,moreimportantliesin:Danpianjiapplicationsarefundamentallychangingthetraditionalcollectioncontrolsystemdesignconceptsanddesignmethods.FormercircuitordigitalcircuitmustbesimulatedtoachievemostofthecontrolfunctionscannowbeusedShanpianjithroughsoftware(programming)methodsachieved.ToreplacehardwareandsoftwarethatcancontroltechnologywillenhancesystemperformancewithDanpianjipopularizetheapplicationofconstantdevelopmentandimprovement.Shanpianmicrocomputersfortheemergenceofautomatedinstrumentationopensbroadprospects.MCS-SJ-Chanpianparticulartypeofperformancecomputer,size,energy,advantages,andstrongcomputing,processingandmemorystoragecapabilitiestocontrolcomponentsusedDanpianjiwisdommetersintotheupgradingofindustrialproductsandadvancedtechnologyareeconomicmeans.Maintainapeakcapacity.Rotationalspeedchangestothememoryofthegreatestrotationalspeedvalues.Ablackboxfunction.Tothepermanentpreservationofimportantrotationalspeeddataforaccidentanalysis,reviewapplications,normalcircumstancescanprovidedataanalysis.Amendmentcanbepreservedforthenextfewrecords.Canautomaticallyprint,andcanautomaticallychangeaccordingtothedifferentrequirementsofprintintervals.Therebyspeedingaccesstotestdata,amaximumspeedofdata.Anti-interferencecapability.Ontheimportationofabroaderrangeofadaptivesignal.Applicabletoelectromagnetictype,photoelectrictype,fluidstyle,andmanyothersensorstoproduceonepulseperor60-(60)business,themetersparticularlysuitedtothetestingplanthousingunitsrotationalspeed,control,similartootherminingindustryusesalsoapply.Metersintomeasurement,display,interactive,andprintseveralofthepolice.Smartdevicesaremicroprocessorsatthecoreofelectronicequipment,hardwarecircuitdesignofthecomponentstothemasteryoftheprinciplesofwork,butalsoforitsmasteryofmicro-computerhardwareandsoftwareprinciples.Thegeneralwisdomequipmentdesignsteps:First,itisnecessarytodeterminethedesignofthemission,topreparethedesigntasksheets,equipmentshouldhaveclearfunctionsandshouldmeetthetechnicalrequirements,designofthemissionstatementisthebasisforthedesigndesignersshouldstrivetoaccurateprecision;Andthentodesignprogrammestodevelop,atthisstage,designersmustmakeseveraldesignoptions,Eachprogrammeshouldincludeequipmentdesignprinciples,usingthetechnology,thekeycomponentsofperformance;thentoconductafeasibilitystudyon浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)浙西分校信電系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)theprogramme,includingsomeimportantpartofthetheoreticalanalysisandcalculation,andthenecessarysimulationexperiments,inordertoachievecertificationprogrammecandesignrequirements;Thenagainintooneoftheoptionsasafactorinthedesignofprogrammestoidentifymachinesworkequipmenttotaldiagram;Finally,thehardwarecircuitandsoftwaredebuggingandcircuitdesignandtheoveralltone.Smartmachinesisadedicatedmicro-computersystems,ithastwohardwareandsoftwarecomponents.Whichmainly89C52Chanpianjihardwarecircuits,laserconverters,keyboardsetthreshold,warningcircuit,andtheledLCDsystemwiththecomputerinterfacecircuits.Softwarecomponentsincludingcontrolprocedures.Thesemonitoringproceduresforequipmentpanelskeyboardsandmonitors,anditscontentsinclude:importandstoragethroughkeyboardoperationestablishedbythefunctional,operationalmodalitiesandactivitiesofparameters;ThroughdatacollectioncontrolI/Ointerfacecircuitsforequipmentintendedforinstallation;ROMofthedatarecordeddataandvariousstate;Tofigures,characters,graphics,andotherformsofstateinformationandmeasurementsshowthattheoutcomeoftheprocess.浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)浙西分校信電系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)多功能轉(zhuǎn)速表的應(yīng)用關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)速表的設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)有很多可供參考,但大部分都是由機(jī)械式或模擬數(shù)字電路來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。存在著體積大、精度低、不直觀(guān)、功耗大、功能少,而且采樣時(shí)間長(zhǎng),難以測(cè)得瞬時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速。由于單片機(jī)具有體積小、控制功能強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),故它在控制方面得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。我們所要設(shè)計(jì)的多功能轉(zhuǎn)速控制系統(tǒng)就是以單片機(jī)為核心來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化儀表。它具有功能多,功耗小、直觀(guān)準(zhǔn)確,可顯示時(shí)間、限速報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、打印、瞬間轉(zhuǎn)速等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在計(jì)算機(jī)硬件和軟件技術(shù)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下,使目前國(guó)內(nèi)外這類(lèi)功能單一、精度低、體積大及價(jià)格高的轉(zhuǎn)速表裝備得到更新?lián)Q代。目前轉(zhuǎn)速表作為一種通用測(cè)量工具,已有多種形式面市,如:機(jī)械式、機(jī)電式、電磁式、光電式等。盡管它們大都測(cè)量精確、使用安全、操作簡(jiǎn)便、但普遍存在的問(wèn)題是功能單一,在現(xiàn)今的硬件和軟件的精
