IndustrialControlandPLCIndustrialcontrolautomationtechnologyisanapplicationofcontroltheory,instrumentation,computersandotherinformationtechnology,industrialproductionprocessesfordetection,control,optimization,scheduling,managementanddecision-making,toincreaseproduction,improvequality,reduceconsumption,toensurethesafetyThepurposeoftheintegratedtechnology,includingindustrialautomationsoftware,hardwareandsystemsinthree.Industrialcontrolautomationtechnologyasthe20thcentury,theareaofmodernmanufacturingtechnology,oneofthemostimportant,themainsolutiontotheissueofproductivityandconsistency.Althoughtheautomationsystemitselfdoesnotdirectlycreateeffective,butitsproductionprocesstoenhancetheroleofobvious.Chinasindustrialautomationcontrolthepathofdevelopmentaretheintroductionofcompletesetsofequipmenttocarryoutdigestionandabsorptionatthesametime,andthenthedevelopmentandapplicationofasecond.Chinasindustrialcontrolautomationtechnology,industriesandapplicationshavealotofdevelopment,Chinasindustrialcomputersystemsindustryhasbeenformed.Atpresent,industrialcontrolautomationtechnologyistheintelligent,network-basedandintegrateddirection.Tomicro-PLC,network,PCandopendevelopmentAlongperiodoftime,PLCinindustrialcontrolautomationhasalwaysbeenthemainbattlefieldofthefieldforawiderangeofautomationcontrolequipmenttoprovidehighlyreliablecontrol,DCSandindustrialPCwithatrendofthethree.Atthesametime,PLCalsosufferfromtheimpactofothertechnologyproducts,especiallyindustrialimpactofPC.Currently,thePLCmanufacturersaroundtheworldabout200,producingover300kindsofproducts.PLCisstillabroad,thedomesticmarketproducts,suchasSiemens,Modicon,AB,OMRON,Mitsubishi,GEproducts.Afteryearsofdevelopment,thedomesticmanufacturersPLCabout30,butthereisnolarge-scaleproductioncapacityandbrand-nameproducts,itcanbesaidPLChasnotyetformedinourmanufacturingindustry.PLCapplicationinChinaisveryactive,theapplicationofawiderangeofindustries.Expertsestimatethatin2000thedomesticmarketsalesofPLCfor15(20millionunits(ofwhichabout90%ofimports),about25(35billionyuan,anannualgrowthrateofabout12%.Estimatedthatin2005thedemandforNationalPLCwillreachabout250,000units,about35(45billionyuan.PLCmarketisalsoreflectedinthestateoftheworldsmanufacturingsector,fellsharplyafter2000.However,inaccordancewiththeAutomationResearchCorpforecasts,despitetheglobaleconomicdownturn,PLCmarketwillrecover,itisestimatedthattheglobalPLCmarketin2000for7.6billionU.S.dollars,bytheendof2005to7.6billionU.S.dollarswillreturnandcontinuetoincreaseslightly.Miniaturization,networking,PC-basedPLCandopennessarethemaindirectionsoffuturedevelopment.PLC-basedautomationintheearly,PLCbulkyandexpensive.However,inrecentyears,micro-PLC(lessthan32I/O)hasoccurred,thepriceonlyafewhundredeuros.WiththesoftPLC(SoftPLC)controlconfigurationsoftwaretofurtherimproveanddevelop,isequippedwithsoft-PLCconfigurationsoftwareandPC-basedcontrolofthemarketsharewillgraduallyincrease.Atpresent,thefieldofprocesscontrol,oneofthebiggesttrendsistheexpansionofEthernettechnology,PLCisnoexception.PLCisnowagrowingnumberofsuppliersprovidingEthernetinterface.Itisbelievedthat,PLCwillcontinuetoopenthedirectionofthetransferofcontrolsystems,especiallyPC-basedindustrialcontrolsystems.(Source:IndustrialNetwork)Smallsize,diversification,PCandopenthefuturedevelopmentdirectionofDCS.DCSiscurrentlyasmallmarketsharehasbeengraduallyandPLC,industrialPC,FCSsharing.Firstofall,thefuturemaybesmall-scaleDCSsystemwiththeintegrationofthesethree,andsoftDCStechnologywillfirstbedevelopedsmall-scaleDCS.PC-basedcontrolwillbemorewidelyusedinsmallandmedium-sizedprocesscontrol,theDCSwillalsobevendorshavebeenofferingPC-basedsmall-scaleindustrialDCSsystems.OpentotheDCSsystematthesametimetwo-wayupwardanddownwardextensionoftheproductionprocessfromfielddataacrosstheenterprisewithinthefreeflowofinformationtechnologyandcontroltechnology,seamlesslyintegratedtocontrolthedirectionofthedevelopmentofmonitoringandcontrol.Informationtechnologyindustryisdefinedasindustrialproduction,management,businessprocess,throughtheinformationinfrastructure,inanintegratedplatformofinformationacquisition,informationtransmission,informationprocessingandcomprehensiveutilizationofsuchinformation.Todevelopasaresultofindustrialautomationistospeedupthetransformationoftraditionalindustriestoupgradeandimprovetheoverallqualityofenterprises,improvethecountrysoverallnationalstrength,adjustingtheindustrialstructure,toinvigoratelargeandmedium-sizedenterprises,therapidandeffectivewaysandmeans,thestatewillcontinuethroughtheimplementationofaseriesofhigh-techindustryofindustrialprocessautomationofspecial,usinginformationtechnologytostimulateindustrializationandthepromotionofindustrialautomationtechnologytofurtherdevelopandstrengthentechnologicalinnovation,toachieveindustrializationandeconomicdevelopmenttosolvetheunderlyingproblem,tofurtherimprovetheoverallqualityofthenationaleconomyandoverallnationalstrength,thedevelopmentbyleapsandbounds.Todevelopasaresultofindustrialautomationistospeedupthetransformationoftraditionalindustriestoupgradeandimprovetheoverallqualityofenterprises,improvethecountrysoverallnationalstrength,adjustingtheindustrialstructure,toinvigoratelargeandmedium-sizedenterprises,therapidandeffectivewaysandmeans,thestatewillcontinuethroughtheimplementationofaseriesofhigh-techindustryofindustrialprocessautomationofspecial,usinginformationtechnologytostimulateindustrializationandthepromotionofindustrialautomationtechnologytofurtherdevelopandstrengthentechnologicalinnovation,toachieveindustrializationandeconomicdevelopmenttosolvetheunderlyingproblem,tofurtherimprovetheoverallqualityofthenationaleconomyandoverallnationalstrength,thedevelopmentbyleapsandbounds.工業(yè)控制與PLC工業(yè)控制自動化技術是一種運用控制理論、儀器儀表、計算機和其它信息技術,對工業(yè)生產過程實現檢測、控制、優(yōu)化、調度、管理和決策,達到增加產量、提高質量、降低消耗、確保安全等目的的綜合性技術,主要包括工業(yè)自動化軟件、硬件和系統(tǒng)三大部分。工業(yè)控制自動化技術作為20世紀現代制造領域中最重要的技術之一,主要解決生產效率與一致性問題。雖然自動化系統(tǒng)本身并不直接創(chuàng)造效益,但它對企業(yè)生產過程有明顯的提升作用。我國工業(yè)控制自動化的發(fā)展道路,大多是在引進成套設備的同時進行消化吸收,然后進行二次開發(fā)和應用。目前我國工業(yè)控制自動化技術、產業(yè)和應用都有了很大的發(fā)展,我國工業(yè)計算機系統(tǒng)行業(yè)已經形成。目前,工業(yè)控制自動化技術正在向智能化、網絡化和集成化方向發(fā)展。PLC在向微型化、網絡化、PC化和開
