翻譯部分英文原文Introduction.Chinascoalreserves,thedistributionofawiderangeofcomplexconditionsofoccurrenceanddistributionofthe1.3m3.5m.dipbelow25degrees,inthemiddleofstabilityandstabilitywhichthefollowingconditionsundertheroofoftheseam,withitsoutputaccountingforabout86%oftotaloutput.Chinasoverallminingfaceinthedistributionofrelieftothemajorityofwhichtiltstabilityandthestabilitywhichtheroofabovethethickseam,andtheotherconditionsundertheseam,theexistinghydraulicsupportpooradaptability,theuseoftheresultisnotsatisfactory.Nationwide,thecomplexgeologicalconditionsandthelackoffundsandotherreasons,despite10yearsofefforts,Fully-levelisstillonly21%,whilefully-developedcountriesabroadgenerallevelhasreached70%80%.FromChinainrecentyearssupportingthereform,thehugeinvestmentoffullymechanizedminingdevelopmentisveryslow.andthehydraulicpropfacetherewasamajordevelopment,asmallnumberofmineshasbasicallyrealizedthehydraulicpropof.Chinafullymechanizedhydraulicsupporttopromotetheuse,therearestillmanyproblemstobesolved.1.VarietySerieshydraulicsupportsthereasonablestructureinourcountry,theconditionsaregoodface,financialstrengthoftheminingareabasicallytheuseofthefullymechanized.Althoughsomeotherminingareasfullymechanized,butwiththeintensityofdevelopment,faceincreasinglyworseconditions,thestrikelengthhasbecomeincreasinglyshort.difficultminingcoalseamimbalanceisgettingworse.Withamineormineswithausedone,twotypesofstentsitdifficulttoadapttoallthecoalfaceandconditionsthepurchaseofF-widehugeinvestmentandtechnologyisnotnecessarilyeconomicallyreasonable,themajorityofsmallandmedium-sizedminefundingdifficulties,butsomeoftheexistinghydraulicsupportsaredifficulttoadapttotheminegeologyandproductiontechnology.TheaboveanalysisindicatesthatwhileChinascoalminessupportingthelowlevelofmechanization,hydraulicsupportsandotherfoodmanufacturers.TheproblemisnotsuitableformostgeologicalconditionsandtheproductiontechnologysupportVarietySeries.TakingapanoramicviewofChinascoalminesandstentmanufacturersoftheactualsituation,webelievethatthedevelopmentofChinascoalminingsupportseriesFully-gowiththesimplefullymechanized,high-grademiningandgeneralminingcomprehensiveancillaryroad,Atpresent,thefocusshouldbeonthefullymechanizedsummarysupportingproductresearchanddevelopment.Sinceshiftinghydraulicstent,tofurtherimprovethequalityofproducts,improvefunction,improvingstructure,reducecostsandenhancetheadaptabilitystent.Wemustcontinuetoimproveandinnovateunderspecialconditionsforexploitationofthespecialstent.Forhydraulicprop,althoughdevelopmenthasbeenlaid,butthereisstillalotofproblems,mainly:three-valveclearance,however,pillarsofmaintenancecapacity,highfailurerate,support,demolition,removalofallmanual,labor-intensive;hydraulicpropwithhingedmetalroofbeamssupportinglowefficiency.Therefore,hydraulicpropshouldalsoimproveproductquality,reducecosts,andsupportingthedevelopmentofanexclusivetopbeam,achievepillarsandroofbeamscombineanddoshiftfromrunning.Focusonresearchanddevelopmentofwideadaptation,morepowerful,cheap,simpleandfully-supporting,Sincerangedfromlargehydraulicshiftstentsandstentslipbetweenthetopbeamofthelightframe,bothfromtheshift,wipingthetopandpressure-shiftfunction,butalsowithmonomerstentsmallsize,lightweight,flexibleandadaptabletothechangingcharacteristics,greaterscopetoadapttotheoccurrenceofcoalproductionandtechnologicalconditions.Fully-developmentSimpleLighthydraulicsupporttotheattractionofforeignmentionlegsstent,domesticslidingroofbeamstentsuccessonthebasisofexperience,toovercometheirshortcomings,dostentlightweight,resistance,lowcost,overallfunctionsandadaptability.AccordingtoChinasactualsituationinthecoalmine,webelievethatthedevelopmentofChinaLightEasyFully-hydraulicshiftfromthestent,canbedividedintothefollowingthreesteps:First,tocontinuetoimprovetheslidingroofbeam-typestructure,andimproveitsfunction.furtherexpandthescopeofuse;Second,thetransformationofpooruseoftheCribandFestivalstent,asstructure,F-morereasonableandmoreadaptabletotheshiftinglightfromthestent;Third,thedevelopmentofmoreinnovativefunctionalwhole,structureandworkingmethodsmorereasonablenewlightsincetheshiftstent.Asaresult,thereisaverycompleteportablehydraulicsupportseries.High-gradegeneralminingwillbesimpletofullymechanizedminingdevelopment,generalminingtothehigh-gradegeneralminingtransition,notanincreaseininvestmentinthecircumstances,sothatthemajorityofthemechanizedcoalminingtoimprovethegenerallevelanotch.2.Hydraulicsupportsthetechnicalstatusquo.Inrecentyears,Chinascomprehensivemechanizationofcoalmininglevelhasincreased,Withintegratedmechanizedminingtechnologyandthedevelopmentofnewhigh-powerShearer,theconveyorsemergencerequireacorrespondingstent,butthestentcontrolsystemwithoutcorrespondingimprovementisnotenoughtomeettherequirements.Sofar,Myhomemadehydraulicsupportcontrolremainedinhandwithaone-wayplane-o-controlorthecontrollevel.Suchcontrol,althoughthecontrolsystemissimple,easytomanufacture.andthelowercostofcoalgeologicalconditionschangeadaptationstrongadvantages,butithadseriousshortcomings:poorworkingconditionsof
