1、混合離子交換器Mixed of ion exchange使用說明書Operating Instruction一、工藝原理 Technical principle本公司生產(chǎn)的混合離子交換器(簡稱混床),在脫鹽水工程中,用于二級(jí)脫鹽水的制備, 被處理的水由上向下流經(jīng)按一定的比例配比裝填并混合形成的強(qiáng)酸、 堿樹脂層來制取成品水。 均勻混合的樹脂層中,陽樹脂與陰樹脂緊密地交錯(cuò)排列,每一對(duì)陽樹脂與陰樹脂顆粒似于一 組復(fù)床,混床就象無數(shù)組串聯(lián)運(yùn)行的復(fù)床。通過混合離子交換后進(jìn)入水中的氫離子與氫氧離 子會(huì)立即生成電離度很低的水分子(H20),很少可能形成陽離子或陰離子交換時(shí)的反離子, 使交換反應(yīng)進(jìn)行的十分徹底

8、 陽樹脂 Cation陰樹脂 Anion resins201X7:500mm1000mm三、結(jié)構(gòu)形式 Structure form設(shè)備由本體、 布水裝置、集水裝置、外配管及儀表取樣裝置等組成。 進(jìn)水裝置為上進(jìn)水、 擋板布水,集水裝置為多孔板濾水帽集水;設(shè)備的本體外部配管配帶閥門并留有壓力取樣接 口,便于用戶現(xiàn)場安裝和實(shí)現(xiàn)裝置正常運(yùn)行。Equipment by ontology, cloth water equipment, water equipment, piping and instrument sampling device, etc. Feed device for water, ba

10、安裝前檢查土建基礎(chǔ)是否按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工。1) Before the installation check whether civil engineering foundation construction according to design requirements.2) 設(shè)備按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙進(jìn)行就位,調(diào)整支腿墊鐵并檢查進(jìn)出口法蘭的水平度和垂直度。2) Equipment in place in accordance with design drawings and leg to adjust shim and check the levelness of the import and expor

17、為沖洗終點(diǎn)。C、 Open the inlet valve, exhaust valve, open system before, to close the discharge valve, after equipment outlet water flushing equipment to clear water to rinse the end.2)裝填樹脂 Filling resin打開人孔,如果出水裝置采用承托層結(jié)構(gòu)則按所設(shè)計(jì)的承托層高度裝填,裝填完畢后再 裝樹脂。按所設(shè)計(jì)的樹脂高度,依次裝入,填完后抹平,以中排裝置支管以上 200mm 為基準(zhǔn) 線(已包括壓脂層的高度)。沒有中排裝置的

20、差不大于0.5bar,檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)出水的流量顯示。4) After the normal operation of equipment should detection in and out of the water pressure difference is not greater than 0.5 bar, check in and out of the water flow.六、操作說明 Operating instructions1 正洗 Conventional well-flushing啟動(dòng)一級(jí)脫鹽水泵,打開混床進(jìn)水閥,排氣閥,水流由上而下,當(dāng)水充滿設(shè)備時(shí)關(guān)閉排氣閥,打開下排閥,穩(wěn)定其

21、正常產(chǎn)水流量,工作流速40m/h,出水電導(dǎo) 0.2卩s/,即轉(zhuǎn)入制水。Launched the desalting water pump, open the inlet valve of the mixed bed, exhaust valve, flow top-down, when the water is full of equipment close the discharge valve, open the discharge valve, the stability of its normal production flow, work flow, 40 m/h, water co

25、mixed bed, start the regenerative pump, flow with 5 m/h control advisable, time for 5 minutes, reclaimed water temperature of 40 50C .(3)反洗分層:打開反洗進(jìn)水閥、上排閥,以流速為10m/h 進(jìn)行反洗分層,反洗流速或流量同反洗預(yù)分層,反洗終點(diǎn)以陰、陽樹脂交界處徹底分層為止,反洗結(jié)束時(shí)應(yīng)緩慢關(guān)閉進(jìn)水 閥,使樹脂顆粒逐步沉降,以達(dá)到最佳的分層效果。(3)Backwashing layered: open the backwashing on the inlet v

28、 settling down, evenly container liquid level down to resin surface above 200mm position.(5)再生劑注入:采用同步再生法,打開再生系統(tǒng)再生水稀釋閥,酸、堿計(jì)量箱出口閥,混 床進(jìn)酸、進(jìn)堿閥、中排閥,啟動(dòng)再生泵,酸、堿再生流量均以 5m/h 為宜,再生時(shí)間根據(jù)實(shí)際 需要確定,供堿液注入的再生水溫度應(yīng)加熱至4045 C,可以取得較好的再生效果。( 5 ) Regenerant injection: using synchronization method, open the regeneration syste

38、所帶的雜質(zhì)、反映不完全的產(chǎn)物等,當(dāng)樹脂與水、酸、堿溶液接觸時(shí) ,上述這些雜質(zhì) (如磺酸.胺類等)會(huì)進(jìn)入溶液 ,從而沾污出水水質(zhì)及影響樹脂的工藝 性能。因此 , 新樹脂在使用之前應(yīng)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理 ,以除去新樹脂表面的可溶性雜質(zhì)。處理方法需 按照各種不同使用對(duì)象而定。New resin contained in excess of raw material and with the impurities, which can reflect the incomplete products, such as when the resin when in contact with the water, a

Processing methods need to be used according to different objects.一般新樹脂若用在食品或醫(yī)藥工業(yè)的水處理系統(tǒng)時(shí),最好先用樹脂體積 2-3 倍的飽和食鹽水浸泡 20 小時(shí)左右,用自來水沖洗到中性。再用2-5%鹽酸浸泡或低流速處理 ,以除去鐵質(zhì) ,然后用 2-5%燒堿溶液浸泡或低流速處理 ,以去除樹脂中的有機(jī)雜質(zhì) ,并清洗至出水化學(xué)耗氧量 (COD)達(dá)到穩(wěn)定值,最后用純水沖洗至中性。如陽樹脂必須再以2-5%鹽酸轉(zhuǎn)型,然后用純水洗 到出水無氯離子。對(duì)于陰樹脂不必再轉(zhuǎn)型,經(jīng)過燒堿處理已
