2、。在這方面我們主要從三方面做工作一是開展師德師風(fēng)專題教育活動(dòng)。首先是學(xué)法明理，提高教師依法執(zhí)教的水平，組織教師學(xué)習(xí)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范、教育法、教師法、未成年人保護(hù)法，使大家明確職業(yè)道德行為的規(guī)范要求及違規(guī)處理的規(guī)定，從思想觀念上增強(qiáng)依法執(zhí)教的意識。其次是開展師德規(guī)范教育自查自糾活動(dòng)，著力解決師德師風(fēng)中存在的主要問題。嚴(yán)格自查自糾，并寫出書面自查報(bào)告，目的是為了進(jìn)一步塑造zz二中教師健康向上的良好形象，增強(qiáng)教職工愛崗敬業(yè)的自覺性，提高全體教師的工作、生活質(zhì)量。二、送溫暖，獻(xiàn)愛心。工會是群眾組織，是教職工的知心朋友，應(yīng)該把教職工的冷暖時(shí)刻放在心上，關(guān)心教職工的實(shí)際困難。同時(shí)在全校師生中開展了“送溫暖

3、，獻(xiàn)愛心”活動(dòng)，為青海玉樹地震災(zāi)區(qū)獻(xiàn)愛心捐款12余元；學(xué)校教職工遇有婚喪病假，學(xué)校工會都組織人員前去慰問，把學(xué)校的關(guān)心送到每個(gè)教職工的心坎上。真摯的關(guān)懷為廣大教職工解除了后顧之憂，使他們得以全身心地投入到教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，把學(xué)校事當(dāng)作自己事，積極地以主人翁的精神投入到學(xué)校管理和建設(shè)中，為學(xué)校發(fā)展作貢獻(xiàn)。三八來臨之際學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子慰問退休職工、貧困職工、單親職工；七一來臨之際慰問貧困黨員和學(xué)校黨支部幫扶貧困戶，本學(xué)期慰問教職工15人次，慰問金（慰問品）達(dá)15余元。工會把學(xué)校黨政的關(guān)懷送教職工家中，使每一位教師深感集體的溫暖。三、開展豐富多彩的教工文體活動(dòng)，樹立教師健康向上的形象。學(xué)校工會大力支持教職
