1、壓力管道陡坡段施工安全措施 1.邊坡頂部施工段設安全護欄。使用483.5鋼管制作，立柱間距3m，橫桿用扣件固定，鋼絲繩兩端各6m，距邊緣0.4m。非工作人員禁止進入護欄內(nèi)，工作人員必須系安全帶。safety guardrail should be installed at the top section of side slope. 483.5 steel pipe, the space is 3m, the horizontal steel pipes are connected by fasters, the fencing shoud be 6m from the rope in eac

5、pe must be supported in the middle of the ring 7.吊籃就位后，應切斷電源、鎖上開關箱。after the bucket platform is in place, the power should be cut off and the switch board should be locked. 8.嚴禁超載：吊籃載重量不得超過1噸，施工人員不得超過3人；不用的材料、物件應及時清理運至地面。forbid overloading: the bucket platform loading should not be over one ton, ove

6、r 3 persons. any unused materials and goods should be sent to the ground in time. 9.卷揚機地錨要求牢固可靠；鋼絲繩安全系數(shù)不小于14倍。the anchor of windlass is required to be firm. the safety coefficient of cable wire should not less than 14 times. 10.邊坡上獨立設置一條安全繩至吊籃，工作人員必須系好安全帶并將其掛在安全繩上，嚴禁懸掛在吊籃或鋼絲繩上。吊籃內(nèi)工作人員安全繩必須固定在推土機上。a
