7、線端子采用可拆卸端子，接線時可以從主機上撥下端子，按端子上的字符標志 要求接好線后再插回主機對應(yīng)位置。當需要改變SW1/SW2/SW3的設(shè)置時，請您撥下羅經(jīng)信號輸入端子（印有“S1 S2 S3 C R1R2 ”），這樣就可以斷開羅經(jīng)信號，安全地調(diào)整設(shè)置。541輸出線當您的設(shè)置需要RS422格式數(shù)據(jù)時，需要將RS422+、RS422分別和數(shù)據(jù)需求設(shè)備的對應(yīng)端連 接。RS422 G則可以有三種接法： 懸空 和連接電纜的屏蔽層相連 和電纜中的獨立電線相連。推薦采用的連接方法，以改善數(shù)據(jù)傳可靠性。注 意：如果采用的連接方法，那么連接了RS422 G的電纜屏蔽層或電纜中的獨立地線不能再和其他設(shè)備的機殼相

8、連，以免損壞AD-200.當您的設(shè)備需要 RS232格式數(shù)據(jù)時，需要將 RS232+，RS232G分別和數(shù)據(jù)輸入設(shè)備的對應(yīng) 端連接。5.4.2接入多個數(shù)據(jù)需求設(shè)備AD-200可以同時驅(qū)動多達15個有標準的IEC61162-2輸入端口的數(shù)據(jù)需求設(shè)備，這些設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)輸入線可以直接并來聯(lián)接在與AD-200對應(yīng)的RS422數(shù)據(jù)輸出端子上。AD-200可以同時驅(qū)動至少 2個RS232數(shù)據(jù)需求設(shè)備，這些設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)輸入線也可以直接并 聯(lián)接在與AD-200對應(yīng)的RS232數(shù)據(jù)輸出端子上。注 意：AD-200可以同時驅(qū)動多個有標準的IEC61162-2輸入端口的數(shù)據(jù)需求設(shè)備，這些設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)輸入線是直接并聯(lián)接在與

9、 AD-200對應(yīng)的RS422數(shù)據(jù)輸出端子上的。當其中任何一個設(shè)備的數(shù) 據(jù)輸入端子內(nèi)部，或是它與 AD-200的連線之間出現(xiàn)短路故障時，都會導(dǎo)致所有的設(shè)備收不 到RS422電平數(shù)據(jù)。對于RS232數(shù)據(jù)輸出端也會出現(xiàn)同樣的情況。543輸入線（1） 如果您使用的是步進型羅經(jīng)，要把S1、S2、S3、COM接入羅經(jīng)對應(yīng)信號。R1、R2則懸空，什么也不用接。（2） 如果您使用的是同步型羅經(jīng)，則要把S1、S2、S3接入羅經(jīng)對應(yīng)信號， R1、R2接入激磁電 壓，Com則懸空，什么也不接。（3）如果您不知道自己到底使用的哪一種羅經(jīng)，請查驗羅經(jīng)技術(shù)手冊。如發(fā)現(xiàn)AD-200顯示的艏向變化方向和主羅經(jīng)的艏向指示變化

10、方向相反（比如主羅經(jīng)的艏向指示由20增加到20.2，GC-200顯示的艏向卻是由 0.0減少到359.8）,那么只需要把 S1、S2、 S3中任意兩條線對調(diào)就可以得到正確的變化方向。下面的表格列出一些常用羅經(jīng)的類型，同時也給出了 AD-200與其配套使用時SW1/SW2/SW3的6. 操作AD-200公用3個按鍵，分別是：“”向上鍵，“”向下鍵，“Set”設(shè)定鍵，AD-200所有的操作都 可以由這三個鍵完成。6.1上電設(shè)置好SW1、SW2、SW3后，然后接好RS422信號、RS232輸出線，最后接入羅經(jīng)信號。AD-200 應(yīng)顯示“ 0.0”，同時顯示字符以約每秒兩次的速率閃爍。6.2艏向初試化

11、當AD-200以每秒兩次的速率閃爍顯示“0.0”時，可以按“”或“”調(diào)整顯示的數(shù)字，按一下“”可使顯示的數(shù)字增大一個單位（具體數(shù)值和您的主羅經(jīng)傳向比有關(guān)，如何是360x，個單位是 0.16， AD-200 將其數(shù)字化后，顯示數(shù)值變化是0.1 或 0.2 )；按一下“”則可使顯示的數(shù)字減小一個單位。當您按住“”或“”不放時，顯示的數(shù)字會連續(xù)快速增加或者減少。當顯示的數(shù)字和主羅經(jīng)指示的艏向一致時，按一下“Set”， AD-200 的顯示字符就不再閃爍，艏向設(shè)置就被保存了下來。此后 AD-200 就可以以正常地檢測、顯示和發(fā)送正確的艏向數(shù)據(jù)了。6.3 顯示羅經(jīng)設(shè)置情況當 AD-200 無閃爍地顯示艏

12、向數(shù)據(jù)時，按一下“Set”， AD-200 將會依次顯示現(xiàn)在設(shè)置的羅經(jīng)類型和傳向比，下面是顯示信息的說明：“ Sync ” AD-200 正在為同步羅經(jīng)工作。“ StEP ” AD-200 正在為步進羅經(jīng)工作。“ rnnn”r表示傳向比，“nnn”為3位數(shù)字，表示傳向比設(shè)置360”表示360X , 180”表示 180X， “90”表示 90X，“ 45”表示 45X，“ 36”表示 36X。6.4 調(diào)整艏向顯示數(shù)值當發(fā)現(xiàn) AD-200 顯示的艏向數(shù)據(jù)和主羅經(jīng)指示不同時，需要進行調(diào)整，使其顯示正確數(shù)據(jù)，方 法如下：在AD-200無閃爍地顯示艏向數(shù)據(jù)時，按住“Set”，最初時AD-200將會顯示

13、現(xiàn)在設(shè)置的羅經(jīng)類型，約 2 秒后，顯示轉(zhuǎn)為以每秒一次的速率閃爍顯示艏向。此時可以按“”或“”調(diào)整顯示的數(shù)字。 同 6.2 中設(shè)置艏向一樣，按一下“”可使顯示的數(shù)字增大一個單位，按一下“”則可使顯示的數(shù)字 減小一個單位。按住“f”或不放時，顯示的數(shù)字會連續(xù)快速增加或者減少。當顯示的數(shù)字 和主羅經(jīng)指示的艏向一致時，按一下“ Set”， AD-200 的顯示字符就不再閃爍，艏向設(shè)置就被保存了 下來。此后 AD-200 又可以正常地檢測、顯示和發(fā)送正確的艏向數(shù)據(jù)了。6.5 調(diào)節(jié)顯示亮度在AD-200無閃爍地顯示艏向數(shù)據(jù)時，按“V使亮度增大，按使亮度減小。6.6 出錯處理當AD-200以每秒兩次的速度閃

14、爍顯示“E門門”時(nn是錯誤代碼)，表示您的操作出現(xiàn)了錯誤，主要有兩個原因：(1) 岡U上電時，沒有進行艏向初始化工作；或者只是用“V和調(diào)整了艏向數(shù)據(jù)，但調(diào) 整好后沒有在60秒內(nèi)按“ Set”確認。(2) 調(diào)整艏向顯示數(shù)值時，只是用“f”和調(diào)整了艏向數(shù)據(jù)，但在調(diào)整好后沒有在60秒內(nèi)按“ Set”確認。此時，按任意一個按鍵。AD-200會重新閃爍顯示艏向，然后再按“f”和調(diào)整艏向數(shù)據(jù)，完成后按“ Set ”確認即可。6.7 報警處理當 AD-200 以每秒兩次的速度閃爍顯示“ A nn ”時( nn 是警報號碼) ，說明 AD-200 正在報警， 有幾種可能性會造成報警：( 1 ) 傳向化設(shè)置

15、開關(guān) SW3 設(shè)置錯誤。( 2) 使用 AC 同步型羅經(jīng)時，相線 S1、S2、S3 中的一根或幾根出現(xiàn)斷線情況。 遇到這種情況時，請先切斷羅經(jīng)信號檢查設(shè)置和連線是否正常。7. 故障處理7.1 無顯示可能原因 1 ：未開啟羅經(jīng)。解決方法：開啟羅經(jīng)?？赡茉?2：羅經(jīng)信號沒有接入 AD-200 ，或者羅經(jīng)信號線斷。解決方法：檢查并確定羅經(jīng)信號無故障后，接入羅經(jīng)信號。可能原因 3：羅經(jīng)類型選擇開關(guān) SW1/SW2 的設(shè)置和您所實際使用的羅經(jīng)類型不同。 解決方法：查清您所實際使用的羅經(jīng)類型，根據(jù) 5.2 內(nèi)容重新設(shè)置羅經(jīng)類型選擇開關(guān) SW1/SW2 。 可能原因 4：保險絲燒斷。解決方法：檢查并確定羅

16、經(jīng)信號電壓正常后，打開機殼更換保險絲。7.2開機后以每秒2次的速度閃爍顯示“ A nn”，其中的“ nn”是兩位數(shù)字 可能原因 1：傳向化設(shè)置開關(guān) SW3 設(shè)置和您所實際使用的羅經(jīng)類型不同。 解決方法：查清您所實際使用的羅經(jīng)類型，根據(jù) 5.3 內(nèi)容重新設(shè)置傳向比設(shè)置開關(guān)SW3。可能原因 2：配合 AC 同步型羅經(jīng)使用時，相線S1、S2、S3 中的一根或幾根出現(xiàn)斷線情況。解決方法：檢查并確保您的接線正確。7.3 AD-200 顯示的艏向變化方向和主羅經(jīng)的艏向指示變化方向相反， 比如主羅經(jīng)的艏向指示由 20增 加到 20.2， AD-200 顯示的艏向卻是由 0.0減少到 359.8。可能原因：羅

17、經(jīng)的相線 S1、S2、S3接線錯誤。解決方法：把 S1、S2、S3中任意兩條線對調(diào)就可以得到正確變化方向。7.4 AD-200 顯示的艏向變化速度和主羅經(jīng)的艏向變化速度不同， 比如主羅經(jīng)的艏向指示由 20增加到 24， AD-200 顯示的艏向卻是只由 20增加到 22，或者是 AD-200 顯示的艏向竟然由 20增加 到 28。可能原因：傳向比設(shè)置開關(guān) SW3 設(shè)置和您所實際使用的羅經(jīng)類型不同。 解決方法：查清您所實際使用的羅經(jīng)類型，根據(jù) 5.3內(nèi)容重新設(shè)置傳向比設(shè)置開關(guān)SW3。7.5 AD-200以每秒兩次的速度閃爍顯示“ E nn”，其中的“ nn”是兩位數(shù)字?？赡茉?1 ：您在初試化

18、 AD-200 顯示艏向或者調(diào)整 AD-200 顯示艏向后， 沒有在 60 秒內(nèi)按“ Set” 鍵確認。解決方法：重新根據(jù)主羅經(jīng)指示艏向調(diào)整AD-200顯示向后，按“ Set”鍵確認?？赡茉?:配合步進羅經(jīng)使用時，相線S1、S2、S3中的一根或兩根出現(xiàn)斷線情況。解決方法：檢查并確保您的接線正確。7.6 沒有數(shù)據(jù)輸出?？赡茉?1 ： RS232 或 RS422 數(shù)據(jù)線斷路或者接線端子松脫。 解決方法：檢查并確保各數(shù)據(jù)線及接線端子正常。可能原因2 : RS232數(shù)據(jù)“ +”和“ G”接反，或RS422數(shù)據(jù)線的“ + ”、“一”、“G”接錯。 解決方法：檢查并確保您的接線正確?？赡茉? :從A

Please press T or” J ”o adjust the display digit. Procedure is same as item 2 initiation.5. To adjust the displ
