8、相復(fù)合式過電壓保護(hù)器，The lightning arrester adopts three-phase compound overvoltage protector in order to prevent operation overvoltage 三相復(fù)合式過電壓保護(hù)器技術(shù)要求：Technical requirements of the three-phase compound overvoltage protector:1) 保護(hù)器放電時的電壓峰值應(yīng)不大于設(shè)備相間絕緣水平和相對地絕緣允許 值，相間保護(hù)特性與相對地保護(hù)特性相同。1) The peak voltage at the prot

9、ector discharge shall not be more than the equipment phase-phase insulation level and phase-to-earth insulation allowable value; the phase-phase protection characteristics shall be the same as those of phase-to-earth protection characteristics.2) 保護(hù)器動作后的殘壓等于保護(hù)器放電時的電壓峰值。2) The residual voltage after

Design and

14、structure4.1 高壓開關(guān)柜應(yīng)為五防柜。4.1 High-voltage switchgear should be the 5-prevention cabinet.4.2 開關(guān)柜的外客蓋板和門必須是金屬的，柜體材料采用進(jìn)口敷鋁鋅版，同時具 有足夠的強(qiáng)度， 正常操作和維護(hù)不需打開的蓋板若不使用工具應(yīng)不能打開、 拆開 或移動，而正常操作和維護(hù)需打開的蓋板和門應(yīng)不需要工具能打開或移動， 并設(shè) 有連鎖裝置來保證操作者的安全。4.2 The housing, cover plate and door of the switchgear must be made of metal while t

15、he body of imported aluminum plated zinc plate and with sufficient strength. The cover plate needing not to be opened in normal operation and maintenance should not be able to be opened, removed or moved without tools while the cover plate and door needing to be opened in normal operation and mainte

16、nance should be able to be opened or moved with interlock device set to ensure the safety of the operator.4.3 開關(guān)柜應(yīng)設(shè)必要的觀察窗，便于觀察運行中的設(shè)備。4.3 The switchgear should be set with necessary observation window to observe the operating equipment.4.4 開關(guān)柜設(shè)有良好的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)， 使柜內(nèi)溫升不超過各組件溫升要求， 同時可觸 及的外殼和蓋板溫升不超過20 C。4.4 The

17、switchgear should be set with excellent ventilation system so that the temperature rise inside the cabinet will not exceed that required by every module; and that of the touchable housing and cover plate should not be more than 20 C .4.5 開關(guān)柜內(nèi)設(shè)置防潮加熱器， 開關(guān)柜投運時防潮加熱器自動斷電， 開關(guān)柜停運 時防潮加熱器自動投入(開關(guān)柜狀態(tài)顯示器成套) ，該加

18、熱器電源為單相 220VAC。4.5 The inside of the switchgear is set with anti-damp heater, which will automatically power off when the switchgear is put into operation or automatically power of when the switchgear stops (switchgear status display in set) and whose power supply is 1-phase 220VAC.4.6 開關(guān)柜的防護(hù)等級包括觀察窗

19、、通風(fēng)窗、排風(fēng)口在內(nèi)不低于 IP30。4.6 The protection level of the switchgear including the observation window,the ventilation window and the air exit should not be less than IP30.4.7 絕緣器件的絕緣強(qiáng)度和單純以空氣作為絕緣介質(zhì)時各導(dǎo)體之間和對地凈距 必須符合 DL404-91( 戶內(nèi)交流高壓開關(guān)柜訂貨技術(shù)條件 )的要求。4.7 The insulation strength of insulated components and the cle

20、ar distance between conductors and to the ground when only air is used as insulation medium must comply with the requirements of DL404-91 (Technical Conditions for the Order of Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgears).4.8 同類型的刀開關(guān)部件(小車、隔離插頭等) ，必須具有良好的互換性。4.8 The knife switch components (dolly, isolating p

21、lug, etc.) of the same typemust have excellent interchangeability.4.9 高壓開關(guān)柜的斷路器和操作機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)安裝牢固， 避免影響柜上儀表和繼電器的 正常工作。4.9 The breaker and operation mechanism of the high-voltage switchgear should be installed firmly in order to avoid affecting the normal work of the instruments and relays in the cabinet.4.1

23、om the high-voltage live parts so as to ensure that the personnel will not touch the working high-voltage conductors when they are live.4.10.2 測量儀表和繼電保護(hù)裝置應(yīng)有可靠的防震措施，不因斷路器和閘震動影 響它的正常工作和性能。4.10.2 The measuring meters and relay protective devices should have reliable anti-shock measures so that their normal work and performance will not be affected due to breaker and gate vibration.4.10.3 測量儀表、繼電器和終端保護(hù)器
