2、方代付;3.乙方應(yīng)在接到關(guān)稅和海關(guān)代征增值稅稅票后按時(shí)向代收銀行繳納稅款;4.如代理進(jìn)出口商品屬免稅、許可證商品，乙方負(fù)責(zé)辦理相關(guān)的手續(xù)或證明，由此引起的一切責(zé)任和損失由乙方負(fù)擔(dān);5.守法經(jīng)營，不偽報(bào)、不滿報(bào)，單單相符、單貨相符、如實(shí)申報(bào)、提供貨物的真實(shí)情況，對于偽報(bào)商品名稱、夾帶私運(yùn)物品、高值低報(bào)、少報(bào)通關(guān)數(shù)量等違反相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的行為，乙方承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任和后果，并賠償給甲方造成的損失。四、在貿(mào)易合同執(zhí)行中，如因國外客戶或乙方的原因造成合同的變更、解除、終止或違反合同致使變更或終止本協(xié)議，甲方不承擔(dān)責(zé)任，因甲方代理行為的過錯(cuò)造成的損失除外。五、甲方在執(zhí)行本協(xié)議中，對于乙方或第三方的經(jīng)濟(jì)、刑事等糾

11、上述經(jīng)銷地區(qū)所作廣告宣傳的一切費(fèi)用，由乙方自理。乙方須事先向甲方提供宣傳廣告的圖案及文字說明，由甲方審閱同意。party b shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity within the aforementioned territory in the duration of this agreement and submit to party a all patterns and/or drawings and description for prior approval.9. 協(xié)議有效期validity of agreeme

16、wise awarded.11. 其他條款other terms & conditions(1) 甲方不得向經(jīng)銷地區(qū)其他買主供應(yīng)本協(xié)議所規(guī)定的商品。如有詢價(jià)，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給乙方洽辦。若有買主希望從甲方直接訂購，甲方可以供貨，但甲方須將有關(guān)銷售確認(rèn)書副本寄給乙方，并按所達(dá)成交易的發(fā)票金額給予乙方*%的傭金。party a shall not supply the contracted commodity to any other buyer(s) in the above mentioned territory. direct enquiries, if any, will be referred t
