41、況良好，故不在本次設(shè)計(jì)之中。沿線(xiàn)有橋梁8座，共長(zhǎng)200米，橋梁的整治不在本次設(shè)計(jì)之中。有138處涵洞及50處擋墻，涵洞均未破損，擋土墻有36處破損。沿線(xiàn)無(wú)隧洞。該路段里程長(zhǎng)，公路等級(jí)為四級(jí)，路基寬度變化較多。s204線(xiàn)馬桑埡至應(yīng)慶溝段沿線(xiàn)擁有眾多鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，其中石和、新妙、三合、增幅均是涪陵區(qū)重要的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)。因此s204線(xiàn)馬桑埡至應(yīng)慶溝段成為是居民出行、沿線(xiàn)生活和生產(chǎn)物資運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕缆?。近幾年?lái)隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及茶涪路建成通車(chē)大大地方便了s204線(xiàn)長(zhǎng)習(xí)路片區(qū)的交通。由于建成年代久遠(yuǎn)，交通量急劇增加，同時(shí)高速公路、鐵路的建設(shè)，大量工程車(chē)尤其是超載車(chē)、重載車(chē)的影響，致使公路破壞嚴(yán)重，公路狀況、行車(chē)舒適度差

42、，目前已出現(xiàn)路基沉陷和路面斷板、裂縫、角隅斷裂、凹陷等病害，路面使用性能降低，行車(chē)舒適性差等原因，嚴(yán)重影響居民出行。該路線(xiàn)原有交通工程及沿線(xiàn)設(shè)施相對(duì)匱乏，部分設(shè)施已經(jīng)破損，不能充分發(fā)揮其使用功能。沿線(xiàn)交通事故多發(fā)段缺乏醒目的標(biāo)志標(biāo)牌和應(yīng)有的安全護(hù)欄。為了完善該路線(xiàn)相應(yīng)的沿線(xiàn)安全設(shè)施，杜絕安全隱患。本次設(shè)計(jì)將對(duì)沿線(xiàn)標(biāo)志、標(biāo)牌、標(biāo)線(xiàn)及護(hù)欄進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一布置和增設(shè)。1、對(duì)原有護(hù)欄完好的僅需做提升處理，部分破損的需拆除后重建。在無(wú)護(hù)欄的危險(xiǎn)路段應(yīng)增設(shè)波形護(hù)欄。新增波形護(hù)欄14110m，需修復(fù)護(hù)欄420 m，需提升護(hù)欄約為15.7km。詳見(jiàn)下表：波形護(hù)欄改造或增設(shè)統(tǒng)計(jì)表序號(hào)起止樁號(hào)位置損壞修復(fù)新 增1k66+

49、2）交通標(biāo)志材料（1）標(biāo)志柱：標(biāo)志柱為為鋼管立柱,外徑在152mm以下（含152mm）的立柱，采用普通碳素鋼焊接鋼管，并應(yīng)符合碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼（gb/t700）的要求；外徑在152mm以上的立柱，采用熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管，并應(yīng)符合結(jié)構(gòu)用無(wú)縫鋼管（gb/t8162）的規(guī)定。（2）標(biāo)志板：采用lf2鋁合金擠壓型材，并符合鋁及鋁合金板材的尺寸及允許誤差（gb3194）、鋁及鋁合金熱軋板（gb3193）的規(guī)定。（3）滑動(dòng)槽鋼：采用lc4鋁合金擠壓型材，并符合鋁及鋁合金擠壓型材（yb1703）的規(guī)定。（4）高強(qiáng)螺栓：高強(qiáng)連接螺栓和高強(qiáng)地腳螺栓（包括相應(yīng)的螺母、墊片）采用45號(hào)鋼，并符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。（5）滑塊：采用普通碳

50、素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼a3制造。（6）單懸臂式標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)采用c30混凝土，基礎(chǔ)頂面預(yù)埋a3鋼地腳螺栓，地腳螺栓下面為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鉤，螺母和墊圈為45號(hào)制作，法蘭盤(pán)為q235鋼制作。（7）定向反光標(biāo)志膜：采用高強(qiáng)反光膜，使用壽命要求在10年以上，其回歸反射光度值（最小值）、反光膜顏色和標(biāo)志色澤耐用期應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。反光膜和底面粘結(jié)膠可用壓型或熱敏型。（8）金屬構(gòu)件均進(jìn)行防銹處理。標(biāo)志支撐結(jié)構(gòu)按規(guī)范規(guī)定進(jìn)行熱浸鍍鋅處理，鍍鋅為600g/m2；螺栓、螺母、墊圈均做鍍鋅處理，采用熱浸鍍鋅，必須清理螺紋或作離心分離處理；滑塊采用鍍鋅處理；鋁合金板、鋁合金擠壓型材與鋼材接觸的部位，要有相應(yīng)的防腐措施。鋼管立柱、橫梁符合碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼（

51、gb/t700）、結(jié)構(gòu)用無(wú)縫鋼管（gb/t162）的規(guī)定。3）交通標(biāo)線(xiàn)材料路面標(biāo)線(xiàn)材料使用熱熔型涂料（路標(biāo)漆），厚度為1.52.5mm，其技術(shù)指標(biāo)應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足道路標(biāo)志和標(biāo)線(xiàn)（gb5768-2009.3）要求。玻璃珠應(yīng)符合路面標(biāo)線(xiàn)涂料（jt/t280-2004）的規(guī)定。4）護(hù)欄材料在定做的護(hù)欄運(yùn)往工地前，護(hù)欄部件的樣品及出廠檢驗(yàn)合格證書(shū)由監(jiān)理工程師審查批準(zhǔn)，必要時(shí)按要求進(jìn)行荷載試驗(yàn)。新增及修復(fù)護(hù)欄采用雙波形鋼護(hù)欄。防盜壓緊螺母a采用45號(hào)鋼，防盜防松螺母b采用q235鋼。波形梁、立柱、防阻塊、柱帽及端頭采用q235鋼。上述材料符合碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼（gb/t700）及高速公路交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)及施工技術(shù)規(guī)范相關(guān)

52、要求。波形梁、立柱、防阻塊、柱帽、端頭及各緊固連接件平均鍍鋅量350克/m2。5）材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)控制外購(gòu)材料到信譽(yù)好、質(zhì)量好的廠家由監(jiān)理試驗(yàn)工程師共同取樣試驗(yàn)，確定質(zhì)量合格后，同材料供應(yīng)商簽訂質(zhì)量控制協(xié)議和供應(yīng)合同。一切進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的材料由專(zhuān)人管理，并分類(lèi)存放，插標(biāo)識(shí)牌識(shí)別。3、施工組織準(zhǔn)備1）建立健全組織機(jī)構(gòu)及各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度（1）在正式施工之前，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部技術(shù)部、工程部等有關(guān)人員認(rèn)真核對(duì)圖紙，參加由業(yè)主組織的圖紙會(huì)審、圖紙交底會(huì)議，會(huì)中確定的內(nèi)容形成施工文件，從而盡量減少圖紙上的疑問(wèn)，確保工程順利進(jìn)行。（2）制定考察制度。對(duì)勞務(wù)隊(duì)及主要材料供應(yīng)商要經(jīng)過(guò)考察后確定，經(jīng)過(guò)綜合評(píng)比，最終選定合格、滿(mǎn)意的分

53、包方供貨。2）勞動(dòng)力組織及動(dòng)員（1）根據(jù)總體施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃以及施工作業(yè)安排，提前組織各專(zhuān)業(yè)施工人員進(jìn)場(chǎng)，進(jìn)行質(zhì)量、安全及文明施工等方面教育。（2）提前組織所有參加施工的人員學(xué)習(xí)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，使之熟練掌握操作工藝及施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn)。4、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備1）施工測(cè)量（1）平面定位平面定位采用極坐標(biāo)測(cè)設(shè)，用計(jì)算機(jī)先計(jì)算出各樁位、樁點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)以及放線(xiàn)資料，打印成書(shū)面表格形式。內(nèi)業(yè)計(jì)算校核無(wú)誤后，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)將全站儀置于控制點(diǎn)上，進(jìn)行測(cè)放。放線(xiàn)完畢立即進(jìn)行校核，用鋼尺拉出和樁點(diǎn)的間距，同坐標(biāo)反算之距離值比較，以此方法可校驗(yàn)同次放線(xiàn)各樁點(diǎn)之間的相對(duì)位置關(guān)系，不合格者立即復(fù)查并重放直至合格。（2）高程測(cè)設(shè)高程測(cè)設(shè)由一施工

54、水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)抄出各樁點(diǎn)高程，并盡可能避免轉(zhuǎn)站次數(shù)，再核驗(yàn)各樁點(diǎn)的相對(duì)高差是否同設(shè)計(jì)高程差值相符，最后以加設(shè)的施工水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)驗(yàn)測(cè)樁點(diǎn)中任意兩個(gè)。以上每一步驟如有不合格或差值過(guò)大者，立即查明原因并重測(cè)直至合格。每一步放線(xiàn)資料、驗(yàn)測(cè)值均以書(shū)面型式保存。2）資料的整理與收集凡屬觀測(cè)成果，均要有書(shū)面計(jì)算記錄及草圖，每日做好測(cè)量日志。為保證工程竣工后資料能及時(shí)歸檔，要求施工時(shí)要及時(shí)填寫(xiě)放線(xiàn)報(bào)驗(yàn)單和復(fù)核記錄， 第四章 施工進(jìn)度一、施工進(jìn)度編制依據(jù)本標(biāo)段水文、氣象等施工條件、項(xiàng)目施工特點(diǎn)、施工程序及施工方法、合同工期等。二、 進(jìn)度編制原則嚴(yán)格按照合同工期確定交通安全設(shè)施工程施工的控制性工期，合理進(jìn)行施工組織及施工安排，

55、確保工期。三、 施工進(jìn)度安排交通安全設(shè)施施工貫穿整個(gè)路面大修施工全過(guò)程，施工預(yù)計(jì)在2014年月1開(kāi)始，2014年5月30日完成，共5個(gè)月。詳細(xì)計(jì)劃見(jiàn)表施工組織設(shè)計(jì)施工總進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。四、工期保證措施工期保證措施詳見(jiàn)第八章。第五章 護(hù)欄施工方法一、護(hù)欄施工范圍因本項(xiàng)目為路面大修工程，部分護(hù)欄已經(jīng)破損，不能充分發(fā)揮其使用功能，沿線(xiàn)交通事故多發(fā)段應(yīng)有的安全護(hù)欄，設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)護(hù)欄進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一布置和增設(shè)。對(duì)原有護(hù)欄完好的僅需做提升處理，部分破損的需拆除后重建。在無(wú)護(hù)欄的危險(xiǎn)路段應(yīng)增設(shè)波形護(hù)欄。新增波形護(hù)欄14110m，需修復(fù)護(hù)欄420 m，需提升護(hù)欄約為15.7km。二、原波形護(hù)欄提升1、工藝流程拔出立柱拆除波形板施工放樣交通安全設(shè)施安放擰緊螺栓安放波形板安放護(hù)欄立柱機(jī)械鉆孔調(diào)整線(xiàn)形2、拆除護(hù)欄板和拔出立柱波形板采用人工拆除，拆除的波形板靠近路肩存放，不得隨意放置。護(hù)欄立柱使用炮機(jī)拆除，具體方法是使用炮機(jī)將立柱周邊硬路肩破碎，待立柱松動(dòng)后人工將立柱拔出，施工過(guò)程中將嚴(yán)格禁止使用炮機(jī)直接拔出立柱的方法，防止立柱損壞并甩到行車(chē)道上。3、護(hù)欄安裝同新增護(hù)欄安裝。二、新增護(hù)欄施工1、施工工藝測(cè)量放線(xiàn)立柱安裝調(diào)整校驗(yàn)自檢調(diào)整線(xiàn)形安裝波形梁檢查驗(yàn)收2、施工準(zhǔn)備 護(hù)欄立柱的安裝在路肩施工后進(jìn)行施工。施工開(kāi)始前，施工技術(shù)人員熟悉、理解設(shè)計(jì)圖紙以及相關(guān)的施工規(guī)范，并與施工人員一起到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與設(shè)計(jì)圖
