30、裝備于加工制造業(yè),應(yīng)用非常廣泛。近年來(lái),隨著裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)水平的大幅度提高,工件的加工尺寸精度和質(zhì)量要求也日趨提高,傳統(tǒng)的加工工藝已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的高效率、高質(zhì)量、多變化的加工要求,數(shù)控化加工勢(shì)在必行。然而,投資購(gòu)買(mǎi)全新的大型數(shù)控落地鏜銑床不僅投資大而且制造周期長(zhǎng);同時(shí),淘汰現(xiàn)有的大型落地鏜銑床不但浪費(fèi)巨大,而且以現(xiàn)在的技術(shù)水平完全可以使老設(shè)備煥發(fā)青春和活力。1、 數(shù)控改造的基本原則對(duì)機(jī)床的機(jī)械部分,數(shù)控機(jī)床和普通機(jī)床基本一致的大型基礎(chǔ)性零部件盡量最大可能予以保留和利用。利用現(xiàn)代化的交流數(shù)字主軸驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)控技術(shù)對(duì)機(jī)床的主傳動(dòng)部分,進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)部分,按照全新的數(shù)控機(jī)床的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)行全

31、面徹底的升級(jí)改造。選擇世界領(lǐng)先的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)和交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī),重新設(shè)計(jì)制造機(jī)床電控系統(tǒng);立柱橫向移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)更換為可調(diào)預(yù)緊力的雙小斜齒輪進(jìn)給箱和高精度斜齒條傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu);主軸箱升降機(jī)構(gòu)換裝滾珠絲杠。將原直流主軸電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)改為西門(mén)子交流數(shù)字主軸驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),各進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)軸加裝光柵尺和旋轉(zhuǎn)位置編碼器。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)床的數(shù)控化、全閉環(huán)控制。并具有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)兩種工作方式,使其達(dá)到目前同類(lèi)機(jī)床的先進(jìn)水平。2、 大型落地鏜銑床的數(shù)控化設(shè)計(jì)及改造項(xiàng)目磨削加工立柱橫向移動(dòng)用床身(長(zhǎng)度12m)、前立柱各導(dǎo)軌面,加工修復(fù)立柱滑板;床身鑲裝高精度斜齒條。主軸箱按交流數(shù)字主軸驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)要求,設(shè)計(jì)改造主軸變速機(jī)構(gòu)。立柱橫向移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)更換為可

32、調(diào)預(yù)緊力的雙小斜齒輪進(jìn)給箱和高精度斜齒條傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),用交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。立柱橫向運(yùn)動(dòng)床身上加裝德國(guó)“HEIDEN-HAIN”光柵尺,實(shí)現(xiàn)立柱橫向進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)的全閉環(huán)控制。主軸箱垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),經(jīng)機(jī)械減速裝置和換裝的滾珠絲杠螺母副,帶動(dòng)主軸箱沿前立柱導(dǎo)軌完成垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)。前立柱垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)方 向上加裝光柵尺,實(shí)現(xiàn)主軸箱垂直進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)的全閉環(huán)控制。鏜桿軸縱向移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),經(jīng)機(jī)械減速裝置和換裝的滾珠絲杠螺母副,帶動(dòng)鏜桿軸完成縱向移動(dòng)。在鏜桿軸直線運(yùn)動(dòng)方向上加裝光柵尺,實(shí)現(xiàn)鏜桿軸縱向移動(dòng)的全閉環(huán)控制?;砜v向移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),經(jīng)機(jī)械減速裝置和換裝的滾珠絲杠螺母副,帶動(dòng)滑枕完成縱向移動(dòng)。同時(shí),在滑枕縱向直線運(yùn)動(dòng)方向上加裝光柵尺,實(shí)現(xiàn)滑枕縱向移動(dòng)的全閉環(huán)控制。工作臺(tái)旋轉(zhuǎn)采用交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),在旋轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)主軸末端加裝旋轉(zhuǎn)位置編碼器,實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度分度定位的全閉環(huán)控制。工作臺(tái)縱向移動(dòng)采用交流伺服 電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),U軸更換滾珠絲杠兩端支撐軸承,加裝光柵尺,實(shí)現(xiàn)U軸的全數(shù)控化、全閉環(huán)控制。各運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副的潤(rùn)滑采用自動(dòng)集中潤(rùn)滑站,實(shí)現(xiàn)定時(shí)、定量、定點(diǎn)自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑。按數(shù)控機(jī)床標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更換各直線進(jìn)給軸拖鏈并加裝導(dǎo)軌防護(hù)罩及限位保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)。選用西門(mén)子840D 數(shù)控系
