1、1 2 鋰電池分類 鋰金屬原電池與鋰離子電池區(qū)別 鋰電池反應(yīng)機(jī)理圖示 鋰金屬原電池結(jié)構(gòu)與性能 工藝流程說明 相關(guān)認(rèn)證目錄目錄3鋰電池鋰電池定義：是一類由鋰金屬或鋰合金為正負(fù)極材料，使用非水電解質(zhì)溶液的電池。鋰電池大致可分為兩類：鋰金屬原電池鋰金屬原電池：含有金屬態(tài)的鋰，將化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)換為電能，化學(xué)反應(yīng)不可逆轉(zhuǎn)，不可充電。一般使用二氧化錳作為正極材料，金屬鋰為負(fù)極材料，使用非水電解質(zhì)溶液的電池總反應(yīng)：Li+MnO2=LiMnO2鋰離子電池鋰離子電池：不含有金屬態(tài)的鋰，并且是可以充電的。一般使用鋰合金金屬氧化物為正極材料（如磷酸鐵鋰/鈷酸鋰/錳酸鋰等），石墨為負(fù)極材料，使用非水電解質(zhì)的電池總反應(yīng)：Li

2、CoO2+6C=Li(1-x)CoO2+LixC6 充放電反應(yīng)機(jī)理為鋰離子在正負(fù)極材料之間的嵌入和脫嵌鋰電池分類鋰電池分類4鋰離子電池鋰離子電池具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：電壓高，單體電池的工作電壓高達(dá)3.6-3.9V，是Ni-Cd、Ni-H電池的3倍比能量大，目前能達(dá)到的實(shí)際比能量為100-145 mAh/g（2倍于Ni-Cd，1.5倍于Ni-MH） 循環(huán)壽命長,一般均可達(dá)到500次以上,甚至1000次以上.安全性能好,無公害,無記憶效應(yīng)可快速充放電，1C充電是容量可以達(dá)到標(biāo)稱容量的80%以上。工作溫度范圍高，工作溫度為-2555C。鋰離子電池也存在著一定的缺點(diǎn)，如： 電池成本較高。主要表現(xiàn)在正極材料Li

3、CoO2的價格高（Co的資源較少），電解質(zhì)體系提純困難。大電流放電困難。由于有機(jī)電解質(zhì)體系等原因，電池內(nèi)阻相對其他類電池大。故要求較小的放電電流密度，一般放電電流在0.5C以下，適合于中小電流的電器使用。需要保護(hù)線路控制。鋰電池分類鋰電池分類5鋰金屬原電池鋰金屬原電池具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：比能量較鋰離子電池高，比能量達(dá)200-400 mAh/g，單體工作電壓2.8-3.2V或3.2-3.4v，性能穩(wěn)定，自放電小，可大電流放電貯存壽命長，室溫下可以貯存10年以上使用溫度范圍廣，一般為-2060度和-5585C高安全性，高可靠性，放電電壓平穩(wěn)，無公害鋰二氧化錳是比較常用的一款鋰金屬原電池，其正極活性物質(zhì)二
