9、nt productseducational summary:bachelor's degree in instructional design , design college, houston19xxmaster in instructional system development, houston university, houston, 19xx成功面試四步曲進(jìn)入面試是人生的一次機(jī)遇同時(shí)也是一次挑戰(zhàn),如何選擇面試輔導(dǎo)老師是同學(xué)們期望知道的,也許聰明的同學(xué)會(huì)挨家的聽(tīng)免費(fèi)公開(kāi)課,很多同學(xué)都是看機(jī)構(gòu)名氣其實(shí)看名氣是不理智的,例如:全國(guó)知名機(jī)構(gòu)在北京的老師特別厲害,有中央直屬機(jī)構(gòu)的十萬(wàn)班,在北京的郊區(qū)莊園開(kāi)班,很少好老師會(huì)去其他核心城市以外地方,往往是剛畢業(yè)的研究生做講師,本科畢業(yè)的做助教。我個(gè)人認(rèn)為面試應(yīng)該分四步走,下面我簡(jiǎn)要的介紹一下面試的四部曲:第一部,能講話,聽(tīng)過(guò)老師的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的講解很多同學(xué)能簡(jiǎn)要的說(shuō)出核心內(nèi)容,但是答題時(shí)間短,沒(méi)有像樣的連接詞,不成句,不完整。第二部,能完整的說(shuō)出意思,心中有很多想法,會(huì)猶豫,不知道哪個(gè)是對(duì)的,不知道該不該說(shuō),有的時(shí)候想說(shuō)的會(huì)忘記,基本能基本完整的答題。第三部,能夠順暢的回答完問(wèn)題
