18、shaped is not greater than 0.35%. 5.3 輸送帶應采用硫化接頭,接頭強度不應低于膠帶本身強度的90%.Conveyor belt should use vulcanization joint, joint strength should be no less than 90% of the strength of the tape itself.6. 防雨罩Anti-rain cover 6.1 防雨罩安裝之前應先安裝防雨罩支撐架，支撐架與中間架之間采用焊接，焊接時應嚴格按照總裝圖中防雨罩支撐架的位置進行焊接。supporting frame should b

21、ication of factory.6.2 帶式輸送機的拉緊裝置安裝時,必須使用張緊滾筒在初始位置上,以保證最大的行程.Of the belt conveyor tension device installation, it must use a tight roller in the initial position to ensure maximum trip6.3 系統(tǒng)中落料管法蘭接口、人孔門、檢查門及漏斗與設備相接處,均應采用橡膠板或其他材料予以密封,以防粉塵飛揚污染環(huán)境.Joint of dropping materials tube flange interface , manh

28、查和維修,建立和健全必要的規(guī)章制度,保證設備的完好狀態(tài).It should take more inspection and maintaince of equpments,establish and improve regulations necessary so as to keep they in a perfect condition.4.2 各條帶式輸送機的拉緊鋼絲繩應經常檢查,如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常或破損要及時更換.It should inspect constantly the taut wire rope of every conveying belt,it should be chang

29、ed timely when anomalous and broken.4.3 設備安裝或檢修起吊時,放置設備處的樓面板應采取措施使載荷不超過允許范圍. When installing of servicing , floor slabs in equipment place should be taken measures to make load not more than allowed scope4.4 凡在轉運站各層預留的加設蓋板的安裝孔洞,檢修時需將蓋板移開,孔洞周圍應設 置臨時欄桿以確保人身安全.
