1、Teaching Plan for Book 5 Unit5 First Aid Reading: First Aid for Burns教案背景:英語(yǔ)(人教版)必修五是供高中二年級(jí)上學(xué)期使用,這本教材以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言能力為根本,全面準(zhǔn)確地體現(xiàn)了新的英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),必修五教材共有五個(gè)單元。每個(gè)單元由Warming up, Pre-reading, Reading, Comprehending, Learning About Language, Using Language 這六部分組成。這一課講的是Reading 部分。教學(xué)課題:新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語(yǔ)(人教版)必修五 Unit5 First Aid中
2、 Reading: First Aid For Burns教材分析:新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語(yǔ)(人教版)必修五Unit 5 First Aid 是討論對(duì)不同的情況采取什么急救措施。本節(jié)課Reading部分:First Aid For Burns陳述皮膚對(duì)人體的重要性,然后介紹燒傷的各種起因,三種不同的燒傷程度以及它們所表現(xiàn)出的主要癥狀和所應(yīng)采取的急救措施。教學(xué)方法:任務(wù)型教學(xué)法、直觀演示法、TPR教學(xué)法Teaching Goals:1. Enable the Ss to get some first aid knowledge. 2. Enable the Ss to learn how to use wha
3、t theyve learnt to do first aid treatment for burns correctly.3. Let the Ss learn the reading skill of getting the main idea of each para./ part & each passage .Key Teaching Points:How to improve the Ss reading ability.Difficult points: 1. How to grasp the main idea of each paragraph / part &

8、Teaching proceduresStep1. Lead-inNow you know something about first aid. Kook at the picture on page 33 in Pre-reading part. What has happened to the girl and what can we do? The girl is burned by hot water. Next this class we are going to learn something about First Aid for the Family. Now read the
9、 text “First Aid for Burns” on page 34.Step2. Fast readingLet the Ss read the passage fast and then find out the answers to the questions1. What will the passage be about?2. What do they tell you about the passage? 3. In which order are these topics covered in the text? Number them from 1 to 5. _ th

It should include: bandage, alcohol, flashlight, thermometer, soap, sharp scissors, plastic gloves (at least 2 pairs), your list of emergency phone numbers etc.Step6. Role play Work in pairs to act out how to place an emergency call for helpStep7. SummaryThis passag
16、e doesnt contain enough information for you to do first aid for others. Please learn more after class.
