1、國家外匯管理局對外匯、貴金屬和外匯票證等進出國境的管理施行細則（附英文）              國家外匯管理局對外匯、貴金屬和外匯票證等進出國境的管理施行細則（附英文）    一、為貫徹執(zhí)行中華人民共和國外匯管理暫行條例第二十七條、第二十八條、第十九條和第三十條的規(guī)定，特制定本細則。二、入境人員攜帶外匯、人民幣外匯票證，攜帶黃金、白銀、白金等貴金屬及其制品，進入中國國境，數(shù)量不受限制；但是，必須向入境地海關(guān)申報。三、入境人員將攜入的

2、外匯、人民幣外匯票證，攜入的黃金、白銀、白金等貴金屬及其制品，復帶出境，海關(guān)憑原入境申報單查驗放行。四、入境人員將攜入的外匯、人民幣外匯票證，或者將匯入的外匯，兌成人民幣，在離境前可以按規(guī)定將未用完的人民幣兌回外匯；出境時，海關(guān)憑中國銀行發(fā)給的兌出外匯的證明查驗放行。五、入境人員攜帶在中國境內(nèi)購買的黃金、白銀、白金等貴金屬制品出境，海關(guān)在國家規(guī)定的限額內(nèi)憑出售單位的證明查驗放行。六、出境人員攜帶外匯、人民幣外匯票證出境，海關(guān)憑中國銀行發(fā)給的證明查驗放行。對境內(nèi)中國銀行開出或者售出的外幣匯票、外幣旅行支票、外幣旅行信用證、人民幣現(xiàn)鈔保管證和存折保管證，由海關(guān)查驗放行，中國銀行不另行發(fā)給證明。七、

3、居住在中國境內(nèi)的中國人、外國僑民和無國籍人移居出境時攜帶黃金、白銀、白金等貴金屬及其制品，海關(guān)在國家 ( 國家外匯管理局對外匯、貴金屬和外匯票證等進出國境的管理施行細則（附英文） ) 規(guī)定限額內(nèi)查驗放行。八、居住在中國境內(nèi)的中國人、外國僑民和無國籍人所持有的人民幣支票、匯票、存折、存單等人民幣支付憑證，不得攜帶、托帶或者郵寄出境。九、居住在中國境內(nèi)的中國人，持有境外的債券、股票、房地契，以及同處理境外債權(quán)、遺產(chǎn)、房地產(chǎn)和其他外匯資產(chǎn)有關(guān)的各種證書、契約和含有支付命令的授權(quán)書、函件等，非經(jīng)國家外匯管理總局或者分局批準，不得攜帶、托帶或者郵寄出境。十、已歇業(yè)的外國企業(yè)和已離境的外國僑民，要求將存放

4、在中國境內(nèi)的外國有價證券攜帶出境，必須經(jīng)國家外匯管理總局或者分局批準，海關(guān)憑批準的證件放行；但是，我國的證券、股票，不得攜帶、托帶或者郵寄出境。十一、凡中國與外國訂有雙邊貨幣進出國境協(xié)定者，按照協(xié)定的規(guī)定辦理。十二、香港、澳門同胞攜帶外匯、人民幣外匯票證，攜帶黃金、白銀、白金等貴金屬及其制品，出境、入境，都按照本細則規(guī)定辦理。十三、本細則由國家外匯管理總局公布施行。RulesGoverningtheCarryingofForeignExchange，PreciousMetalsandPaymentInstrumentsinConvertibleCurrencyintooroutofChina（
