1、市英語口語等級證書考試（初級）初級簡介：北京英語口語證書考試（Beijing Oral English Certificate，簡稱BOEC ）是北京市教育委員會、北京教育考試院、北京英語口語證書培訓考試領導小組在北京市率先推出的一項測評英語口語水平的考試。該項目旨在提高首都市民的英語口語水平，以提高城市國際交往功能為主線，以營造良好的語言交流環(huán)境為重點，以學校教育為基礎，以培養(yǎng)語言交際能力為核心。初級要求考生具有簡單的對話能力，能聽、會說，適合一般交際場合和服務場合的英語會話。參加初級口語考試的考生一般是學習過2年左右英語課程；或經過一段時間的英語強化培訓；或自學了相同的內容?？荚嚥捎美秒?/p>
