1、口腔顎顏面影像中心簡介一、 成立源由：為因應口腔醫(yī)學之國際化整合發(fā)展，並結合口腔顎顏面影像學之研究，進而加強影像診療技術及相關人才之培育，且鑒於國內尚無口腔顎顏面影像之專門機構，本中心於2008年4月奉準設於高雄醫(yī)學大學口腔醫(yī)學院內，以期拓展此領域之研究、教學與服務。二、 本中心之使命、經費來源及空間運用： A. 本中心之任務如下：1. 積極協(xié)助附設醫(yī)院成立口腔顎顏面影像診斷科。2. 建立口腔顎顏面影像相關科系診斷、治療及追蹤，相關之臨床及動物實驗研究發(fā)展之共同平臺。3. 與相關部門合作，訓練跨科系口腔顎顏面影像專業(yè)人員(含醫(yī)師，技術員，研究員等)，並推廣專業(yè)人員之繼續(xù)教育訓練。4. 改善影像

2、教學內容及技巧，促進基礎及臨床牙科放射線數位化。5. 推展國際化交流與亞太及歐美先進國家口腔顎顏面影像研究單位接軌。6. 整合口腔顎顏面影像學及相關之基礎研究之人力與資源。B. 預定自籌經費約五百萬(已於學校設專款帳戶)，現正募款中。C. 擬規(guī)劃之空間為200平方公尺(約60坪)，放置教學用顯微影像數位掃描系統(tǒng)，並擬設頭頸部專用之Cone-beam CT。空間運用著重於電腦分析儀器(大型Server)及動物實驗室，並與附設醫(yī)院PACS系統(tǒng)連線。三、 本中心之組織架構本中心置主任一人，綜理中心業(yè)務。另視研究發(fā)展及業(yè)務需要，置研究人員、技正、技士、技佐、組員、辦事員等若干人。四、 研究與教學國內關

3、於口腔顎顏面影像之研究因涉獵之專家學者不多，故極具競爭優(yōu)勢，但國際競爭力則猶不足。若以下所選之研究能有成果，未來之發(fā)展一定能媲美東北亞，甚至能與歐美並駕齊驅。A.研究(a.動物實驗及b.臨床診療)：a.動物實驗1. 動物模式口腔癌及其他部位癌之產生及影像之分析(Cone-beam CT為主)。2. 接種及轉植動物癌之MRI(含不同顯影劑)影像分析。3. 癌轉移至肝或肺臟等MRI(含不同顯影劑)之病理組織及影像分析。4. PET及CT在動物癌之分析應用。5. Angiogram在動物癌之分析(angiogenesis之觀察& embolization之效果)應用。6. Antivirus

4、 pharmaceutical compound對動物癌治療上之成效評估。7. IA approach(局部)對動物癌治療上之成效評估。8. Chemotherapy(全身)對動物癌治療上之成效評估。9. 動物癌過程中血液因子之變化。10. Radiation therapy對動物癌治療上之成效評估。11. 紅外光對動物癌治療上之成效評估。12. 動物癌產生之技術、病理、影像、治療之諮詢。b.臨床診療研究1. 口腔疾病與全身系統(tǒng)性疾病相關之影像診斷、治療及追蹤研究。2. 早期疾病(含癌)之影像早期偵查(如用PET, MRIS等新工具)。3. 將動物實驗之成果應用於臨床之研究。B. 教學：1.

5、使用顯微影像數位掃描系統(tǒng)之虛擬顯微鏡，將口腔病理教學玻璃切片轉換成高解析度的數位影像檔，置放於本科網站中。下載OlyVIA軟體後，可使用寬頻網路閱覽口腔病理教學影片。2. 整合口腔傳統(tǒng)及數位放射線影像與上述之病理顯微影像數位掃描系統(tǒng)，並改進口腔放射線學與病理學之教學題材。3. 提升影像網路教學品質，以達遠距教學及網路診斷及追蹤之目標。Introduction on Oral and Maxillofacial Imaging Center (OMFIC)1. 7、 Medical University has founded the OMFIC in April of 2008 to expand research, teaching and service in the area of OMFI.2. OMFIC mission, fund resources and space utilizationA. OMFIC mission:a. Eagerly assists the establishment of a department of OMFI in our teaching hospital.b. Establish diagnosis,

8、 therapy and follow-up of OMFI in different related departments; a common platform for associated clinical and animal experimental studies will also be launched.c. Cooperate with other related departments to train the certified workforce in inter-field of OMFI (include doctors, technicians, and rese

9、archers); also to augment and continue education training of the professional workforce.d. To improve the teaching content and technique on imaging; enhance the basic and clinical dental digital radiography.e. Promote and encourage international exchange; integrate advanced Asian-Pacific and America

10、n-European countries.f. Combine basic research manpower and resources on OMFI.B. OMFIC intends to have endowment of about 5 million NT dollars. A specific account for donations has been set up in our Institution and has now received donations.C. OMFIC plans to acquire a space of about 200 square met

11、ers to accommodate the virtual microscopic system, the Cone-beam CT and other facilities to connect to our teaching hospital and the PACS system.3. OMFIC institutional frameworkA chair is presided to handle the business of the OMFIC. In view of the need for development of research and requirement of

12、 business, OMFIC will allocate several members of researchers, junior and senior technicians, office assistants and secretaries.4. Research and teachingDue to the paucity of specialists and researchers focusing on the area of OMFI in Taiwan, OMFIC would possess dominant competitive power. The intern

13、ational competition is still inadequate; however, if the below-described researches have sound results, then, future development can keep pace with the countries of both Asian-Pacific and American-European regions.A. Teaching(i)Using a dot-slide system to produce digitized microscopic slides. The virtual slide image is transmitted to the image file server and the server file address can be stored in a database record.
