All sides of Party A

After singed on this agreemen，t there will be no controversy on any clause or procedure of this agreement.1.4 丙方確認至簽訂本協(xié)議止， 甲方或乙方已足額向丙方支付工資 (包 括正常工作時間工資、加班工資等工資)及其他應發(fā)福利，不存在任 何應付未付款項。1.4 Party C had already confirmed before signed that, Party A o

6、r Party B had already paid the salary of Party C (including regular and overtime pay rate etc.) and other welfare, and there is not any other accrued payables.1.5 丙方確認在簽訂本協(xié)議書前， 甲方、乙方不存在任何違反勞動合同、 勞務派遣合同或勞動法等相關法律法規(guī)的情形。1.5 Party C had already confirmed before signed that, Party A or Party B have not vi

7、olated any section or article in Labor Contract or in LaborDispatch services Con tractor in Labor Con tract Law .第二條合同解除后的經濟補償及支付方式2. The way to pay the severance pay or the compensation after termination2.1甲乙丙三方確認，由乙方根據丙方在甲方派遣至乙方的工作年限及 相關情況直接向丙方支付以下費用，合計金額為 元，大寫： (如需繳納個人所得稅，則由乙方依法代扣代繳)。甲方無需向丙方支付經濟補

Others 3.1甲乙丙三方保證不將本協(xié)議或以前因勞務派遣合

11、同、勞動合同簽訂 或履行過程中獲得的商業(yè)秘密或其他應當保密的事項泄露給第三方。3.1 Party A, Party B and Party C should guarantee this Agreement and the Labor Contract before, including but not limited to draft of this agreement, are trade secrets of the three parties and shall not be disclosed to a third party by either party in any form.

12、3.2 本協(xié)議簽訂后，甲丙雙方不存在任何勞動關系意義上的債務或義 務，丙方不得以任何理由追究甲方或乙方的責任。3.2 After this agreement have been signed, there will be none labor dispatch relationship or debt or any other obligation between Party A and Party B, Party C have no reason to call to account the responsibilities of Party A or Party C.第四條 協(xié)議的生效4.
