3、作制度和中國政府關(guān)于外籍教師的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。TheforeignteacherwillfollowtheEmployersworkingregulatiaonsandtherelevantForeignExpertregulationsoftheChinesegovernment.3. 外籍教師應(yīng)尊重中國人的道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，特別是要保持恰當(dāng)?shù)穆殬I(yè)面貌和行為準(zhǔn)則。TheforeignteacherwillrespectthemoralstandardsandcustomsoftheChinesepeople.Thisspeciallyincludesmaintinganappropriateprofe

5、erialsprovidedbytheEmployerandwilldevelopanappropriateteachingplan.Theforeignteachershouldconsientiouslyapplythisteachingplantoensureahighqualityeducation.6. 合同期間，外籍教師每周授課32小時(shí)，每周工作5天，每天6小時(shí)帶班時(shí)間；每周2小時(shí)作為學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)、教研活動時(shí)間。外籍教師職責(zé)包括：Theforeignteacherwillteachfiveworkdaysperweek,sixhoursperworkday.Andtwohoursea

9、ployerwillpurchaseaccidentinsurancefortheEmployee.10、外籍教師必須提供真實(shí)有效證件，如因證件原因產(chǎn)生的后果自行負(fù)責(zé)。Theforeignteachermustprovidetherealcertificates,theforeignteachermusttaketheresponsibilitypersonallybecauseofthefakecertificates.二、聘用方職責(zé)EmployersResponsibilities1外籍教師試用期為一個(gè)月，試用期月薪為，經(jīng)一個(gè)月試用期后，聘用方支付給外籍教師每個(gè)月的月薪為人民幣元，于每月日

10、支付。外籍教師試用期的月薪為人民幣元。連續(xù)工作滿一年的外籍教師（從第三個(gè)假期開始）享受人民幣元假期生活補(bǔ)助(指寒暑假)。從第二年開始每年3000元的探親車費(fèi)補(bǔ)助。Foreignteachersforamonthtrialperiod,themonthlysalaryforaprobationaryperiod,Afteraone-monthprobationaryperiod,theEmployerwillprovidessalaryofRMBperworkingmonthtotheforeignteacher.Thesalarywillbepaidmonthlyonthe1Cthdayofe

11、achmonth.Duringtheone-monthprobationaryperiod,RMBwillbepaidtoforeignteacher.IftheForeignTeacherhasworkedformorethanoneyearwithoutbroken,theEmployerwillpayhim/heryuanforlifeontheholidays.Theschoolwillpayyuanforticketsperyearafterawholeworkingyear.(summerholidaysandspringfestivalholidays.Theholidaysaf

12、teracompletetermwillbeeffective,iftheworkingtermisnotcomplete,theholidaysafterthetermwon'tbecounted.)2 .聘用方將對外籍教師的工作進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和評價(jià)。TheEmployerwillprovideguidanceandevaluationoftheforeignteacherswork.3 .如有需要，聘用方將幫助外籍教師了解中國的法律法規(guī)以及中國政府聘用方關(guān)于外籍教師的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。Uponrequest,theEmployerwillprovideintroductoryinstruct

13、ionandassistancewithChineselawandregulations.TheEmployerwillalsoprovidetheEmployersworkregulationsandtherelevantforeignExpertregulationsoftheChineseGovernment.三、合同的終止TerminationofContract1、下列情況下，聘用方有權(quán)書面通知外籍教師終止合同：如外籍教師違反中國的法律法規(guī)、聘用方的工作制度、中國政府關(guān)于外籍專家的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度或者合同的其他條款。此種情況，無補(bǔ)償；如外籍教師表現(xiàn)不佳，不能盡責(zé)者，聘用方有權(quán)立即終止合同

14、，外籍教師將得到十五天的工資作為補(bǔ)償金；如聘用方?jīng)Q定給予15天的時(shí)間允許其改進(jìn)工作，但到期后其工作表現(xiàn)仍不能令聘用方滿意者，合同將被終止，聘用方無須提供額外補(bǔ)償；IftheForeignTeacherfailstosatisfactoryperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilities,thecontractwillbeterminatedimmediately,buttheforeignteacherwillreceivefifteendays'severancepay;Or,athesolediscretionoftheEmployer,theFore

15、ignTeacherwillbegivenfifteendaystoimprovehis/herjobperformance.If,afterfifteendays,theForeignTeacherhasnotimprovedhis/herjobperformancetothesatisfactionoftheEmployer,thecontractwillthenbeterminatedandtheForeignTeacherwillnotreceiveanyadditionalpay;在連續(xù)30天病假后，經(jīng)合格醫(yī)生診斷外籍教師不能繼續(xù)履行其工作職責(zé)的。If,inthejudgmentof

16、aqualifiedmedicaldoctor,theForeignTeacherisunabletoresumehis/herdutiesandresponsibilitiesaftertheexpirationofthirty(30)daysofsickleave.Inthisinstance,nofurtherpaymentswillbemadetotheForeignTeacher.2如外籍教師需終止合同，他或她必須提前30天書面通知聘用方，聘用方將支付其工作期間的全部薪水，否則其薪水、假期補(bǔ)助和機(jī)票補(bǔ)助等均被取消。IftheForeignTeacherchoosestoterminatethecontract,he/shemustprovidethirtydays'wriitennoticetotheEmployer.Ifthisisdone,theforeignteacherwillreceivefullsal
