1、會(huì)議流程圖(VIP)Conference Detailed Flow ChartRoll Call點(diǎn)名點(diǎn)名，該階段要求確定共多少國(guó)家參會(huì)，參會(huì)國(guó)家的簡(jiǎn)單多數(shù)和三分之二多數(shù)是多少。The Rapporteur: Honorable delegates, now we are going to have the roll call.
