8、成功的組織確定成功標(biāo)準(zhǔn),放手信任別人,允許他們用自己的方法達到你要的結(jié)果。² “四種管理文化”:這個以變革為特征的時代占據(jù)主要地位的阿波羅式組織需要依賴雅典娜式的因素設(shè)計新路線和新引擎,需要宙斯一樣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人審時度勢、隨機調(diào)控,需要酒神式的創(chuàng)意因素來挑戰(zhàn)過度控制與高組織性的刻板。² “中國式契約”:一種通過為各利益相關(guān)方持續(xù)不斷地創(chuàng)造價值,來播種、培育、維護的動態(tài)的、心照不宣的契約,一種在超越確定性中尋求確定的契約。Prof. Charles Handys prophesy of “future organization type and operation mode” ha
