1、“一帶一路”國際爭端預(yù)防和解決高級別論壇預(yù)通知為促進“一帶一路”建設(shè)中公正、便捷、開放、高效的“融合式”爭端解決機制的構(gòu)建，確?！耙粠б宦贰苯ㄔO(shè)有效推進，北京理工大學(xué)、中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會擬于2019年5月17日在北京召開“一帶一路國際爭端預(yù)防和解決高級別論壇”。會議擬邀請國家相關(guān)部委、各大高校、仲裁機構(gòu)、著名律所、其他糾紛解決組織以及企業(yè)界的專家參與。論壇主題：1. “一帶一路”背景下國際爭端預(yù)防機制新發(fā)展2. 調(diào)解全球化趨勢與國際調(diào)解規(guī)則的構(gòu)建3. “一帶一路”背景下國際仲裁機制創(chuàng)新發(fā)展會議議程及詳細地點將另行正式通知。 會議將根據(jù)投稿安排發(fā)言，優(yōu)秀論文將發(fā)表于2019年司法第11輯國際
