2、度概括.第三篇為我國(guó)疾病預(yù)防限制的經(jīng)典內(nèi)容,針對(duì)傳染病、慢性非傳染性疾病預(yù)防限制的根本原那么進(jìn)行了闡述.長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),衛(wèi)生工程技術(shù)和環(huán)境有益因素的利用是被公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)界所無(wú)視的領(lǐng)域,因此,本篇更加關(guān)注促進(jìn)健康的因素及其利用以及有害因素的限制技術(shù).第四篇涉及衛(wèi)生政策與治理的內(nèi)容,目的在于說(shuō)明任何公共衛(wèi)生行動(dòng)均需要政策與治理作為最終的支持點(diǎn).第五篇主要就當(dāng)前最關(guān)心的突發(fā)事件和公共衛(wèi)生平安問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論,旨在概述突發(fā)事件威脅公共衛(wèi)生平安的主要特征及應(yīng)對(duì)策略.本課程著重對(duì)公共衛(wèi)生的內(nèi)涵、特征、功能與價(jià)值,公共衛(wèi)生體系建設(shè),公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題以及公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題的研究方法等予以介紹.問(wèn)時(shí),關(guān)注健康危險(xiǎn)因素的識(shí)別與評(píng)價(jià),力

3、圖將分散到各個(gè)學(xué)科的宿關(guān)生物性、化學(xué)性、物理性以及社會(huì)、心理、行為因素進(jìn)行高度概括.二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)作為公共衛(wèi)生與預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)改革和專業(yè)課程體系建設(shè)的重要組成局部,?公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)?對(duì)經(jīng)典的、當(dāng)前各公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院或預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)系所恪守的預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)課程體系進(jìn)行了有限的改革,目的是要充實(shí)預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)的專業(yè)課程體系,重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)際工作水平和創(chuàng)新水平,提高學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的水平,使培養(yǎng)的畢業(yè)生能夠盡快適應(yīng)公共衛(wèi)生與預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)際工作的需要.具體教學(xué)根本要求如下：一、公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)緒論【掌握】新公共衛(wèi)生的內(nèi)涵；公共衛(wèi)生的主要內(nèi)容.【熟悉】公共衛(wèi)生的定義；健康的概念；公共衛(wèi)生的特征、功能與價(jià)值.【了解】公共

4、衛(wèi)生開(kāi)展簡(jiǎn)史；公共衛(wèi)生的未來(lái).二、公共衛(wèi)生體系建設(shè)【掌握】我國(guó)公共衛(wèi)生體系建設(shè)都面臨的挑戰(zhàn).【熟悉】公共衛(wèi)生體系的構(gòu)成要素以及各要素之間的關(guān)系.【了解】我國(guó)的公共衛(wèi)生體系建設(shè)；興旺國(guó)家的公共衛(wèi)生體系.三、我國(guó)面臨的主要公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題【掌握】傳染病的流行趨勢(shì)；慢性非傳染性疾病的流行現(xiàn)狀及開(kāi)展趨勢(shì)；傷害的預(yù)防與控制.【熟悉】我國(guó)職業(yè)性危害的種類和現(xiàn)狀；我國(guó)傷害發(fā)生的現(xiàn)狀.【了解】我國(guó)面臨的主要公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題的種類和特征.四、公共衛(wèi)生研究方法【掌握】流行病學(xué)研究方法與毒理學(xué)研究方法在解決公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題中的地位與作用；定性研究與定量研究方法的差異.【熟悉】流行病學(xué)研究的實(shí)施；毒理學(xué)研究的主要方法.【了解】流
