11、平臺；保持設(shè)備長期、高效的運(yùn)行要靠公司所有員工的共同努力才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了更好的調(diào)動(dòng)員工參與設(shè)備管理的積極性，特制訂本制度。1、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料包括設(shè)備操作維護(hù)規(guī)程、設(shè)備一覽表、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)記錄、設(shè)備檢修單、設(shè)備配件表、設(shè)備事故分析表等內(nèi)容；可以為設(shè)備的使用、維修、更新、 改進(jìn)提供依據(jù)，設(shè)備使用單位應(yīng)積極主動(dòng)的創(chuàng)建本單位的設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料并及時(shí)更新，公司設(shè)備專業(yè)管理人員將匯同考核人員不定期檢查。1.1 對設(shè)備資料齊全的單位，每月獎(jiǎng)50 元。1.2 檢查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)缺少一項(xiàng)或沒有及時(shí)更新、記錄的，每項(xiàng)罰5元 /次。2、設(shè)備的包機(jī)管理生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的管理必須明確到人，要求臺臺設(shè)備有人管，個(gè)個(gè)人知道該做

23、。3、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及時(shí)的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)是設(shè)備長期穩(wěn)定工作的前提和保證，我們必須制定詳細(xì)的設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃并切實(shí)執(zhí)行，設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)包括設(shè)備的清潔、清掃、 潤滑、檢查、調(diào)整和易損件的更換等，設(shè)備的包機(jī)人負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的清潔、清掃、潤滑、檢查。3.1 設(shè)備使用單位要及時(shí)編制本單位的設(shè)備月度維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，并于每月5 號前交生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃部設(shè)備經(jīng)理。每推遲一天扣2 元，每缺一次扣10 元。3.2 當(dāng)月按計(jì)劃實(shí)施所有維護(hù)保養(yǎng)并記錄的單位，每月獎(jiǎng)50元，3.3 未按計(jì)劃實(shí)施維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的，每缺一項(xiàng)扣5元。4、設(shè)備事故因設(shè)備對生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生影響的事件或產(chǎn)生設(shè)備損壞的事件都是設(shè)備事故，設(shè)備事故指出了我們工作的失誤，更指明了改進(jìn)的方向。如果我

35、學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的設(shè)備操作維護(hù)規(guī)程 ，寫出書面的學(xué)習(xí)心得體會。4.4.3 重大事故罰款200 元，當(dāng)事人要停工三天，學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的設(shè)備操作維護(hù)規(guī)程 ，寫出書面的學(xué)習(xí)心得體會。違背公司處罰條例的由公司另行處罰。4.4.4 特大事故罰款按公司處罰條例處罰。5、設(shè)備的潤滑5.1.1 設(shè)備的潤滑，不需要拆開就可以加油的設(shè)備由操作工負(fù)責(zé)加油，需要拆開才可以加油的設(shè)備由機(jī)修工負(fù)責(zé)加油，儀電設(shè)備由儀電車間負(fù)責(zé)加油。設(shè)備因潤滑不良而損壞時(shí)，按事故處罰到使用單位。5.1.2 設(shè)備的潤滑應(yīng)按“五定”、 “三過濾”原則實(shí)施，發(fā)現(xiàn)有違規(guī)行為的要求學(xué)習(xí) 設(shè)備潤滑管理制度并寫出學(xué)習(xí)心得和將來工作應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)交生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃部設(shè)備經(jīng)理，否則

47、本。設(shè)備巡檢要掛牌，要求標(biāo)明巡檢內(nèi)容、間隔時(shí)間、巡檢責(zé)任人。7.1 設(shè)備巡檢記錄和設(shè)備操作記錄及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、完整的單位，每月獎(jiǎng)50元。7.2 缺少相關(guān)記錄的單位每月罰50元，記錄不及時(shí)、不真實(shí)的每次罰5元。8、備用設(shè)備管理臥式機(jī)泵要有盤車刻度標(biāo)記，備用設(shè)備要定期盤車和試運(yùn)行，保證完好，能及時(shí)投入運(yùn)行。8.1 備用設(shè)備能定期盤車和試運(yùn)行，并有詳細(xì)記錄的單位，每月獎(jiǎng)50元。8.2 備用設(shè)備沒有定期盤車和試運(yùn)行的，每臺次罰5元。8.3 備用設(shè)備不能及時(shí)投入運(yùn)行，影響到生產(chǎn)的，每次罰責(zé)任單位50元。9、清潔生產(chǎn)為創(chuàng)建清潔文明的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，減少物料的損失和減緩設(shè)備的腐蝕，要求各單位控制跑、冒、滴、漏。9.1
