14、片管。熱水器出水分三部分,第一部分供AQC鍋爐鍋筒使用,第二部分供SP爐的鍋筒。第三部分供閃蒸器。AQC鍋爐鍋筒設(shè)有兩套玻璃水位計(一套石英玻璃水位計和一套石英管雙色水位計),兩套水位平衡容器和一套電極點式液位報警器接口,以便于對鍋爐水位的觀察與監(jiān)控,確保鍋爐安全。Of tube-panel structure, this boiler is composed of, from top to bottom, over heater panel, two evaporator panels and two water heater panels, with heating surfacing o

15、f spiral extended surface tube structure. Water coming from water heater is divided into three routes, one for steam drum of AQC boiler, the second for steam drum of SP boiler, and the third for flasher. In order to facilitate monitoring water level, AQC boiler steam drum has two sets of glass type

16、water level gauges (one is quartz glass, the other is quartz pipe and two colors), two water level balance tanks and one connector for electric pole type liquid level alarm.AQC余熱鍋爐為水泥窯余熱發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中回收水泥窯廢氣余熱的重要設(shè)備,其安裝于水泥窯熟料冷卻機(jī)廢氣出口至收塵器間的管道上,因此其簡稱“AQC”余熱鍋爐。該鍋爐設(shè)計入口廢氣溫度355,廢氣流經(jīng)過熱器、蒸發(fā)器、熱水器后,廢氣溫度降至113.8左右,然后再進(jìn)入熟料

17、冷卻機(jī)原有的電收塵器并經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。AQC waste heat boiler is a key equipment applied mainly for power generation through cement kiln waste heat recovery, which is installed on the cement kiln pipeline between the exhaust gas outlet of the clinker cooler and the dust collector, thus called AQC waste heat boiler. The

18、design temperature at the exhaust gas inlet of the boiler is 355. The exhaust gas temperature will drop down to 113.8 after the gas passes the superheater, evaporator and water heater. The gas then enters the dust collector installed on the clinker cooler where a fan discharges the gas into the atmo

26、5t/h熱水(水溫180)引入蒸汽段鍋筒,然后自鍋筒引出,經(jīng)下降管后流入蒸發(fā)器,在這里被加熱后的汽水混合物再引回鍋筒,而后從鍋筒引出飽和蒸汽進(jìn)入過熱器,在過熱器中被加熱后生成額定壓力的過熱蒸汽。鍋爐的熱源來自水泥窯窯頭熟料冷卻機(jī)排出的廢氣,其廢氣溫度較低(380),粉塵含量一般(20g/Nm3),運行中受熱面的磨損較嚴(yán)重。鍋爐過熱器、蒸發(fā)器、熱水器換熱管采用環(huán)向繞翅管,能在較大程度上減輕磨損,延長檢修周期。受熱面全部采用錯列布置形式。1.1.4 結(jié)構(gòu)簡介Brief description of the boiler construction1.1.4.1 鍋筒內(nèi)徑為1500,材料SA-516

27、Gr.70。主要鍋內(nèi)設(shè)備有:一級分離器、二級分離器、給水裝置等。進(jìn)入鍋筒的汽水混合物,先經(jīng)一級分離器進(jìn)行一次分離,再經(jīng)二級波形板分離器和勻汽孔板進(jìn)行二次分離后引出。此外,鍋筒上還設(shè)置了加藥管和排污管等。1.1.4.2 過熱器由進(jìn)口集箱、出口集箱和管束組成。集箱由219.112.7的鋼管制成,材料為SA-106 Gr.B;管束由383.5的管子(材料為SA-210 Gr.A-1)加焊環(huán)向繞翅片制成。繞翅片規(guī)格:螺距6.35mm;高度21mm;厚度1.2mm。1.1.4.3 蒸發(fā)器由進(jìn)口集箱、出口集箱和管束組成。集箱由219.112.7的鋼管制成,材料為SA-106 Gr.B;管束由513的管子(

37、鍋爐。180給水通過省煤器后引入鍋筒,經(jīng)下降管流入蒸發(fā)器,在這里被加熱后的汽水混合物再引回鍋筒,而后從鍋筒引出飽和蒸汽進(jìn)入過熱器,在過熱器中被加熱后生成額定壓力的過熱蒸汽。本鍋爐的熱源來自水泥窯窯尾預(yù)熱器排出的廢氣,其廢氣溫度較低(335),粉塵含量較大(70g/Nm3),運行中受熱面的積灰較嚴(yán)重。為了防止積灰,鍋爐采用機(jī)械振打裝置予以清灰。1.2.4 結(jié)構(gòu)簡介Brief description of the boiler construction1.2.4.1 鍋筒內(nèi)徑為1500,鍋筒總長大約4650,材料SA-516 Gr.70。主要鍋內(nèi)設(shè)備有:一、二級汽水分離器、給水裝置等。進(jìn)入鍋筒的汽

38、水混合物,經(jīng)一、二級汽水分離器分離后引出。此外,為了進(jìn)一步提高汽水品質(zhì),鍋筒上還設(shè)置了加藥管和排污管等。1.2.4.2 過熱器進(jìn)出口集箱規(guī)格為219.1,材料為SA-106 Gr.B。過熱器蛇形管束為光管結(jié)構(gòu),順列布置。管子規(guī)格384,材料為SA-210 Gr.A-1。1.2.4.3 蒸發(fā)器由進(jìn)口集箱、出口集箱和蛇形管束組成。進(jìn)出口集箱規(guī)格為219.1,材料為SA-106 Gr.B,蛇形管束為光管結(jié)構(gòu),順列布置。管子規(guī)格423.5,材料為SA-210 Gr.A-1。蒸發(fā)器管束共6組,每組管束與進(jìn)、出口集箱在現(xiàn)場焊接。1.2.4.4 吹灰及檢修Soot blowing and the maint

51、開閉靈活、嚴(yán)密無漏。2.4 各測量儀表和控制裝置的位置正確、完整無損壞、暢通。2.5 汽包水位計完整無損壞,指示準(zhǔn)確,汽、水等放水閥開關(guān)靈活。2.6 汽水系統(tǒng)、排污系統(tǒng)、冷卻水系統(tǒng)的閥門靈活好用,各部完整,開關(guān)指示正確。2.7 擋板完整嚴(yán)密、傳動裝置完好、開關(guān)靈活、位置指示正確。2.8 無積灰及雜物,腳手架已拆除。2.9 鍋爐內(nèi)部檢查完畢后,確認(rèn)內(nèi)部無人工作時,關(guān)閉各人孔、檢查孔。2.10 檢查傳動裝置,明確下列各項:2.10.1 各風(fēng)門閘板開關(guān)靈活、方向正確、傳動裝置牢固可靠。2.10.2 各傳動、減速機(jī)構(gòu),裝置完整,并有適量的潤滑油。2.11 檢查轉(zhuǎn)動機(jī)械應(yīng)符合下列要求:2.11.1 各轉(zhuǎn)

52、機(jī)周圍清潔、無障礙物。2.11.2 所有安全遮攔及保護(hù)罩完整牢固、靠背輪聯(lián)接完好、傳動皮帶完整齊全、緊度適當(dāng)、地腳螺絲不松動,電機(jī)接地線良好。2.12 DCS控制系統(tǒng)經(jīng)試驗工作正常,所有測點指示正確完整。2.13 檢查汽水管道應(yīng)符合下列要求。2.13 .1 支吊架完好、管道能自由膨脹。2.13 .2 保溫完整、表面光潔。2.13 .3 管道上有明顯表示介質(zhì)流動方向的箭頭。2.13 .4 與系統(tǒng)隔絕用的堵板拆除。2.13 .5 檢查各閥門、風(fēng)門、應(yīng)符合要求。2.13 .6 管道連接完好、法蘭螺絲已堅固。2.13 .7 手輪完整、固定牢靠、門桿清潔、無彎曲及銹蝕現(xiàn)象、開關(guān)靈活。2.13 .8 閥門的填料應(yīng)有適量的壓緊余隙、絲堵已擰緊,主要閥門的保溫良好。2.13 .9 傳動裝置的連桿、接頭完整、各部銷子連接牢靠固定,電控或油控裝置良好。2.14 具有沖洗時防止?fàn)C傷工作人員的防護(hù)罩。2.15 照明充足。2.16 檢查安全閥應(yīng)符合下列要求:2.16.1 排汽管與疏水管、完整、裝置牢固。2.16.2 彈簧完好、壓緊。2.17 檢查壓力表應(yīng)符合下列要求:2.17.1 表盤清晰,鍋筒壓力表在工作壓力處應(yīng)劃有紅線
