(Eg: Place the belt cover on tight, tighten cylinder on the link, etc.)在所有的安全防護(hù)措施得到實(shí)施以及所有的安全系統(tǒng)就位前不能開動(dòng)破碎機(jī)。（如：皮帶罩就位上緊，筒體連接處上緊等）Make all the

The max discharge size is 3mm and accounts for about 90%。破碎比大。最大進(jìn)料粒度80220mm，出料粒度3mm占90%左右。b) High capacity. The high through output and high speed cause the high capacity and save energy.產(chǎn)量高。其破碎過程為通過式破

15、碎，由于物料的通過量大，通過速度快，因而產(chǎn)量就高。相對(duì)而言，能耗就少。c) High efficiency and energy saving. 24、s have the same instruction with big one.) 本機(jī)是根據(jù)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行輸入能量逐級(jí)遞增和分級(jí)破碎的原理設(shè)計(jì)的。（本系列大型號(hào)破碎機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子部由上、中、下三級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子組成，中、小型號(hào)破碎機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子部由上、下兩級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子組成。其結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理按大型號(hào)破碎機(jī)介紹。）a) Structure結(jié)構(gòu)The machine consists of Motor Drive, discharge hopper, blocks, chassis, rotor assembly, cylinder, cover etc. the motor is set beside the crusher

25、 in vertical inversion and driven by the V belt to drive the spindle. Three rotors are in the middle of cylinder and are set on the spindle. Around each rotor is set with hammerheads, the clearances of which are adjustable. Feed tray is set on the upper rotor. There are two hoppers on the top-cover;

26、 chassis is set on the seat, a hopper is set on the bottom seat. Two-aligning roller bearings and a thrust bearing are installed on the cover and central chassis separately. Cylinder is made of two semicircle cylinders. The cylinder connects top-cover on top and connects chassis at bottom. Cylinder

27、can be opened for the replacement of bearing parts and maintenance; On the cylinder wall, installed with three-tier impact plates, which surrounding the upper, middle and bottom rotors respectively and maintaining a certain space with the hammerheads.本機(jī)由電機(jī)傳動(dòng)部、出料斗、機(jī)座部、底盤部、轉(zhuǎn)子部、筒體部、機(jī)蓋部等部件組成。電機(jī)呈垂直倒置安裝在機(jī)

28、座的一端，通過窄V帶驅(qū)動(dòng)主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，主軸上裝有三個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子，轉(zhuǎn)子位于筒體的中央，每個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子的圓周裝有可調(diào)整間隙的錘頭，上轉(zhuǎn)子的頂面裝有甩料盤（由甩料筋和甩料襯板交叉均布組成）。機(jī)蓋上有兩個(gè)進(jìn)料斗；底盤固定在機(jī)座上，機(jī)座下方設(shè)有一出料斗。支撐主軸的兩個(gè)調(diào)心滾子軸承和一個(gè)推力軸承分別裝于機(jī)蓋和底盤的中央。筒體部由兩個(gè)對(duì)開的半圓筒體構(gòu)成，筒體上端聯(lián)接機(jī)蓋，下端聯(lián)接底盤，筒體可以打開，以便更換易損件和檢修；筒體內(nèi)壁安裝有上、中、下三層反擊板，分別包圍上、中、下轉(zhuǎn)子，并與轉(zhuǎn)子錘頭保持一定間隙。b) Working principle工作原理Driven by motor, the rotor fixed on

29、the spindle runs at high speed in a determinate direction while working. Material blocks are thrown to throwing plate from hopper, impacted by the circumrotated throwing plate tendon, stroked by the impact plate at the action of centrifugal effect. 工作時(shí)，固定在主軸上的轉(zhuǎn)子在電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)下按一定方向高速旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行，塊狀物料由進(jìn)料斗落到甩料盤上，經(jīng)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)

30、的甩料盤筋的沖擊后，在離心力的作用下，被迅速拋向反擊板而產(chǎn)生撞擊。At the action of bevel and gravitation of the impact plate on it, the material is rebound to the crushing chamber of cone rotor in way of inclined plane. The material is impacted by the upper hammer and got energy to impact plate, repeats the above crushing process.

31、The material is crushed again by striking each other in the crushing chamber and declines in the taper space.物料經(jīng)反擊板上的斜面及重力作用下，沿斜下方被反彈到錐形轉(zhuǎn)子破碎腔，物料受到高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的上錘頭沖擊，使物料獲得足夠的動(dòng)能后被拋向反擊板，并重復(fù)上述破碎過程，物料群在破碎腔內(nèi)互相撞擊得到再一次破碎，并在錐形空間做螺旋線下落。Entering into the cylinder rotor chamber, the crushed material will get further fi

32、ne crushing, compaction and rubbing. The process will be repeated. After being impacted, compacted and rumbled by upper, media, down hammer and impact plate frequently, the material gets crushed from big block to small one. For the impaction from the hammer and impact plate in the crushing chamber,

33、the collision among the material, the material will crush along its natural lay. Material which is smaller than the discharge clearance of the upper rotor will enters to the crushing chamber of media rotor for fine crushing. Then the material enters into the crushing chamber of down rotor. Repeat th

34、e above crushing process of striking, impacting, extrusion and rumbling. The difference is the higher speed than the No. 2 stage, bigger impact strength, smaller clearance of the down rotor. Thus the material can be crushed even fine and meets the requirement. Then the material discharges from the m

35、achine. 物料進(jìn)入圓柱形轉(zhuǎn)子腔內(nèi)，對(duì)已破碎的顆粒進(jìn)一步細(xì)破碎、擠壓、研磨，再次重復(fù)上述破碎過程。如此高頻次的被上、中、下錘頭和反擊板的打擊、反擊、擠壓、研磨，使物料由大到小逐漸被破碎。由于物料在破碎腔內(nèi)受到錘頭和反擊板的沖擊，以及物料之間的相互碰撞，使物料沿其自然節(jié)理面、層理面發(fā)生破碎。當(dāng)破碎后的物料小于上上轉(zhuǎn)子的排料間隙時(shí)，物料進(jìn)入中轉(zhuǎn)子破碎腔，進(jìn)行細(xì)碎。然后，物料進(jìn)入下轉(zhuǎn)子破碎腔，再次發(fā)生上述打擊、反擊、擠壓、研磨的破碎過程，所不同的是下轉(zhuǎn)子的錘頭圓周速度比第二級(jí)更高，物料所受的的沖擊力更大，間隙更小，因此可使物料細(xì)碎得更小，最終被破碎成所要求的顆粒，排出機(jī)體。7. Installa

36、tion, adjustment and test run安裝、調(diào)整和試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)7.1 Installation and adjustment設(shè)備的安裝和調(diào)整 7.1.1 In the plant, crusher should be installed in the concrete basis, not under the ground level, to facilitate the operation and maintenance of equipment. Leave sufficient width and height for the tunnel in the middle of

37、 basis, in order to ensure smoothly shipped out of materials. In order to facilitate the crusher installation and maintenance should install active lifting equipment, its lifting capacity by weight of the largest crusher. Leave lifting space above the crusher. Leave appropriate space in the side for

38、 the installation of feed conveyors. 在廠房內(nèi)，將破碎機(jī)安裝在混凝土基礎(chǔ)上，最好不要安裝在地平面以下，以便于設(shè)備的操作和維修，基礎(chǔ)中間的坑道有足夠的寬度和高度，以保證物料暢通地運(yùn)出。為了方便破碎機(jī)的安裝和維修，應(yīng)在廠房內(nèi)裝有可活動(dòng)的起重設(shè)備，其起吊能力按破碎機(jī)最大重量選擇。在破碎機(jī)上方應(yīng)留有起吊空間，在破碎機(jī)一側(cè)留適當(dāng)空間，以便安裝進(jìn)料輸送帶。7.1.2 Clean the external equipment before installation安裝前應(yīng)清除設(shè)備外部的一切污物。7.1.3 Before installation, check if the

39、 hole size and position of foundation bolts accord with the machine. If not, should take prompt action to amend.設(shè)備安裝前檢查地腳螺栓孔尺寸及相對(duì)位置，確定是否與設(shè)備相符，發(fā)現(xiàn)不相符時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)采取措施加以修正7.1.4 Suspend the machine on the foundation (refer to outline and installation drawing), which should accord to the requirement of process將設(shè)

40、備吊裝在基礎(chǔ)上（詳見設(shè)備外形圖及基礎(chǔ)圖），使其符合工藝布置的要求。7.1.5 Fully check that if foundation bolts and all the fasteners are fasten, if the electric appliance creeps, if pressure is normal. 全面檢查地腳螺栓和設(shè)備所有緊固件是否緊固，電器部分是否漏電，電壓是否正常。7.1.6 Make the second grout after all the equipments well adjusted. 設(shè)備所有部位調(diào)整好后進(jìn)行二次灌漿。7.1.7 Check

41、 if the road linking the lubricants on the upper bearing and the bottom bearing of spindle reliable, add molybdenum disulfide lithium grease or Mobil motor premium grease with dry pumps before the test run. 檢查主軸的上軸承部和下軸承部兩處的潤滑油路是否聯(lián)接可靠，試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前必須用干油泵加注一次二硫化鉬鋰基潤滑脂或美孚車用潤滑脂特級(jí)。7.1.8 While installation, adjus

42、t the V belt and make proper tension. Its required to move the rotor easily. 安裝三角帶時(shí)，調(diào)整三角膠帶使張緊適度，要求能輕松地盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子部件。7.1.9 Open the cylinder with manual hoist. Move the rotor and check if any collision between the hammerhead and cylinder and then close cylinder. 用手動(dòng)葫蘆，打開主機(jī)筒體后，用手盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子部件，檢查錘頭是否與筒體上的反擊板有相撞現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)

43、應(yīng)靈活，然后關(guān)閉筒體。7.2 Non-load test run空載試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)7.2.1 Perform the non-load operation for 2 hours. Start the motor, it should run clockwise by viewing from top. If it runs anticlockwise, adjust wires of motor immediately. 空載試車時(shí)間2個(gè)小時(shí)。先點(diǎn)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)，其旋轉(zhuǎn)方向（從上往下）必須是順時(shí)針方向，若方向相反，立即調(diào)整電動(dòng)機(jī)接線。7.2.2 Make sure the rotor drive even

44、ly, no small vibration of the machine, no unusual noise, no great vibration of the body. Or, stop the machine and inspect. 轉(zhuǎn)子傳動(dòng)應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，整機(jī)振動(dòng)小，無異常噪聲，筒體不應(yīng)有劇烈振動(dòng)，否則應(yīng)停車檢查。7.2.3 Check that bearing temperature should not exceed 45 . 檢測軸承溫升，不應(yīng)超過45。7.2.4 Fasteners should be solid connected, no loose; especially t

45、he rotor, impact plats, scale board of top-cover and foundation bolts should be reliable connectivity. If there are other anomalies, should remove. 所用緊固件應(yīng)連接牢固，無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，特別要檢查轉(zhuǎn)子部分，反擊板、機(jī)蓋襯板及地腳螺栓應(yīng)連接牢靠，是否有其它異常現(xiàn)象，如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)排除。7.3 Load test run負(fù)載試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)7.3.1 Re-plus molybdenum disulfide or Mobil motor premium grease

46、 before test. 試車前應(yīng)重新加一次二硫化鉬或美孚車用潤滑脂特級(jí)。7.3.2 Start order for crusher and belt conveyor: belt conveyor (discharge) crusher belt conveyor (feed) 破碎機(jī)與輸送機(jī)的啟動(dòng)順序?yàn)椋号帕陷斔蜋C(jī) 破碎機(jī) 進(jìn)料輸送機(jī)Stop order for crusher and belt conveyor: belt conveyor (feed) crusher belt conveyor (discharge) 破碎機(jī)與輸送機(jī)的關(guān)閉順序?yàn)椋哼M(jìn)料輸送機(jī) 破碎機(jī) 排料輸送機(jī)Sta

47、rt the crusher with non-load and feed until the machine running usual. 破碎機(jī)必須空載啟動(dòng)，至運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后方可給料。7.3.3 Keep running with load continually for 8 hours. 連續(xù)負(fù)載試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間8小時(shí)7.3.4 The stable temperature of bearing should not more than 90 (environmental temperature is below 45 ). If it exceeds 90 , stop the machine

48、immediately, determine the cause and eliminate. 軸承的穩(wěn)定溫度不大于90（環(huán)境溫度45以下），若超過此溫度時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停車，查明原因并加以排除。7.3.5 The largest feed size should be consistent with design requirements, prohibit the materials larger than provision breaking into the cavity.最大進(jìn)料粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定，嚴(yán)禁大于規(guī)定的物料進(jìn)入破碎腔。7.3.6 Feed should be uniform an

49、d continuous. The max feed quantity is the same with design, overload is forbidden. 進(jìn)料應(yīng)均勻連續(xù)，進(jìn)料量達(dá)到破碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)荷為止，不得超載。7.3.7 All the fasteners should be firmly connected and no loose. 所有緊固件應(yīng)連接牢固，無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。7.3.8 Make sure no evident or periodical strike while the rotor running. 轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)不得有明顯或周期性的沖擊聲。7.3.9 Crusher c

50、apacity and product size should be consistent with the design requirements. 破碎機(jī)的生產(chǎn)能力和產(chǎn)品粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。8 Operation and maintenance設(shè)備的使用和維護(hù)8.1 Operation設(shè)備的使用8.1.1 Choose proper electrical cabinet according to motor type. The motor is started by electrical cabinet. 本機(jī)應(yīng)根據(jù)電機(jī)型號(hào)，選擇適當(dāng)?shù)碾娍毓瘢呻娍毓衿饎?dòng)。8.1.2 Start the

51、machine non-load.
