1、 基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蘋果質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管和溯源系統(tǒng)研制與應(yīng)用 劉勤朝 馬玉杰 李建朝 喬虎子 嚴(yán)亮Summary 為提高蘋果園管理信息化水平和果品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管水平，集成物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、云計(jì)算及區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)，研發(fā)基于蘋果生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)、銷售全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用RFID設(shè)備、條碼設(shè)備、無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備進(jìn)行蘋果種植、儲(chǔ)藏與流通、市場(chǎng)銷售等數(shù)據(jù)采集，構(gòu)建基于果園管理專家知識(shí)庫(kù)、栽培管理技術(shù)庫(kù)、貯藏與物流技術(shù)庫(kù)、市場(chǎng)銷售信息庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)模型，用于蘋果種植管理、貯藏與流通管理、市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入管理、蘋果零售管理等業(yè)務(wù)處理，實(shí)現(xiàn)果園管理指導(dǎo)、蘋果產(chǎn)品全程追溯、召回分析、品質(zhì)檢測(cè)多維分析、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全預(yù)警等功
