1、四年級英語教學(xué)工作總結(jié)清華大學(xué)英語系測試:更適合中小學(xué)生英語使用官方網(wǎng)站: 清華大學(xué)英語教授研究組提供小學(xué)四年級上期英語教學(xué)工作總結(jié) 開縣白橋鎮(zhèn)上橋中心小學(xué) 文俊 本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任四年級的英語教學(xué)工作。作為從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的我,雖了解到了一些教學(xué)教法,但在實(shí)際的教育教學(xué)中,我深深感受到教小學(xué)英語之難之累,真是“苦在其身,樂在其心”!為使今后的教學(xué)工作取得更大進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)對本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作如下總結(jié): 一、學(xué)習(xí)課標(biāo),明確教學(xué)目標(biāo) 為了使我的英語教學(xué)適應(yīng)新時(shí)期英語教學(xué)要求,樹立起新的育人理念,我們英語教師抽時(shí)刻對英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了研讀,了解了此次英語課程改革的目的,掌握了此次英語改革的重點(diǎn),理解了英語教學(xué)

2、原則,學(xué)會了一些科學(xué)評價(jià)原則等,從而為后面的教學(xué)提供了充分的依據(jù),奠定了扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),保證了教學(xué)的順利進(jìn)行。 官方網(wǎng)站: 哈佛大學(xué)英語教授研究組提供二、扎實(shí)備課,理清教學(xué)思路 備課是課堂教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),我在備課時(shí)做到了以下幾點(diǎn): 1課前備課,做到“有備而來”我認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參考書,既備教材,教法,有備學(xué)生。結(jié)合學(xué)生的實(shí)際和教材的內(nèi)容,既要考慮知識的縱向聯(lián)系,又要考慮新知識的橫向銜接;既要突出重點(diǎn),又要突出難點(diǎn);既要體現(xiàn)完整的教學(xué)過程,又要注意好個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的過渡自然。 2課中備課,靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動我通過游戲引入新課教學(xué)時(shí),為了不打消學(xué)生的積極性,我在實(shí)施教學(xué)的時(shí)候,總是盡量設(shè)計(jì)一些簡單易

3、操作的游戲及其活動,將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開,把枯燥乏味的課堂變成生動有味“歡樂堡”,讓他們在歡樂中學(xué)習(xí),在玩中獲得新制。在活動中學(xué)生們都樂于參與,充分調(diào)動了學(xué)生的情感態(tài)度和興趣,學(xué)生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮,教學(xué)效果良好。 3課后備課,總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)每上完一單元,我都及時(shí)對該單元作出總結(jié)和反思,學(xué)出教后感,確信本節(jié)課成功的地點(diǎn),探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學(xué)工作打下基礎(chǔ)。 三、認(rèn)真上課,體現(xiàn)以人為本 英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出“讓學(xué)生在教師的指導(dǎo)下,通過感知,體驗(yàn),實(shí)踐,參與和合作等方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)任務(wù)的目標(biāo),感受成功?!边@便要求英語課的教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為主,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,提高他們對詞匯,句型的聽講認(rèn)讀和語

4、言實(shí)際運(yùn)用的能力。為此,我在實(shí)際的教學(xué)過程中做了以下幾點(diǎn): 1巧設(shè)導(dǎo)入,培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學(xué)我首先通過做游戲,唱英語歌來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生融洽在學(xué)習(xí)英語的氛圍內(nèi)。 2圖文結(jié)合,掌握新知。依照教材“圖文并茂”的特點(diǎn),充分運(yùn)用單詞卡片、實(shí)物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發(fā)學(xué)生,使學(xué)生帶著明確的任務(wù)目標(biāo),并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動參與學(xué)習(xí)獵取新知過程,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時(shí),我不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀,力爭讓他們學(xué)了就明白,明白了會用,培養(yǎng)他們認(rèn)讀的能力。在學(xué)習(xí)新知的同時(shí),還適時(shí)對他們進(jìn)行思想教育。 3游戲活動,鞏固新知。在完成了每節(jié)課的新授

5、任務(wù)后,抓住學(xué)生爭強(qiáng)好勝的心理,通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開;為了尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,營造寬松的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲?yàn)橹鱽韺?shí)施教學(xué),讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行反復(fù)模仿、認(rèn)讀、玩演、視聽,從而給他們提供充分的活動和交流機(jī)會,讓學(xué)生在玩的過程中獲得新知,提高他們語言的運(yùn)用能力,培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。 四、加強(qiáng)自學(xué),不斷積存知識 由于本人在英語教學(xué)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)甚少,自己的知識又有限,在教學(xué)的同時(shí),時(shí)時(shí)虛心向資歷深的教師請教,和我們英語組的同事一起學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)英語方面的教學(xué)教法,加強(qiáng)自身的業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)、擴(kuò)大視野;用心收集有助于英語課堂教學(xué)的各種游戲資料,時(shí)常聽錄音糾正自己的語音語調(diào)。 總
