Then I remember a poem named “Life could be worse”, which said:” For the weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day, because it means I have been capable of working hard. For my alarm t

And finally, for too much e-mail, because it means I have friends who are thinking of me. “I learnt that happiness is not the diamond in a necklace, nor a dream far away, its just your attitude towards life. 11、). The more we can enjoy what we have, the happier we are. Its easy to overlook(忽視) the pleasure we get from loving and being loved, the company of friends, the freedom to live where we please, even good health. You never know where happiness will turn up(露面) next. When I asked friends what makes th

12、em happy, some mentioned seemingly insignificant(微不足道) moments. I hate shopping, one friend said. But theres this clerk (職員)who always chats and really cheers me up(給我歡呼聲). Another friend loves the telephone. Every time it rings, I know someone is thinking about me. We all experience moments like th

13、ese. Too few of (太多的)us register(記錄) them as happiness. While happiness may be more complex(復雜的) for us, the solution is the same as ever但是獲得幸福的途徑永遠是一樣的. Happiness isnt about what happens to us; its about how we perceive(感知) what happens to us. Its the knack(訣竅) of finding a positive for every negat

17、To the police, getting guilt punished and societys stability is happiness. To beggars, away from starvation is happiness. We will feel happy when we receive greetings and wishes. A few words like “Happy new year!” or “Merry Christmas” could be pretty delightful. But not all greetings and wishes lead

18、 to happiness. For instance, once I received a message from my girlfriend on November 11th. The message said “Happy bachelors day!” Actually, no one can be happy forever. We all confront difficulties and failures and experience reverse in our daily lives, that is inevitable . We may be upset when we

19、 lose a game. We may feel tough when we suffer from diseases. But it doesnt matter because happiness is much more beautiful in comparison with these tragedies. As George Bernard Shaw, a famous British dramatist said , “l(fā)ifetime of happiness? no man alive could bear it, it would be hell on Earth .” W

20、e live a hard time so that we value the happy moments. If there is no sadness, then how could we be able to measure happiness? People never give up the pursuit of happiness. They work hard in order to own a cosy life. They take morning exercises in order to keep healthy. They go on a trip in order t

21、o release the tension of emotion However, the whole worlds happiness is much more essential than the ones. Its everyones duty to make the world full of love. Actually, we are making move. I can see that more and more people start paying attention to the poor. A lot of Hope Projects emerged as well a

22、s charity organizations. I have a dream that one day when an old man falls down in the middle of the street, passers-by will give a hand instead of walking away. 23、e made happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. 24、hink about them, and instead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings. If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose our freedom. We let our happi

25、ness be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives. What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value.
