威德福鉆機調試大綱

1、WeatherfordWeatherfordDrillingInternationalRig703 安全要求Safetyrequirements聯(lián)調小組在聯(lián)調前必須組織一次安全會議來強調安全問題，要確保所有參與方在試驗開始之前對大綱相關內容有充分理解。并嚴格執(zhí)行WFT公司的安全規(guī)范。TheCommissioningTeammustconductapre-commissioningsafetymeetingtoaddressallsafetyissues,andtoensurethatallparticipantshaveacompleteunderstandingofthescopeofthe
