14、ebytlx/fax/cablewithinhours.質量保證：qualityguarantee：貨物品質規(guī)格必須符合本合同及質量保證書之規(guī)定，品質保證期為貨到目的港個月內，在保證期限內，因制造廠商在設計制造過程中的缺陷造成的貨物損害應由賣方負責賠償。thesellersshallguaranteethatthemoditymustbeinconformitywiththequalityandspecificationsspecifiedinthiscontractandletterofqualityguarantee.theguaranteeperiodshallbemonthsafter

16、retheshipmentandissuedtheinspectioncertificate.thebuyersshallhavethegoodsreinspectedbyinspectionauthorityafterthegoodsarrivalatthedestination.索賠claims：如經中國檢驗機構復檢，發(fā)現貨物有損壞、殘缺或品名、規(guī)格、數量及質量與本合同及質量保證書之規(guī)定不符，買方可于貨到目的港后天內憑上述檢驗機構出具的證明書向賣方要求索賠。如上述規(guī)定之索賠期與質量保證期不一致，在質量保證期限內買方仍可向賣方就質量保證條款之內容向賣方提出索賠。thebuyersshalll

18、mperiodabovespecifiedisnotinconformitywiththequalityguaranteeperiod,duringthequalityguaranteeperiod,thebuyershaverightstolodgeclaimsagainstthesellersconcerningthequalityguarantee.延期交貨違約金latedeliveryandpenalty除雙方認可的不可抗力因素外，賣方遲于合同規(guī)定的期限交貨，如買方同意遲延交貨，賣方應同意對信用證有關條款進行個性和同意銀行在議付貨款時扣除本條規(guī)定的違約金。違約金總值不超過貨物總價值的_
