1、寶潔 CBD 面經(jīng)本人本科畢業(yè),放棄了推研,申請(qǐng)出國(guó)失敗,畢業(yè)后在時(shí)間,某學(xué)校教書(shū)一段9 月份申請(qǐng)寶潔非應(yīng)屆職位 CBD(客戶商業(yè)發(fā)展部)部門的 key account manager 。10.13 筆試,一共兩輪,具體細(xì)節(jié)不說(shuō)了,精華區(qū)里面有,可能有的同學(xué)不知道TOEIC 是啥,之前我也不知道,只是前一天從的書(shū)店里抓了兩本托業(yè)的書(shū)看看,很像托福,但是有些題型以及點(diǎn)不一樣,最好大家提前看看,知己知彼考完筆試之后,讓等通知,結(jié)果回來(lái)就收到了寶潔的一份問(wèn)卷,問(wèn)了三個(gè)問(wèn)題,讓于某某日中午前發(fā)回去,本來(lái)以為回答問(wèn)題會(huì)決定面試與否,結(jié)果還沒(méi)等發(fā)回去,寶潔就打通知面試去了。10.17 第一輪面試,對(duì)方是一

2、個(gè) JJ,估計(jì)是 HR 得人,開(kāi)始用英文介紹一下自己,然后就是中文了,主要問(wèn)還是那份問(wèn)卷上的三個(gè),再有就是有沒(méi)有一個(gè)例子,你給自己設(shè)置了一個(gè)目標(biāo),比自己能力能達(dá)到的稍微高出一些,但是最后搞定了?其他的沒(méi)有啥,我說(shuō)的時(shí)候 JJ 狂記,后來(lái)才知道,那是為了再次問(wèn)道看你說(shuō)得跟上次一樣不一樣,防止杜撰,再有 JJ 一再要求能不能不用我發(fā)給他的那三個(gè)問(wèn)題的回答,再給出一些例子,估計(jì)她是怕我這三個(gè)例子是找別人編的,最后結(jié)束,讓我問(wèn)個(gè)問(wèn)題,這是慣例,必須要問(wèn),我問(wèn):“PG 和聯(lián)合利華比優(yōu)勢(shì)在哪?”她說(shuō):“你覺(jué)得那?”我.ft!沒(méi)有直接回答,心里想,我不知道才問(wèn)你呀,說(shuō):“從產(chǎn)品上看,PG的洗發(fā)水品種很多,但

3、是牙膏特別少,而聯(lián)合禮華牙膏種類就多”結(jié)果 JJ 話匣子打開(kāi)了“這是歷史原因”后來(lái)又談到了 PG 的,JJ 覺(jué)得很多公司都在 COPY 這點(diǎn),但是真正能作到的只有 PG,我表示贊同。結(jié)束的時(shí)候,JJ 說(shuō),一之前漫長(zhǎng)的等待會(huì)通知你面試(頓了一下)結(jié)果。一之前我并沒(méi)有接到,看來(lái)完了,結(jié)果周一早上來(lái)了,通知我面試,final 了,哼哼 10.21 下午,兩個(gè) ROOM 同時(shí)面試,面試官是三個(gè)人,一個(gè) JJ 估計(jì)還是 HR 得人,另外兩個(gè) GG 是 CBD 的 MANAGER,都很 nice,基本過(guò)程跟前一次面試幾乎一摸一樣,還是就那些問(wèn)題問(wèn),也是中文的,再有就是針對(duì)我簡(jiǎn)歷上的一些經(jīng)歷隨便問(wèn)問(wèn),結(jié)束的

4、時(shí)候每個(gè)人都跟我握手,感覺(jué)就像訣別,呵呵,很多人納悶為什么寶潔沒(méi)有英文面試,其實(shí)這種理念是對(duì)的,寶潔要找得是最合適得人,有些能力不需要,人家不需要最牛的,而是合適的,這點(diǎn)特別重要,所以面試前只需要好好想想那些問(wèn)題,沒(méi)必要特別多的準(zhǔn)備,坦然的聊聊就行了,寶潔的人從頭到尾給我感覺(jué)都很 NICE,與其說(shuō)是面試,不如說(shuō)是聊天,之所以用中文就是不希望英文影響談話的內(nèi)容。呵呵沒(méi)機(jī)會(huì)展示我暴爛的口語(yǔ)總的感覺(jué),實(shí)話實(shí)說(shuō),平常心面對(duì),其實(shí)面試只是大家見(jiàn)個(gè)面看看是不是適合對(duì)方,互 相檢驗(yàn)一下,成了就成了,不成也只能說(shuō)明不是一路,不匹配。 肯定有些同學(xué)想看看我那三道題的 feedback,貼出來(lái)大家隨便看看:Ple
