1、通信工程(專升本)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Program for the Major of Communication Engineering專業(yè)簡介(Brief Introduction to the Major)電子信息大類涵蓋電子信息工程(代碼:080701)、通信工程(代碼:080703)、光電信息科學與工程(代碼:080705)等3個專業(yè),采用 “1+3”培養(yǎng)模式。電子信息大類堅持“學生為中心、成果產(chǎn)出為導向、持續(xù)改進”的工程教育理念,面向工業(yè)、面向未來、面向世界,落實立德樹人的根本任務。以省級重點學科“信息與通信工程”、國防特色學科“通信與信息系統(tǒng)”、控制科學與

2、工程博士點“網(wǎng)絡傳輸與組網(wǎng)控制方向”、四川省雙一流“信息與控制學科群”建設為牽引,立足西部、面向全國、輻射“一帶一路”,充分發(fā)揮區(qū)域產(chǎn)學研聯(lián)合辦學優(yōu)勢和軍民融合特色,培養(yǎng)品德優(yōu)良,身心健康,基礎理論扎實,工程實踐能力突出,視野開闊,具有責任意識、科學精神和人文素養(yǎng),能夠適應“電子信息+”和泛信息化時代,德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的復合型人才。通信工程專業(yè)開辦于2001年,在無線通信、網(wǎng)絡通信、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)及軟件方面獨具特色,所依托的通信與信息系統(tǒng)學科是國防特色學科,四川省重點學科。The electronic and information discipline, including photoelec

3、tric information science and engineering, electronic information engineering and communication engineering majors, adopts “1+3” talent-training model.The discipline of electronic information adheres to the concept of engineering education, which is student-centered, results-oriented and continuous i

4、mprovement. It is oriented to industry, the future and the world, and carries out the fundamental task of cultivating people. Taking “information and communication engineering” of provincial key disciplines, “communication and information system” of national defense discipline, “network transmission

5、 and networking control direction” of the doctoral program of control science and engineering, “information and control discipline group” of Sichuans double first class as the traction, based on the western China, facing to the whole country, and implementing the Belt and Road Initiative, the discip

6、line of electronic information gives full play to the advantages of joint school of regional integration of enterprises, universities and research institutes, and the integrating features of the military and civilian. Compound talents with good moral character, good physical and mental health, solid

7、 theoretical foundation, outstanding engineering practice ability, broad vision, sense of responsibility, scientific spirit and humanistic quality, being able to adapt to the era of “electronic information +” and pan-informatization, who also have the all-round development in morality, intelligence,

8、 physical fitness, beauty and labor will be cultivated.The specialty of communication engineering was founded in 2001. It has its own characteristics in wireless communication system, internetcommunication,internet of things system and software. It relies on the discipline of communication and infor

9、mation system, which is a special subject of national defense and a key subject of Sichuan province.培養(yǎng)目標(Education Objectives)本專業(yè)旨在培養(yǎng)品德優(yōu)良,身心健康,基礎理論扎實,專業(yè)寬厚,工程實踐能力突出,視野開闊,具有終身學習意識、責任意識、科學精神和人文素養(yǎng),德智體美勞全面發(fā)展,能夠適應“電子信息+”和泛信息化時代,可在軍、民等通信工程相關領域從事設計、開發(fā)、調(diào)測、運維、工程項目管理等工作,服務區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的復合型人才。學生畢業(yè)就業(yè)5年左右,經(jīng)過自身學習和行業(yè)鍛煉,

10、預期達到下列目標:目標1專業(yè)能力:能夠進行通信工程研究、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、工藝與設備設計和生產(chǎn)管理。(由畢業(yè)要求 1、2、3、4、5、11支撐)目標2職業(yè)素養(yǎng):具有良好的人文社會科學素養(yǎng)、社會責任感、法律意識和道德水準。(由畢業(yè)要求6、7、8支撐)目標3終身學習:有意愿創(chuàng)新實踐,能夠通過自主學習和終身學習拓展自己的知識和能力。(由畢業(yè)要求 6、7、10、12支撐)目標4交流合作:具有良好的交流能力、合作精神以及組織管理能力,能夠成為團隊的骨干或者領導。(由畢業(yè)要求9、10、11支撐)The major aims to train the healthy and good-moralitied tale

11、nts with a solid theoretical foundation and expertise. They should have outstanding engineering practice ability and broad vision. Besides, they should also have the lifelong learning awareness, responsibility awareness, scientific spirit and humanistic quality with the comprehensive development in

12、morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor. The talents can adapt to the era of “electronic information +” and pan-informatization. They can work on designing, developing, survey, maintenance, engineering project management in military and civilian communication projects, and serve s

13、ocial and economic development in different regions.Studentsare expected to achieve the following goals through their own learning and industry training after their employment of five years:Objective 1 Professional ability: They are able to conduct communication engineering research, product develop

17、工程實踐能力;具有良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、團隊合作能力和終身學習意識,適應“電子信息+”和泛信息化時代,服務區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。為此,畢業(yè)生應獲得以下幾方面的知識、能力和素養(yǎng):(1)工程知識能夠?qū)?shù)學、自然科學、工程基礎和專業(yè)知識用于解決通信工程相關領域的復雜工程問題(支撐培養(yǎng)目標1)(2)問題分析能夠應用數(shù)學、自然科學和通信工程專業(yè)的基本原理與方法,識別、表達并通過文獻研究分析通信工程相關領域的復雜工程問題,以獲得有效結(jié)論。(支撐培養(yǎng)目標1)(3)設計/開發(fā)解決方案能夠針對通信工程領域的復雜問題提供解決方案,設計/開發(fā)滿足特定需求的通信系統(tǒng)、單元(部件)或工藝流程,并能夠體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新意識,考慮社會、健康、

Whats more, they shou

21、ld have solid basic theories of mathematics, natural sciences, humanities and social sciences and communication engineering. They should have broad professional knowledge of communication engineering and outstanding engineering practice ability. They should have good professional quality, team coope

22、ration ability and lifelong learning consciousness, adapt to the era of “electronic information +” and pan-informatization, and serve social and economic developmentin different regions. To this end, graduates should acquire the following knowledge, abilities and accomplishments:(1) Engineering know

23、ledge: Students are able to apply mathematics, natural sciences, engineering foundations and expertise to solve complex engineering problems in related fields of communication engineering (Supporting training objective 1)(2) Problem analysis: Students can identify, express and analyze complex engine

24、ering problems in related fields of communication engineering by applying the basic principles and methods of mathematics, natural sciences and communication engineering, so as to obtain effective conclusions.
