1、連讀Liaisons元音與元音之間的連讀Linkingvowelstovowels元音對(duì)元音的連讀其實(shí)是在元音之間插入半元音j或w,從而使純?cè)粢艄?jié)之間的過渡變得自然、流暢,讀起來更加上口。半元音插入的狀況以下:(1)前面的單詞以開元音,如e或i:結(jié)尾,緊隨以后的單詞以元音開頭,這時(shí),在兩個(gè)單詞之間出現(xiàn)半元音j作為過渡。(2)前面的單詞以閉元音,如u或o結(jié)尾,緊隨以后的單詞以元音開頭,這時(shí),在兩個(gè)單詞之間出現(xiàn)半元音w作為過渡。(3)為了把兩個(gè)相鄰的詞連在一起,人們常常在以?或a:結(jié)尾的詞后面加上r音,以便和后一個(gè)詞的首先元音連接,這類增添的/r/稱為“外加音”r。Phrases:beontim

4、ific.ThereisnothingSusan:Oh,SHUTUP!輔音與元音之間的連讀Linkingconsonantstovowels這是狹義上的連讀,就是當(dāng)前面的單詞以輔音結(jié)尾,緊隨以后的單詞以元音開頭,這時(shí)將前面的輔音同后邊的元音連在一起,像是構(gòu)成一個(gè)音節(jié)相同的讀出來,以使語言更擁有流暢自然的特色。但是連讀一定是發(fā)生在短語或句子的同一個(gè)意群中的,在乎群(及短語或從句)之間有停即刻,兩個(gè)短語或兩個(gè)從句間相鄰的音不連讀。一般來說有兩種連讀:(1)在同一意群中的兩個(gè)詞,前者以輔音結(jié)尾,后者以元音開頭,這兩個(gè)音就可以連起來讀。(2)相鄰的兩個(gè)詞中,前一個(gè)以字母r結(jié)尾,后一個(gè)詞以元音開始,輔音

13、jobattwooclockhotteacarrideripepearstopplayingkeeppacesoreribsbiggamebiggaragebiggatefallleaves(2)失爆:顧名思義,指爆破音失掉爆破。發(fā)生的條件:當(dāng)前面的單詞以p,b,t,k,g這六個(gè)爆破音中的任何一個(gè)結(jié)尾,而緊隨以后的單詞是以輔音開頭的,這時(shí)前面單詞中的爆破音失掉爆破。讀法是在發(fā)爆破音時(shí)只堵塞氣流卻不將之開釋,說白了就是只作口型不發(fā)音。Phrases:lapdogmadJohnpetliontruckstopbigshoeshotdayasuitcasesitdownputitdownredcha
