2、 safe, efficient marine operation.向營運部海務經理匯報。ernment laws and guidelines to achieveReport to marine manager.Principal Activities（主要工作）：協(xié)助海務工作，確保海務工作的連續(xù)性。To assist with marine activities, ensure the continuities of Marine work.協(xié)調LNG 船舶進出港工作，以確保液化天然氣船舶的靠離泊安全。Coordinate with LNG veactivities to ensure

3、the safety berthing andunberthing for LNG ves.根據(jù)ISGOTT 開展卸貨前安全檢查，并要求船方在開始卸貨前糾正發(fā)現(xiàn)的缺陷；組織卸貨前與卸貨后會議，卸貨情況并必要時提供幫助；Carry out ship shore safety inspection according to ISGOTT safety checklist, andrequire ship side rectify any defect was found before cargo operation;anizeship shore pre-discharge meeting and

4、t-discharge meeting, follow up withcargo operation progress and assist when nesary.監(jiān)督長租拖輪的的燃油消耗，日常保養(yǎng)工作；確保配置，訓練和演習等滿足規(guī)范要求。Monitor the long term contract of tugboats fuel oil consumption, dailymaenance; and ensure the crew manning, seafarers training and drill meet theregulations requirement.負責碼頭救生圈的檢

5、查與工作；協(xié)助碼頭水域的水深測量及疏浚等。Responsible for jetty lifebuoy inspection and maenance; to assist withcoordinated for water depth survey and dredging in jetty waters.協(xié)助海事部門對碼頭的檢查，以及對碼頭的防治船舶污染事宜進行協(xié)調。Coordinate with the jetty inspection from MSA, and coordinate winti-pollution about LNG veat jetty.參加協(xié)調交委港航管理處及港貨

6、局等部門，協(xié)助港口經營證的辦理和貨物作業(yè)資質認可證的年審，以及應對交委相關部門的檢查和參加相關的會議。Participation in coordinate Port and Navigation Management department, etc.assist with obtahefor Port Management Permisand annualaudit for Dangerous Cargo Operationand meetings., and some related inspections協(xié)助協(xié)調引航站東部分站，加強與引航員的溝通，增強液化天然氣船舶的靠離泊安全性。To

7、assist with coordinate the East Sion of Shenzhen Pilot Sion, enhance thecommunication with pilots, and improve the safety operation about LNG ve berthing and unberthing.協(xié)助碼頭專項安全評價事宜。Assist with jetty safety appraisal.與鹽田航標站聯(lián)系開展碼頭航標的保養(yǎng)工作，確保所有航標符合主管部門的要求。Liaise with Yan Tian navigation aids sion for n

8、avigation aids maenancework and inspection, ensure all navigation aids in accord with the requirements ofrelatedernments.協(xié)助應急監(jiān)護船的管理。Assist with management of escort boat.與公司供應與部、合同采辦部協(xié)調，確保液化天然氣船舶抵離港工作的順利進行。Coordinate with S&T, C&P department, ensure the smooth operation for LNGveberthing and unberth

9、ing.按安排參加與海油氣電貿易公司關于船岸操作的會議，提高 TUA 船的可靠性。Attend the ship/shoreerface meeting with CNOOC Gas Trade Co. as request,increase the reliability for TUA ve.參加與CLISCO 關于船岸操作的會議，現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督三艘中國船在碼頭的作業(yè)。Attend the ship/shoreerface meeting with CLISCO, monitor the three ChiLNG ve與船舶operation in GDLNG terminal.聯(lián)系，確保液化天

10、然氣船舶進出港順利，并在辦理清關手續(xù)時提高必要的。Communicate with ship agents, ensure the smooth operation for LNG veand provide the assistance for calling and departure formalities.s,與船舶物料供應商及處理承包商溝通，確保作業(yè)安全。Communication with ship provider and garbage collector, ensure safe operation.接受需要的技術及專業(yè)的培訓，需要時向其他同事提供培訓。Attend the
