1、測試學聽力考試規(guī)范聽力考試規(guī)范的制定：Test Purpose: 明確聽力考試目的：水平考試還是成績測試？測試的是初級、中級還是高級？Test Domain: 確定考試能力范疇：理論構念是聽力能力，但在能力的實際體現(xiàn)上要具體化，根據(jù)考試目的規(guī)定具體聽力技能的層次：如果是測試初級聽基本技能（辨別音素、識別單詞、識別語法、簡單對話）的測試題應多一些，如果是中級火高級，要適當增加比如，領會大意、領會主旨、辨別信息等要求聽力技能的題。Test Takers: 把握考試難度、內(nèi)容針對性以及公正性Test Content: 要有代表性，體現(xiàn)在tasktypes, topics 和focus上。 Task

2、type: 如果我們在平時教學中曾讓學生聽語音、語調(diào)、單詞、單句、或簡單對話，在考試中可以選擇聽單詞和簡單對話作為考試項目，因為這兩個項目基本上概括了其他活動類型。 Topics: 考慮到學生的背景知識、平時經(jīng)常接觸的題材以及一些學生所熟悉的題材，如：schoollife and work, hobbies and holidays, general science, etc. Focus: 是對考生考試技能層次的要求。內(nèi)容不宜集中在某一層次上，應合理分布，還要考慮到學生的實際水平。例如，如果是初級水平的學生，我們可以注重他們，一是辨別單詞的能力、二、辨別語法的能力、三、辨別語調(diào)的能力、四、簡

3、單的概括能力、以及部分細節(jié)的能力。Test Method: 直接與間接相結合，水平越低，間接考試的比例高一些，反之亦然。Test Tasks and Item Types: 具體的考試題型Test Organization & Weighting: 在決定試卷結構和各項目的分值時，一、我們要考慮到考試的目的以及方式：如果我們的目的是通過直接測試來檢查學生的聽力，那么試卷中相關的項目應給與較多的分值，以突出其重要性。二、要考慮到考試的信度，需要給客觀題型一定的分值。Time Duration: 考試時間的確定一定要考慮到錄音的語速，語速的確定要根據(jù)教學大綱或某一能力水準的平均速度。還要考慮到學生
