Generaldescriptionofpowerplant印尼INDRAMAYU電廠工程新建3×330MW亞臨界燃煤濕冷機組,采用來自Sumatera和Kalimantan的煤炭,駁船運輸進廠,廠內(nèi)設(shè)煤碼頭。循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)采用海水直流冷卻,冷卻水取自爪哇海的海水。本期工程3×330MW機組鍋爐補給水處理系統(tǒng)水源來自海水淡化系統(tǒng)。啟動鍋爐補給水源來自海水淡化水。InINDRAMAYUpowerplant,thenewlybuilt3×330MWsubcriticalcoaldampandcoldunitareapplied,andthecoalfromSumateraandKalimantanareadoptedasfuel,thiscoalareshippedintopowerplantbybarge,andtherearedockbuiltinthepowerplant.ThecirculatingcoolingsystemadoptstheseawaterdirectflowcoolingmethodandthecoolingwaterisfromJavaseawater.Inthisprojectof3×330MWunit,thewatersourceoftheboilermakeupwatertreatmentsystemisfromtheseawaterdesalinationsystem.Thestartupboilermakeupwaterisfromthedesalinatedwater. Thegeneraldescriptionofthechemicalsystem化學專業(yè)主要負責全廠水處理和水汽品質(zhì)監(jiān)督,保證全廠水、汽質(zhì)量符合相關(guān)要求,防止熱力設(shè)備結(jié)垢、積鹽、腐蝕。主要系統(tǒng)有:海水淡化系統(tǒng)、鍋爐補給水系統(tǒng)、凝結(jié)水處理系統(tǒng)、啟動鍋爐水處理系統(tǒng)、給水爐水加藥系統(tǒng)、水汽取樣系統(tǒng)和質(zhì)量監(jiān)督(實驗室水汽化驗儀器的使用同時對電廠的用油和煤的質(zhì)量進行監(jiān)督)、電解制氯系統(tǒng)、電解制氫系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)廢水處理系統(tǒng)、生活污水處理系統(tǒng);負責電廠用煤和電廠用油的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督。Thechemicalsystemismainlyinchargeofthewatertreatmentinthewholepowerplantandthesupervisionofthesteamandwaterqualitytoensurethatthewaterandsteamqualitysatisfyingtherelevantrequirementsandtopreventthethermoequipmentsfromscaling,mineralaccumulationandcorrosion.Themainsystemincludestheseawaterdesalinationsystem,theboilermake-upwatersystem,thecondensatepolishingsystem,thestartupboilerwatertreatmentsystem,thefeedwaterandboilerwaterdosingsystem,thesteamandwatersamplingsystemandqualitysupervision(applicationofthesteamandwaterchemicalanalyzingequipmentinthelab;supervisiononthecoalandoilqualityinpowerplant),electro-chlorinationsystem,electrohydrogengenerationsystem,industrialwastewatertreatmentsystem,domesticsewagetreatmentsystem.Besidestheabove-mentionedsystems,supervisionontheoilandcoalqualityisalsothetaskofthechemicalspecializationinthispowerplant..2 化學系統(tǒng)分述.2 Detaileddescriptionofthechemicalsystem.2.1 海水淡化系統(tǒng)概述.2.1 Generalintroductionoftheseawaterdesalinationsystem本系統(tǒng)采用帶有熱蒸汽壓縮噴射器的低溫多效蒸餾裝置(MED-TVC),以蒸餾的方法對海水進行淡化處理。系統(tǒng)擁有兩臺低溫多效蒸餾裝置,均以電廠北側(cè)爪哇海的海水作為原料水,初期采用啟動鍋爐主蒸汽作為汽源,正常運行時以汽機中壓缸抽汽或輔助蒸汽站抽汽作為熱源,日生產(chǎn)淡水9000m3(單機4500mThissystemadoptsthelowtemperaturemulti-effectdistillingdevice(MED-TVC)whichisequippedwiththeheatedstreamcompressingsquirt,anddesalinatestheseawaterbydistillation.UsingtheseawaterofJavaseaaswatersource(inthenorthofpowerplant),thissystemhas2lowtemperaturemulti-effectdistillingdevices.Inpreliminaryperiod,themainsteaminthestartingupboilerisadoptedastheheatsource.Innormaloperation,theextractionsteamintheintermediatepressurecasingofturbineorthesteamintheauxiliarysteamstationisusedastheheatsource.Thedailyfreshwaterproductionis9000m3(4500m3foreachdevice)and.2.2 凝結(jié)水精處理系統(tǒng)概述.2.3 化學取樣系統(tǒng)概述.2.5 Industrialwastewatertreatment本期工程設(shè)置一套廢水處理設(shè)備,對經(jīng)常性廢水(水處理除鹽設(shè)備再生排水、地面沖洗水)和非經(jīng)常性廢水(凝結(jié)水精處理裝置再生排水、空氣預(yù)熱器清洗廢水、機組啟動排水、鍋爐水側(cè)化學清洗廢水)進行收集和處理,廢水經(jīng)過澄清、中和、過濾后達到廢水排放標準,進行排放或回收利用。本期工業(yè)廢水工業(yè)集中廢水處理系統(tǒng)的出力按100m3/h設(shè)計,工業(yè)廢水處理系統(tǒng)采用手動Thisprojectisequippedwithasetofwastewatertreatmentequipmenttocollectandtreatregularwastewater(Regenerationwaterdrainageproducedbydemineralizingequipment,andwastewaterforfloorcleaning)andirregularwastewater(regenerationdrainageofthecondensatepolishingdevice,Cleaningwastewateroftheairpre-heater,drainagewaterforunitstartup,chemicalcleaningwateratboilerwaterside).Afterclarification,neutralizationandfiltration,wastewatershouldmeetthedrainstandardthencanbedrainedordotherecycling.Forindustrialwastewaterandindustrialcentralizedwastewaterinthisproject,theoutputisdesignedwithcapacityof100m3/handauto-controlmodeisadopted.Duetousingcompleteinstrumentalmonitoringsystemandmicro-processorbasedcontrolsystemaswellasCRTdisplay,itusesmanual.2.8.2 若在除鹽水箱發(fā)現(xiàn)樹脂,應(yīng)該立即停止補給水混床運行,聯(lián)系檢修處理混床出水裝置及樹脂捕捉器。若在熱力系統(tǒng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)樹脂,應(yīng)立即將精處理運行方式調(diào)整為100%旁路運行,并匯報值長。關(guān)注給水及爐水質(zhì)量,調(diào)整凝結(jié)水及給水加氨量,必要時給爐水加氫氧化鈉,保證給水及爐水PH在合格范圍。聯(lián)系檢修人員檢查精處理混床出水裝置和出口樹脂捕捉器是否損壞,并收集跑漏樹脂,觀察樹脂破損情況,對樹脂進行性能鑒定。.4
