cumentsbytheissueofanAddendum.8.2TheAddendumwillbesentinwritingorbytelexortelegramtoallpre-qualifiedtendererswhohavepickedupthetenderdocumentsandwillbebindinguponthem.Prospectivetenderersshallpromptlyacknowledgereceiptthereofbytelexortelegramto____________.8.3InordertoaffordprospectivetenderersreasonabletimeinwhichtotakeanAddendumintoaccountinpreparingtheirtenders，theEmployerorhisagent_________may，attheirdiscretion，extendthedeadlineforthesubmissionoftendersinaccordancewithClause19hereof.ConstructionManagement––25PreparationofTenders9.LanguageofTender9.1ThetenderandallcorrespondencerelatingtothetenderexchangedbythetendererandtheEmployerorhisagent__________shallbeinEnglish.SupportingdocumentsandprintedliteraturefurnishedbythetendererwiththetendermaybeinanotherlanguageprovidedtheyareaccompaniedbyanappropriateEnglishtranslationofpertinentpassages.Forthepurposeofinterpretationofthetender，theEnglishversionshallprevail.ConstructionManagement––2610.DocumentsComprisingtheTender10.1ThetendertobePreparedbythetenderershallcontainthefollowing：theFormofTenderandAppendixthereto；theTenderSecurity；thepricedBillofQuantities；theSchedulesofSupplementaryInformation；theinformationoneligibilityandqualifications；alternativeoffers，ifany；AndanyotherinformationrequiredtobesubmittedinaccordancewiththeseInstructions.TheForms，BillofQuantitiesandSchedulesprovidedinVolume3ofthesedocumentsshallbeusedwithoutexception（subjecttoextensionsoftheSchedulesinthesameformat，andtotheprovisionsofClause14.2hereofregardingthealternativeformsoftendersecurity）。ConstructionManagement––27，butmustn’tbeenclosedwiththeTender.10.3TenderersshallsubmitwiththeirtenderapreliminaryProgrammeintheformatrequiredbyClause14oftheConditionsofContract.10.4ThesuccessfultendererwillberequiredtoreviseoraugmenthisProgrammeassetoutintheContract.ConstructionManagement––2811.TenderPrices11.1Unlessexplicitlystatedotherwiseinthetenderdocuments，theContractshallbeforthewholeoftheWorks______asdescribedinClause1hereof，basedontheschedulesofunitratesandamountssubmittedbythetenderer.11.2ThetenderershallfillinratesandamountsforallitemsofworkdescribedintheBillofQuantities，whetherquantitiesarestatedornot.ItemsagainstwhichnorateoramountisenteredbythetendererwillnotbepaidforbytheEmployerwhenexecutedandshallbedeemedcoveredbytheotherratesandamountsenteredintheBillofQuantities.ConstructionManagement––2911.3Allduties，taxesandotherlevies（levypayablebytheContractorundertheContract，orforanyothercause，asatthedate________dayspriortothedateforsubmissionoftendersshallbeincludedintheratesandamountsandtotaltendersumsubmittedbythetenderer，andtheevaluationandcomparisonoftendersbytheEmployershallbemadeaccordingly.11.4TheratesandamountsenteredbythetenderershallbesubjecttoadjustmentduringtheperformanceoftheContractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheConditionsofContract.ThetenderershallcompleteScheduleIII表三-PriceAdjustmentProvisionsandshallsubmitwithhistendersuchothersupportinginformationasisrequiredunderClauseoftheConditionsofContract.ConstructionManagement––3012.CurrenciesofTenderandPayment（referredtoas“theforeigncurrencyrequirements”）shallindicateinScheduleIof“ForeignCurrencyRequirements”thepercentageoftheTenderPrice（excludingProvisionalSums）neededbyhimforthepaymentofsuchforeigncurrencyrequirementseither（i）entirelyinthecurrencyofthetenderer'shomecountryor，atthetenderer'soption，（ii）entirelyinUSdollars，alwaysprovidedthatatendererexpectingtoincurexpendituresinacurrencyorcurrenciesotherthanthosestatedin（i）and（ii）aboveforaportionoftheforeigncurrencyrequirements，andwishingtobepaidaccordingly，shallsoindicatethepercentageportioninhistender.ConstructionManagement––3112.CurrenciesofTenderandPayment12.1continuedThepercentageportionindicatedshallremainfixedforthedurationoftheContract.TheamountsinvariouscurrenciescalculatedonthebasisofthepercentagesindicatedintheTenderandbyuseoftheexchangeratesindicatedinsubclasses12.2hereinafter，shallbeusedforthepurposeofconversionandcomparisonoftenderspursuanttoClause70.ConstructionManagement––3212.2TheratesofexchangetobeusedbythetendererforcurrencyconversionshallbethegoverningsellingratespublishedbytheBankofChinaonthedate______daypriortothelatestdateforthesubmissionoftenders.Ifexchangeragesarenotsopublishedforcertaincurrencies，thetenderershallstatetheratesusedandthesource.Forthepurposeofpayments，theexchangeratesusedintenderpreparationshallapplyforthedurationoftheContract.ConstructionManagement––3312.3ThetotalamountofforeignandlocalcurrenciesexpectedtoberequiredbytenderershallbesubstantiatedinSchedulesIandI（A）-ForeignCurrencyandLocalCurrencyRequirements，andtheannexthereto，Tenderersshalldescribethemannerinwhichsuchforeignandlocalcurrenciesareexpectedtobeused，relatingspecifically，butnotlimitedto：Foreigncurrencies：（a）ExpatriatestaffdirectlyemployedontheWorks：（b）socialcharges，insurancepremiumsandmedicalcarerelatedtosuchstaff，andtravelexpensesbetweenChinaandthecountryoforigin；（c）alistoftheimportedmaterials，bothtemporaryandpermanent，requiredfortheWorks；（d）depreciationandusageofplantandequipment
