我公司根據(jù)招標(biāo)文件和設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的要求，對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的施工方案和施工難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的探討，并組織有關(guān)技術(shù)人員勘察現(xiàn)場，仔細(xì)了解現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況，精心編制了本項(xiàng)目的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，供貴公司審閱，以指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場施工。ThisconstructionorganizationexcutionplaniscompletedbasedontheRFP,shopdrawingsandouraboundantconstructionexperiences.Duringthepreparation,weconcludeourexperiencesandlessonsfromthepreviousprojectswhichenablethisproposalimprovedforfeasibility,scientificandreliableinadvancetechnologyandeffectivemeasuressothatthisprojectwillbeperformedwithinscheduleforquality,safetyandcivilizedconstructionunderacleartargetandassurance.本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)貴公司提供的招標(biāo)文件、施工圖和我公司多年的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)編制的。在編制過程中，我們總結(jié)了以往類似工程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足，使方案不斷地完善，并力求做到方案切實(shí)可行、科學(xué)合理、技術(shù)先進(jìn)可靠、措施得力，使本工程在工期、質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工上有明確的目標(biāo)和可靠的保證。ThisproposalisthegeneralarrangementfortheworkspecifiedintheRFP.Weendeavortoreducethedifferencefromactualcondtionsandtoimprovethisproposalbyrevisingandsupplementingtheplan.Dependingontheadvantagesinmanpower,management,technologyandequipment,weshallprovideahigh-qualityprojectwithinthescheduletosatifytheowner.

本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)該項(xiàng)目工作內(nèi)容的總體部署和安排，本施工方案在編制過程中力求減少與現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況的差距，在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過程中，針對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場的實(shí)際情況還需對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行更細(xì)致的修訂和補(bǔ)充，不斷加以完善。我們將依靠我公司在人力、管理、技術(shù)、裝備上的優(yōu)勢(shì)恪守合同、精心組織、確保工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良，并按期完成本項(xiàng)目施工任務(wù)。GENERAL工程概況ItisDegussaMATCHProject,whichincludesMMAunitandMTBEunit.Themainbuildingsareasfollowings:MMAunitincludesMMAworkshop（1-1~1-8/B~Jsection）,MAAworkshop（Ⅱ-2~Ⅱ-8/A~Jsection）,QL/TPAworkshop（Ⅱ-8~Ⅲ-7/A~Jsection）,andIBENworkshopandcompressorfoundation（Ⅳ-1~Ⅳ-14/D~3/K；1~7/A~H）.MMAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis42m,thewidthis12m,andtheheightis19.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop,italsoincludepartialequipmentfoundations;MAAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis45m,thewidthis24m,andtheheightis23.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop;QLworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichisconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis24m,andtheheightis23.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop;TPAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis12m,thewidthis13.2m,andtheheightis17.65m(partialareais24.45mheight);IBENisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis36m,andtheheightis22.15m,andallthesecondarybeamaresteelbeam;MTBEworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis15m,andtheheightis16.118m,andallthesecondarybeamaresteelbeam.Theearthquakeintensityofquake-proofis7,andthequake-proofgradefortheentiremainbuildingaresecond,fireprooflimitingforframingstructureisatleast1.5hour.RebarusesHPB235andHRB335;TheconcretetypeforfoundationloadingtableisC30,insertdepththatpileblockanchorsintoloadingtableis100mm,setupC15leanconcretematbaseunderthetable,thicknessis100mm,eachsideis100mmwiderthanfoundation.ThebaseforequipmentfoundationisC40sandconcreteorno-shrinkcement-basedhigh-strengthgroutedmaterial;thetopshouldbeleveledbygrouting.Theconcreteimperviousgradefortank,waterbasinandpit,etcaccessorialbuildingisS6.PartofsectionsteelandsteelplateusesQ235B;thesurfaceisgalvanizingbydippinganddoestheanti-corrosivetreatment.Thewatersupplyandseweragedesignincludesfirewastewater,organicwasterwaterdrainageandrainwaterdrainageforbuilding,etc.Theelectricworksmainlyincludesgroundingforlighteningsystemforeachbuilding.本工程為德固賽Match項(xiàng)目，包括MMA子項(xiàng)目和MTBE子項(xiàng)目。主要建筑物：MMA子項(xiàng)目包括MMA工段廠房（1-1~1-8/B~J部分），MAA工段廠房（Ⅱ-2~Ⅱ-8/A~J部分），QL/TPA工段廠房（Ⅱ-8~Ⅲ-7/A~J部分），IBEN工段廠房和壓縮機(jī)基礎(chǔ)（Ⅳ-1~Ⅳ-14/D~3/K；1~7/A~H）。MMA工段廠房是一個(gè)三層鋼砼框架建筑，42米長，12米寬和19.15米高，頂部有鋼平臺(tái)，同時(shí)包含有部分設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)；MAA工段廠房是一個(gè)三層鋼砼框架建筑，長45米，寬24米，高19.15米，頂部有鋼平臺(tái)；QL工段是一個(gè)三層砼框架建筑，長36米，寬24米，高19.15米，頂部有鋼平臺(tái)；TPA工段是一個(gè)三層鋼砼框架建筑，長12米，寬13.2米，高17.65米（局部高24.45m）；IBEN工段是一個(gè)三層鋼砼框架建筑，長36米，寬36米，高22.15米，所有的次梁均為鋼梁。MTBE廠房項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)三層鋼砼框架建筑，長36米，寬15米，高16.118米，所有次梁均為鋼梁。本工程的抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度，主要建筑單體的抗震等級(jí)均為二級(jí)，框架結(jié)構(gòu)耐火極限不低于1.5小時(shí)，鋼筋采用HPB235和HRB335兩種?；A(chǔ)承臺(tái)混凝土等級(jí)為C30，樁頂錨入承臺(tái)100㎜，下設(shè)C15素混凝土墊層，厚度100㎜，每邊寬出基礎(chǔ)100㎜。設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)底座為C40細(xì)石混凝土或無收縮水泥基高強(qiáng)灌漿料，頂面須灌漿找平。水池、集水坑、地坑等附屬設(shè)施混凝土抗?jié)B等級(jí)S6。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)部分型鋼和鋼板采用Q235B，表面熱浸鍍鋅并進(jìn)行防腐處理。給排水設(shè)計(jì)包括建筑物消防廢水排水、有機(jī)廢水排水、雨水排放等系統(tǒng)。電氣內(nèi)容主要為各建筑單體的防雷接地系統(tǒng)。ORGANIZATIONOFPROJECTDEPARTMENT項(xiàng)目部組織機(jī)構(gòu)ThisprojecthereishandledtotallybyourcompanyandsetupDegussaMATCHProjectDept.,whichexecutetheproject'sorganizationandconstructionwork.Themainlaborresourceistheconstructionalcompany，whichwebelongtopersonnelinprojectarecomposedbytechniciansandadministerwhohaverichexpensesinprojectmanagement.

項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理：是代表公司全面執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目合同的全權(quán)代表人，行使并承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目合同中規(guī)定的由我方履行的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。負(fù)責(zé)合同規(guī)定的工作范圍、內(nèi)容和約定的工程工期、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全要求，全面完成項(xiàng)目建設(shè)任務(wù)。ConstructionManager:Afterenteringthesite,astherepresentativeofProjectManagertobethesiterepresentativeofthecompany,hewillcoordinateallthesiteconstruction,safetymanagement,civilizedconstruction,andworkingquotaandequipmentmanagement.

現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理：在進(jìn)駐現(xiàn)場之后，作為公司在現(xiàn)場的代表，代表項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理全面負(fù)責(zé)和協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場施工、安全、文明施工、勞動(dòng)定額、設(shè)備等。ContractManager:Inchargeofthecontract,budget,cost,andaccountclosingandrestrictedfinancialaffairs.

合同經(jīng)理：負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目工程的合同、預(yù)算、成本、結(jié)算及內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)工作。SafetyManager:Workindependence,befullyresponsibleforcoordinatingsitesafetyworkandcivilizedwork.Takepartintheconstructionplan,sitesafetylessonandtraining,establishingofsitefirefighting,firstaidanddealingwithanyincidenthappening.

安全經(jīng)理：獨(dú)立工作，全面負(fù)責(zé)和協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場安全施工、文明施工，參與施工方案的制定，負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場安全教育和培訓(xùn)，建立現(xiàn)場的消防、急救設(shè)施，處理現(xiàn)場發(fā)生的安全問題。ConstructionManager:Beresponsibleforimplementingthecontractandperformingworkwithinresponsibilityscopeaccordingareasanddisciplinesofprojectdepartment.施工經(jīng)理：根據(jù)項(xiàng)目部的區(qū)域和專業(yè)劃分，負(fù)責(zé)組織本責(zé)任區(qū)內(nèi)合同工作的實(shí)施。PurchaseManager:Inchargeofprojectmaterialscontrolincludesmaterialplan,materialpurchase,materialkeepinganddelivery;materialtransportation,qualitycontrolandsupervisethesitewarehousesituations.

材料經(jīng)理：負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的材料控制工作，包括物資計(jì)劃、采購、保管與發(fā)放，材料的運(yùn)輸、質(zhì)量控制，對(duì)現(xiàn)場材料庫存狀況的監(jiān)控。QualityManager:Techniquemanagement,Qualitysupervisionandconstructionmanagement.Inchargeofsupervisingofthequalitypolicyandregulationsexecutionduringthecontractperiodinordertoguaranteethequalityaspertherequirementofdesignandconstructionacceptancecode.

質(zhì)量經(jīng)理：技術(shù)、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督及施工，負(fù)責(zé)在合同項(xiàng)目中正確貫徹公司的質(zhì)量方針和質(zhì)量手冊(cè)，保證工程質(zhì)量符合設(shè)計(jì)及施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范要求。Projectcontrolmanager：Beresponsibleforprogresscontrol,completingworkschedule,dynamicmanagementandmonitoringchangesofworkprogress,materialsandlaborhourstoprovidetechnologyassistanceforthemodificationofprogressschedule.進(jìn)度控制經(jīng)理：負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目部的進(jìn)度控制，按照管理公司的進(jìn)度要求制訂相關(guān)的工作進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，動(dòng)態(tài)管理和監(jiān)督施工進(jìn)度、材料和人工時(shí)的變化，為項(xiàng)目部調(diào)整進(jìn)度計(jì)劃提供技術(shù)支持。PREPARATIONOFCONSTRUCTION施工準(zhǔn)備TechnicalPreparation技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備Priortotheformalconstruction,thechiefengineershallorganizetheengineeringtechnicians,constructionstaffsandthequalityinspectorstoacquaintthemselveswiththedrawings,makeself-checkofthedrawingsandmakeself-checkrecords.Attendthedrawingjointcheckupofthedrawingsanddesignexplanationmeetingorganizedbytheclient.Iftherewereissuesunderdrawingcheckingprogress,communicatewiththedesigninstitutiontoreachreconcileeachother,Allthesettledproblemsshallbedocumentedandsignedbyeachpartyasamendmentfiles.在正式施工之前，項(xiàng)目總工程師組織工程技術(shù)人員、施工人員、質(zhì)量管理人員熟悉圖紙，進(jìn)行圖紙自審，并作好自審記錄。參加由業(yè)主組織的圖紙會(huì)審、設(shè)計(jì)交底，同時(shí)把圖紙自審中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題與設(shè)計(jì)院進(jìn)行溝通，達(dá)成共識(shí)，解決了的問題要形成書面文件，并進(jìn)行幾方的簽字認(rèn)可，作為設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)充文件。Basingonthedesigndrawingandconstructionacceptancecode,organizeengineeringtechnican,QA/QAsupervisor,managingstaff,safetystaffandpurchasingstafftodeveloptheconstructionorgnazitionexcutionplan.ThensubmittoEPCMCompanyforreviewandapproval.AfterreleaseoftheplanbyEPCMCompany,distributethedocumentstodepartmentswhichareinvolvedin.Makesureeachconstructionmethodofthisprojectisclearlyunderstoodinordertosuccessfullycompleteconstructionintime.依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范組織工程技術(shù)人員、質(zhì)量檢查人員、施工管理人員、安全人員、材料供應(yīng)人員編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，并上報(bào)管理公司及監(jiān)理公司進(jìn)行審批，批準(zhǔn)后下發(fā)各管理部門進(jìn)行認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，吃透每一項(xiàng)工程的施工方法，保質(zhì)保量按時(shí)完成施工任務(wù)。OrganizeTechnicalExplanation:Theexplanationmustbecomprehensiveincludingconstructionprocedure,method,mainpointandnoticeofeachsubiteminordertomakesuretheconstructionwillbeperformedinorderandwillnotbereworked.Clearlyexplainandshowthedifficultconstructionmethodswhicharenotfollowedbyconstructionpeople.Theeffectivemethodcomingfromtherealpractiseshouldbespreaded.Thepeoplewhoattendtheexplainationshouldhavewrittenrecord.Theconstructionstaffshallnotbegintheirworkuntiltheymasterdesignideas.

組織技術(shù)交底：技術(shù)交底工作必須是全面的，包括每一分項(xiàng)工程的施工順序、作業(yè)方法、要點(diǎn)、注意事項(xiàng)，確保所有從事施工管理的人員及施工操作人員都明了工作程序、方法，作到工作有條不紊，不做返工活，保證工程質(zhì)量及工程進(jìn)度的全面執(zhí)行。對(duì)于操作人員不明了的施工方法要詳細(xì)加以解釋，并在現(xiàn)場作示范以使其明了；對(duì)于在溝通過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的行之有效的好方法加以采納，對(duì)所有參與接受交底的人員要有書面記錄。施工班組必須在接受技術(shù)交底并領(lǐng)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)意圖后才能施工。Maketheconstructiondrawingsbudgetbasedontheconstructiondrawingsandconstructionmethodandfinishtheconstructionbudgetusedtoguideconstruction.Calculateconstructionquantityofeachsub-worksanddevelopmaterial,constructiontoolsandequipmentprocurementplanforthepreparationofthisproject.Theaboveworksarecommencedandperformedinorderastheplannow.與此同時(shí)根據(jù)施工圖紙，施工方案、作業(yè)措施方法編制施工圖預(yù)算和用于指導(dǎo)施工的施工預(yù)算，計(jì)算各分項(xiàng)工程實(shí)物量及原材料需用量，提出材料、施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備需要量計(jì)劃供材料供應(yīng)部門進(jìn)行采購、租賃，為開展施工作好前期的準(zhǔn)備工作，目前這些工作已陸續(xù)展開，并按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。Organization組織準(zhǔn)備Afterourproposalisaccepted,setuptheProjectDepartmentimmediately,makegoodconstructionpreparation.Takeadvantageofourcompany’ssuperioritytomeettheprojectrequirementsforlaborandmachinery.Allpeopleofthisprojectareinpositiontoperformtheirrespectiveobligationatpresent.組建項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部，進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分工并做好施工準(zhǔn)備，利用本公司優(yōu)勢(shì)，從勞動(dòng)力、機(jī)械上確保本工程的需要，目前項(xiàng)目部所有人員已就位，正各司其職展開工作。SitePreparation現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備Accordingtothegenerallayouttoarrangethetemporaryfacilities,suchassiteoffice,storage,exposedyard,structureshopandtowercraneetc.Theirexactlocationswillbesubjecttotheapprovalofthemanagementcompany.

按照施工總平面圖，布置現(xiàn)場辦公室、材料庫、露天堆料場、結(jié)構(gòu)加工場、塔吊等臨時(shí)設(shè)施。具體位置的確定需由管理公司認(rèn)可后方可實(shí)行。Workareaseparation:Beforecommencement,erectfencewithmetalcladdingandsupportingwithsteelpipetoseparatetheworkareaandotherareastofacilitatethemanagementandtheprotectionoftheexistingstructuresduringconstructionperiod.

施工區(qū)域隔離，開工前，使用鋼管作支撐，彩鋼板作圍護(hù)，將施工區(qū)域和其它區(qū)域劃分出來，以利于施工期間管理及對(duì)原建筑的保護(hù)。Finishthe“Fourthroughandonelevel”workandsitefirefacilitiesinstallationworkinadvancetocreatadvantagedconditionforformalconstruction.開工前，完成現(xiàn)場的“四通一平”及現(xiàn)場消防設(shè)施布置工作，為正式施工創(chuàng)造有利的作業(yè)環(huán)境。Reasonablyarrangethetemporaryroad,sitetemporarywatersupply&drainagepiping,powerandtelecommunicationlinetoensuretheconstructiontoproceedsmoothly.Theseworksareinprogressnowtoguaranteeeachfacilityinqualifiedconditionbeforeexcavation.

為了保證施工正常進(jìn)行，在廠區(qū)合理布置臨時(shí)道路，現(xiàn)場臨時(shí)給排水路，電路和通訊線路，目前這些工作正在進(jìn)行，保證正式開挖前完成各項(xiàng)設(shè)施的布設(shè)。Constructionsurvey:Accordingtothesitecontrolpointdeliveredbytheownerrepresentative,surveythecontrolsquaregrid.Onlyafterapprovalbythelocalsupervisioncompanyandsurveyingdepartment,thecontrolpointandsquaregridcanbeputintooperation.Protectthesitecontrolpointsduringtheconstructiontopreventthemfrombeingdamagedbytheconstructionmechanismandvehicles.Regularlyresurveythelocationandelevationofthesitecontrolpoints.

施工測(cè)量：根據(jù)業(yè)主代表移交的現(xiàn)場控制點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行控制方格網(wǎng)的施測(cè)，施測(cè)完成報(bào)請(qǐng)監(jiān)理公司及當(dāng)?shù)販y(cè)量部門進(jìn)行檢查，確認(rèn)無誤方可交付使用。施工期間要對(duì)控制點(diǎn)做好保護(hù)，防止機(jī)械和車輛造成的損壞。定期復(fù)測(cè)現(xiàn)場控制點(diǎn)的位置和標(biāo)高。Preparationfortheseasonalconstruction:Theconstructionperiodisevenasthelocalrainyseason.Sothetemporarydewartingfacilitiesshouldbeequippedsufficiently.Purchaseanti-watercoveringformaterialsinadvance.

做好季節(jié)性施工準(zhǔn)備：本工程施工高峰正逢雨季，為此現(xiàn)場要作好臨時(shí)排水措施，材料要作好防雨淋覆蓋工作，相應(yīng)的材料須提前采購。LaborOrganization勞動(dòng)力組織Establishsystematicprojectorganizationchartandensuretheworkpostsarecomplete,managementistightandtheresponsibilitiesareclearlyclassifiedtoensuretheprogressofthework.

建立系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)，保證崗位齊全，管理細(xì)致，職責(zé)分明，確保工作的有效開展。Inaccordancewiththecommencementandcompletiondatedescribedintheschedule,e.g.absoluteworkperiod,arrangethemanpowerinvarioustradeswithrequiredquantitytoensuretheappropriatemanpowersupplyandmobilizetimely.

根據(jù)本工程的開工和竣工時(shí)間，即絕對(duì)工期，編排本工程的人力計(jì)劃，落實(shí)本工程需要的各工種施工人員及其數(shù)量，以保證合理的施工人力，按時(shí)進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場。MaterialPreparation物質(zhì)準(zhǔn)備Inaccordancewiththeprojectdesign,wellarrangetheconstructionmethodandschedule,settleallthematerial,circulatingtools&facilitiesandconstructionmachinerytomeettheconstructionneed.

根據(jù)工程設(shè)計(jì)情況，做好施工方法及進(jìn)度的安排，落實(shí)各種材料，周轉(zhuǎn)料具和施工機(jī)械等，保證能根據(jù)工程的進(jìn)度及時(shí)進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場，滿足施工需要。EducationWorkBeforeConstruction開工前的各項(xiàng)教育工作Allthestaffandworkersparticipatingthisprojectwillbewelleducatedandtrainedfortechnology,quality,safety,schedule,andconstructionequipmentaccordingtoGBT19000/ISO9002beforethisprojectstarts.Oncetheprojectstarts,theyshouldadheretothesiterulestrictlyandbeingoodconstructionhabit.

所有參加此工程的人員，在開工前必須按GBT19000/ISO9002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的有關(guān)要求進(jìn)行技術(shù)﹑質(zhì)量﹑安全﹑計(jì)劃﹑機(jī)械設(shè)備、現(xiàn)場文明施工等一系列管理制度的教育和培訓(xùn)，使他們進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場后，能嚴(yán)格遵守現(xiàn)場的規(guī)章制度，并養(yǎng)成良好的施工習(xí)慣。Strictlyfollowthequalitypolicybyourcompany,goodhousekeepingandsiteprotection.

由管理公司移交的平面控制點(diǎn)辦理完交接手續(xù)，并對(duì)現(xiàn)場控制點(diǎn)做好保護(hù)。由控制點(diǎn)引出建筑物兩個(gè)方向的控制軸線，所有控制線的兩側(cè)都應(yīng)重新做控制點(diǎn)，建立控制網(wǎng)，并做紅三角標(biāo)記加以保護(hù)。Thesurveyprecisionofthecontrolpoints控制點(diǎn)施測(cè)精度：Sidesurvey:twicesurveysbyGTS-311totalstation,theerrorofthesidesurveyis≤±2mm.

量邊：用GTS-311全站儀往返測(cè)定，量邊中誤差≤±2mm。Anglesurvey:twicesurveysbytotalstation,andthentheaverageshallbecalculated,theerroroftheanglesurveyis≤±4".

測(cè)角：由全站儀兩測(cè)回取平均值，測(cè)角中誤差≤±4"。BasedonthealtitudecontrolpointsbeingprovidedbyMWP,setupacertainnumberofaltitudecontrolpointsaroundthebuildingstomeasureandsurveytheelevationofbuilding,architectureandequipmentfoundation.Theelevationpointsoffloorshigherthan2ndfloorshallbesetwithsteelrulers,theestablishmentofelevationpointsshallbemeasuredpreciselyfrom±0.00everytime(note:thesteelrulersshouldkeepinverticaldirectionstrictlytoguaranteetheprecisionoftheelevationtransmission).

根據(jù)管理公司移交的高程控制點(diǎn)，在建筑物周圍引測(cè)若干高程控制點(diǎn)，以這些高程控制點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行建筑物、構(gòu)筑物、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的標(biāo)高測(cè)設(shè)。二層以上樓層標(biāo)高使用鋼尺引測(cè)，每次以±0.00起向上精密丈量，注意測(cè)設(shè)時(shí)須保證鋼尺的垂直，不能斜著拉尺，以保證標(biāo)高傳遞的準(zhǔn)確。Duringconstruction,arrangespecialfull-timepeopletocheckthecoordinateandelevationofcontrolpointsinregularlytoavoidexecutingbymistakeduetomovingfromtheequipmentorvehicles.

施工期間測(cè)量專職人員定期檢測(cè)控制點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)和標(biāo)高，以防止長久機(jī)械車輛運(yùn)行或碰撞引起控制點(diǎn)移動(dòng)而誤用。Thetypeofthecontrolpileasthefollowingdrawing.ThepileshallbeusedconcreteC15,theembeddeddepthshallbe600mm,andtheTHK6mmsteelplateandrebar16shallbeembeddedonthetopofthepile.

根據(jù)本工程的特點(diǎn)，施工測(cè)量控制網(wǎng)布設(shè)成矩形網(wǎng)，其中含長軸基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、短軸基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、距離指標(biāo)樁、高程控制點(diǎn)?；鶞?zhǔn)點(diǎn)、距離指標(biāo)樁和高程控制點(diǎn)都采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Theaxissurveymethodsshallbeadoptedintheplanecontrolnetwork.FirstlylocateallpointsofthelongaxisfromtheguidingpointofclassIconstructioncontrolnetworkandalignthemtothesamelinewithintheaccuracyaccordingtotheregulations.Thenmeasureandlocateallpointsontheshortaxisbasedonthelongaxis.Finallymeasureandlocatethefouranglepilesonthefoursidesoftherectangle.Adoptthemethodofdifferencetolocatetheindicationpilesofdistancealongwiththefoursidesandtolocatetheindicationpilesofdistanceonthelongaxis.

平面控制網(wǎng)的測(cè)量：采用軸線法測(cè)設(shè)。先從一級(jí)施工控制網(wǎng)導(dǎo)點(diǎn)定出長軸線上各點(diǎn)，按照規(guī)范要求將其調(diào)整到精度內(nèi)的一條直線上。然后由長
