Content目錄TOC\o"1-1"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351016"Chapter1.GeneralIntroduction概述2HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351017"Chapter2.CivilWorks土建工作2HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351018"Chapter3.Plumbing&Sanitary給排水及衛(wèi)浴工作17HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351019"Chapter4.ElectricityWork電氣工程24HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351020"Chapter5.HVACWork暖通系統(tǒng)29HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351021"Chapter6.InstallationMethodsforSteelPipe金屬管道施工技術(shù)方案34HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351022"Chapter7.DecorationWorks裝飾工程50HYPERLINK\l"_Toc317351023"Chapter8.Addendum補(bǔ)充:Technicalassurancemeasuresunderspecialclimates特殊氣候條件下保證技術(shù)措施65GeneralIntroduction概述XXPhase3ExpansionProjectislocatedonChangzhouCityJiangsuprovinceofP.R.CwhichincludesSideBySidePlant,Officebuilding,andGuard,road,undergroundutility，bicycleshedetc.XX三期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目位于中國江蘇省常州市，其中包括組裝車間，辦公室，門衛(wèi)，道路地下管線，停車棚等。Conformancewiththelatesteditionsand/oramendmentsofPRCcodesandstandardswillbeconsideredasaminimumrequirement:在施工過程中將結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)規(guī)范開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作，并以此為最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)將嚴(yán)格遵守中國法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最新版本或其增補(bǔ)版。CivilWorks土建工作一、CivilConstructionSequence土建施工順序Siteleveling→settinglayout→foundationandgroundbeamconstruction→backfillingofbuildingarea→constructionofbasecourseofgroundslab→R.Cstructure→structureofthemainbody→roofconstruction→blockwall→internaldecoration場(chǎng)地整平→測(cè)量放線→基礎(chǔ)及地梁施工→回填土→地坪基層施工→主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工→屋面施工→室內(nèi)外墻砌筑→室內(nèi)裝飾二、Survey工程測(cè)量1、Theinstrument&toolswillbeusedforthesurveyandsettingoutworkincludes:universaltheodolite,levelgage,steeltape,andetc.本工程測(cè)量和放線使用全站儀、水準(zhǔn)儀、鋼卷尺、塔尺等儀器和工具。2、Allsurveyinginstrumentwillbecheckedandcorrected,andthequalifiedcertificationshouldbeappliedfromAuthorizeddepartment.施工前應(yīng)對(duì)所有測(cè)量儀器進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和校正，并且應(yīng)有檢測(cè)部門的檢定合格證。3、Aftertheplancontrolpointworkhandedoverfromowner,thecontrolprintshouldprotectedwell.Two-directioncontrolaxiallineofbuildingwaslead-outbythecontrolprint,andallthetwosidesofaxiallineshouldmakethecontrolpointagainandmarktrianglesignal.Eachcontrollingpointshouldbeprotectedwiththetripodofspecialrebar.由甲方移交的平面控制點(diǎn)辦理完交接手續(xù)，并對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制點(diǎn)做好保護(hù)。由控制點(diǎn)引出建筑物兩個(gè)方向的控制軸線，所有控制線的兩側(cè)都應(yīng)重新做控制點(diǎn)，建立控制網(wǎng)，并做紅三角標(biāo)記，對(duì)每個(gè)控制點(diǎn)用特制鋼筋三角架加于保護(hù)。4、Accordingtheelevationcontrollingpointprovidedbyowner,severalpointshallbegainbysurveyingaroundthebuilding.Theelevationabove2ndfloorwillbemeasuredbysteelruleandcontinueprecisesurveyingfromthestartingpoint±0.00eachtime.根據(jù)甲方移交的高程控制點(diǎn)，在建筑物周圍引測(cè)若干高程控制點(diǎn)。二層以上樓層標(biāo)高使用鋼尺引測(cè)，每次以±0.00起向上精密丈量，把標(biāo)高傳遞上去。5、TwocontrollingpointsprovidedbyBLLParenotenoughtomeettheworkrequirement.Toinsuretheaccurateofsettingoutwork,theplaneandelevationcontrollingnetsystemshallbere-builtbytheknowncoordinate,orientation,andtheoriginaldataofelevation.業(yè)主提供的兩個(gè)控制點(diǎn)不能滿足本工程施工放線的要求。為了保證較高的施工放線精度，須以已知控制點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)作為坐標(biāo)、方位和高程的起始數(shù)據(jù)重新建立平面控制網(wǎng)和高程控制網(wǎng)。6、Accordingthegeneralplandrawingsandlayoutdrawingsandthespecialtyofthebuildingandstructure,theconstructionframeworkshownasbelowdrawing.Controllingpointandcheckingpointwillbesetupreferringtheexistingbuildingandcenterlineoftheroad.根據(jù)總平面圖和施工總布置圖，結(jié)合建、構(gòu)筑物的特點(diǎn)，測(cè)設(shè)施工控制網(wǎng)。依據(jù)原有建筑物和市政道路中心線設(shè)置控制點(diǎn)和復(fù)核點(diǎn)；7、Whentheplaneframeworksurveying,thepointofintersectionofthreelongitudinalandX-lineshalllocatedfromknowncontrollingpointbythemethodofpolarcoordinate,thencorrectthepointofintersectionandtheotherpointofframeworkwillbaseonthepointofintersection.Theangleanddistanceshallmeasuretwotimeswithuniversaltheodolite-GTS-311Sinstrument.平面控制網(wǎng)施測(cè)時(shí)首先根據(jù)已知控制點(diǎn)用極坐標(biāo)法定出各建筑物的軸線控制點(diǎn)，然后對(duì)控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸化改正，在改正后的交點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上定出控制網(wǎng)其它點(diǎn)。測(cè)量時(shí)采用拓普康GTS-311S全站儀，角度、距離均觀測(cè)兩測(cè)回。8、heprecisionaccuracyofplanframeworkmeasuring:theerrorofanglemeasuring,≤±5,distancemeasuring,≤±2mm±2×10-6×D,pointmeasuring,≤±3mm.平面控制網(wǎng)施測(cè)精度：測(cè)角誤差≤±5，量距誤差≤±2mm±2×106×D，點(diǎn)位誤差≤±3mm9、Theelevationcontrollingnetshalllayouttobejointnetandconformtotheknowncontrollingpoint,andtheprecisionoftheelevationmeasuringisnotlowerthanLevelGrade4.高程控制網(wǎng)布設(shè)成結(jié)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)形并符合已知控制點(diǎn)，高程測(cè)量的精度不低于四等水準(zhǔn)的精度。10、Themeasurementandlayoutofaxiscontrollingpileincludethesightrailandlocatingpileattheextendinglineofeachaxisofexternalfoundationtrench,andinsurethatthesightrailpreventfromlooseormove.Setadditionalcontrollingpoint.Locatingstakeisthebasepointfortheaxismeasuringabove2ndfloor.Theexistingfenceandbuildingcanbeusedaspermanentcontrollingpoint.軸線控制樁的測(cè)設(shè)除設(shè)龍門板外另外采用在基槽外各軸線的延長線上測(cè)設(shè)引樁的方法，即防止龍門板被碰動(dòng)，在控制軸線的延線上增設(shè)控制點(diǎn)，引樁是建筑物二層以上投測(cè)軸線的依據(jù)。可利用現(xiàn)有圍墻和建筑物作永久控制點(diǎn)；11、Toinsurethemeasuringquality,levelingshallbeveryaccuracywhensettinginstrument.Toavoidtheangleofaltitudeoverlarge,thehorizontaldistancebetweenthetheodolitemustlongerthanthebuildingheight,orextendingaxiallinebythewayofprolongstraight-linebyfrontandrear-viewmirrorandthencastingpoint.為了保證投測(cè)質(zhì)量，安置儀器時(shí)要確找平，為了防止投點(diǎn)時(shí)仰角過大，經(jīng)緯儀距建筑物的水平距離必須大于建筑物的高度，否則采用正倒鏡延長直線的方法將軸線向外延長，然后再向上投點(diǎn)。Buildingsettlementobservation建筑物的沉降觀測(cè)1、Datumpointofsettlementobservationlocatedatcornerofnortheastsite.沉降觀測(cè)基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)位于場(chǎng)地東北角。2、Clarifythelocationandquantityofsettlementobservationpointaccordingtothedesignrequirement.按設(shè)計(jì)要求確定沉降觀測(cè)點(diǎn)的位置和數(shù)量。3、Settlementobservationshallbestartedinaccordancewiththetimeandperiodofdesign.根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求的時(shí)間和周期進(jìn)行沉降觀測(cè)。4、Theobservingerrorofelevationis±1.0mm.觀測(cè)高程中誤差為±1.0mm。5、Submitthefollowingdatarecordwhenthesettlementobservationfinished:observationresult,locationplanofobservation,load,timeanddisplacementchart.沉降觀測(cè)結(jié)束后，提交下列有關(guān)資料：沉降觀測(cè)成果，觀測(cè)點(diǎn)位置圖，荷載、時(shí)間、位移量曲線圖。6、Thecoordinateandelevationshouldbecheckedregularlyduringconstructiontopreventcontrollingpointmovingormisapplyfromthevehicleandequipmentcrashing.施工期間要定期檢測(cè)控制點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)和標(biāo)高，以防止長久機(jī)械車輛運(yùn)行或碰撞引起控制點(diǎn)移動(dòng)而誤用。三、EarthWorks土方工程（一）ExcavationWorks開挖工程1、hemainfactortoinfluencethefoundationsoilprojectisthesituationofundergroundwaterandstormwater,themonsoonseasonmightbeapotentialfactortodelaythework.影響基礎(chǔ)土方工程施工的因素主要是廠區(qū)的地下水位情況。施工區(qū)域的地下水位在現(xiàn)有自然地面下約1.5m處，地下水位比較高，因此本項(xiàng)目的土方工程在施工過程中，做好明排水工作2、Small-scalebackdiggershallbeusedinsoilproject,co-operatedwithlabor,cleanupthebottomandslope,drainthewatertothesumpwell,andpumptosedimentationtank,andthentostormwell.土方工程采用小型反鏟挖掘機(jī)開挖，人工配合，清底清坡，排至集水井，用水泵排到沉淀池，再由沉淀池排到雨水井。3、Aftermachineryexcavation,cleanoutthedirtwhendothebottomcleaning,forthepartofhighexcavation,backfillcrushedstoneinsteadofsoil.機(jī)械挖土后，人工清底時(shí)，清掉浮土，對(duì)于深挖部分，不得填土，要回填碎石。4、There’s400mmwideworkareawhileearthexcavating,theslopingcoefficiencyisfrom1:1to1:0.5,varyingaccordingthesitecondition.Thesoftearthlayerandbackfillingearthlayergratitudewillbe1:1.Retainingboardwillusedareinforcementforsiteswhereslopingisnotsuitable.Drainagesystemandplashwillbesetatbottomofthefoundationpit.基礎(chǔ)土方開挖預(yù)留400mm的工作面，邊坡放坡系數(shù)為1：1－1：0.5,視施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的具體土質(zhì)情況決定，軟弱土層和回填土層的邊坡放坡系數(shù)為1：1,如因特殊原因不能采取放坡的基槽應(yīng)用擋土板加固基槽，基槽坑底均應(yīng)設(shè)置排水明溝，坡向積水坑。5、Clarifythelocationoftheundergroundutilitylayinginthesitebeforeexcavation,andobtainconstructionpermit.Accordingtothedocumentanddrawingsprovidedbytheowner,toremovethebarrierandprotecttheembeddedundergroundpipe,cableantetc.Theworkcapacityofallmachine&equipmentthatwillmoveintositeincludedotherauxiliaryequipmentshouldbecheckedandtested,thenbegintomobilizationprocess.挖土前首先探明該地區(qū)地下公用設(shè)施的布置位置，辦理好施工許可證，根據(jù)甲方提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資料，拆遷障礙物和保護(hù)地下埋設(shè)管道、電纜等。作好機(jī)械設(shè)備的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)挖土機(jī)械、運(yùn)輸車輛及各種輔助設(shè)備進(jìn)行維修檢查，試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，辦理入場(chǎng)手續(xù)并運(yùn)至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。6、Goodearthexcavatedwillbeusedforbackfilling,andbadearthwillbediscarded基礎(chǔ)挖出的土全部堆放在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用于二次回填，遇雜土及垃圾土棄走。7、Whenexcavationbymachinery,theexcavatingelevationmustbecontrolledstrictly.Topreventthemachineryfromoverexcavating,elevationshouldbecheckedwhenexcavatingandreserve200-300mmthickearth.Thefinishedexcavationshouldbefollowedbytheconcreteworkimmediatelytoavoiddippingbytherain.Incaseofmeetingblindditchorsoftsubgrade,shouldinformthedesigninstituteortheowner,andbackfillingwithfloatsoilisnotallowed.機(jī)械挖土?xí)r，必須嚴(yán)格控制挖土標(biāo)高，隨挖土隨抄標(biāo)高，應(yīng)預(yù)留200－300mm高度的土方由人工修槽，防止機(jī)械超挖。挖好的基槽應(yīng)及時(shí)澆注墊層混凝土，防止雨水泡拋槽，超挖以及挖土遇到暗溝或軟弱地基時(shí)，及時(shí)通知設(shè)計(jì)院和業(yè)主，嚴(yán)禁用浮土回填。8、Trenchdrainandcollectingwellshouldbebuiltintimeinthefoundationpit.Thethicknessofupperopeningis300mm,theinclinationis5‰,andfilledincrushedstonefullytoformthewaterfiltratinglayerinthetrenchdrain.Sizeofcollectingwell:.600mm,depth:600mm,reinforcingcage.400mm,600mmindepthwhichwatefiltratinglayerofironsandnetouterwrappedshouldbesetinthewell.Fillingcrushedstoneforwaterfiltratinginthebottomofthewellandaroundtherebarcage.Drainoffthestagnantwaterinthewellwithsewagepump2”totankonsiteandthenremovetostormsewagewellafterthewaterhadbeenpumpedout.基坑內(nèi)及時(shí)挖出排水溝和集水井，排水溝上口為300mm寬，排水溝坡度為5‰，排水溝內(nèi)填滿碎石濾水層。集水井尺寸為.600mm，深度600mm，井內(nèi)放.400mm深600mm的鋼筋籠，外裹鐵砂網(wǎng)濾層，集水井底部及鋼筋籠周邊填碎石濾水，采用2寸污水泵將井內(nèi)積水排至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的沉淀池內(nèi)，沉清后再排至雨水井內(nèi)。9、Builtfloodpreventiondamaroundtheupperstructuralrebate300×250mm.Toavoidtherainwaterinflowfoundationpit,onewatertrenchwillbebuiltoutsidethedamtodrainoffwaterintoclarificationtankandthenremovetostormsewagewell;embeddedthedrainpipewhenwatertrenchthoughroad.Thewatertrenchwillbealsosetattwosidesofthesiteroad,andpartofthemcanbereplacedbycementpipe.槽口上部四周設(shè)300×250mm的防洪壩，為防止雨水流入基坑，在壩的外側(cè)設(shè)一排水溝，將雨水通過排水溝排入沉淀池，然后再排入雨水井內(nèi)，排水溝通過道路時(shí)，將排水管埋入路下，在施工道路兩側(cè)也設(shè)排水溝，部分排水溝可用水泥管代替。10、Duringnightwork,lightingfacilitiesshouldbepreparedenough,andsetobvioussignalorwarninglightatdangerarea.Forthepreventionofwrongexcavatingoroverbreaking,theworksequenceshouldbereasonablearranged.夜間施工時(shí)，要有足夠的照明設(shè)施，在危險(xiǎn)地段設( 撐系統(tǒng)處，則用方木作支撐系統(tǒng)。2、Establishtemporaryjobshedfortimberworkonsite,andequippedwithsawingdisk,bigplane,smallplaneandelectricdrill,rotarysanderetc.thewholesetoftool&machinetofabricatethewoodformandotherwoodstructuralunit.在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搭建臨時(shí)性木工作業(yè)棚，配置木工圓盤鋸、大壓刨、小壓刨及電鉆、砂輪機(jī)等一整套木工作業(yè)機(jī)械，用以加工制作木模板及其它木制構(gòu)件。3、Builtconcretejointonthebaseplateofpoolwallinliftingpit,whichlocatedattopofthebaseplate200mmandembeddedrubberwaterstop300inwidth.Leaveconstructionseamontheslaboftank,locationofseamisat200mmfrombottomsurface,300widesteelplatewillbeembeddedatconstructionseam.水池在池壁底板上留設(shè)施工縫，施工縫位置均設(shè)在距底板上皮200mm處，施工縫處埋設(shè)300寬鋼板止水帶。4、Wallofpullinwatertankwillbeestablishedwithstandardizedwoodformandreinforcedwithbolt.Thehorizontalspacingofboltsissetonetractper750mmandthelongitudinalspacingisnotmorethan1000mmwhenbuiltformwork.Boltofroundsteelbar.12,steelpipeandswallowtailsironconsistofreinforcedsystemofformwork,andtheboltofexternalwallneededadditionalsteelwaterstopsheet60×60×3.水池墻壁采用定木模板支設(shè)對(duì)拉螺栓加固。支模時(shí)對(duì)拉螺栓水平間距每750mm設(shè)置一道，縱向間距不大于1000mm。.12圓鋼對(duì)拉螺栓、鋼管和燕尾鐵形成模板加固體系，外側(cè)墻壁用的對(duì)拉螺栓需增加60×60×3鋼板止水片。5、Builttheplatformplatewithcompoundingboardinthiswork.Lumber,100X100,spacing600mmshouldlaidundercompoundingboardandthebracingsystemforthelumberwillbesteelpipe.Platformbeamwasbuiltwithsteelformandfixedthetopofbeamwithbrail.Whentheheightofbeam≥700mm,addedbolt.12at2/3heightfromthetoptothebottomofbeamandsetboltofonetractper900mmalongthebeam.本次工程所有的平臺(tái)板采用復(fù)合木板支設(shè)，木板下鋪100x100木方，間距600mm，木方下采用鋼管作支撐系統(tǒng)。平臺(tái)梁模板用鋼模板支設(shè)，梁頂端加斜撐固定，當(dāng)梁高大于等于700mm時(shí)，在距梁底2/3高度處加φ14對(duì)拉螺栓，沿梁方向每800mm設(shè)一道。6、Thespacingoferectingpoleforplatformshouldbenotmorethan1000mm,andspacingoftheshortsteelpipeconnectedwiththeerectingpoleunderthebeamis600mm.Setcrosspoleofonetractper1200mmalongtheverticalwayoferectingpole.平臺(tái)下支撐的立桿間距不大于1000mm，梁底下短鋼管間距為600mm和立桿相連，立桿沿垂直方向每1500mm設(shè)一道縱橫連桿。7、Thestrength,rigidityandstabilityoftheformworkandbracingsystemofthesteelpipe&ironpartshouldmeettherequirement.Toinsurethecorrectnessofeachstructuralpartsizeandthelocationwhenthebracingofformworkwasbuilt.支設(shè)的模板和采用的鋼管扣件支撐系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性。模板在支撐過程中，要保證各構(gòu)件尺寸，以及相互位置的正確無誤。8、Thebracingoftheformworkshouldbesimpleonstructureandeasytoload&unload,andbinding&constructoftherebar;therebarshouldbeeasytobindingandconstruct;tomeetwiththetechnicalrequirementofthepouringandcuringoftheconcrete.模板的支撐應(yīng)盡量做到構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、裝拆方便，并便于鋼筋的綁扎與安裝，以及砼的澆注與養(yǎng)護(hù)等工藝要求。9、Thearrangementoftheformworkshouldbeproceedaccordingtotheexternalsize&specialtyofthesitebuilding,anddifferentarrangingwayfordifferentlocation.Thejointbetweentheformworkshouldbeconnectedtightlyandtheleakingofthemotarwhenpouringconcreteisnotallowed.Thesurfaceoftheformworkconnectedshouldbeshavedsmoothly,andallthecontactsurfaceofbetweentheformworkandtheconcreteshouldbecoatedwithisolatedagent;blockthejointbetweentheformwork,whichthejointistoobigthanthestandard,withfeltandplastictape.模板的排列根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建筑物和構(gòu)筑物的外型尺寸和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行，對(duì)不同的部位選用不同的模板排列方式，排列過程中必須做到模板間的拼縫嚴(yán)密，在砼澆注時(shí)做到不漏漿。拼接的木模表面必須刨光，所有模板與混凝土接觸面涂刷隔離劑，對(duì)于縫隙超標(biāo)的模板縫用油氈或透明膠帶堵縫。10、Whenthespanoftheplatformbeamislargerthan4m,thespringingheightoftheformworkonthebottomofthebeamshouldbecomplywiththedesignrequirement.Theheightshouldbe1‰~3‰ofthefullspanifnospecialrequirement.Theemphasisoftheformworkacceptanceisthecontrollingrigidity,verticality,flatnessandshouldbepaidspecialattentiononthelocationoftheaxisatexternalandcolumnform.Thefigurebelowisthestairmodelboardworksection:平臺(tái)梁跨度大于4m時(shí)梁底模板應(yīng)起拱，起拱高度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，如設(shè)計(jì)無要求時(shí)，起拱高度為全跨長度的1‰~3‰。模板工程驗(yàn)收重點(diǎn)是控制剛度、垂直度、平整度，特別注意外圍模板、柱模等處模板軸線位置的正確性。樓梯模板支設(shè)端面圖如下：11、Thebasisformwasassembledbystandardizedgangedformandconnectivecornerform.Thewayofformfixationshowedasdrawing,withbolt.12internalandsteelpipereinforcingexternal.基礎(chǔ)模板采用長度為1200的定型組合模板和連接角模拼裝而成，模板固定采用內(nèi)用.12的對(duì)拉螺栓，外用鋼管拉頂加固。（二）Formworkremoving模板拆除1、Removingnonload-bearingform(wall,columnandsideformofbeam),andthestrengthofstructuralconcretearenotlessthan1.2Mpa.Thestrengthofconcretemustensurethesurfaceandedgeanglenotbedamagedduringformremoving.拆除非承重模板（墻、柱、梁側(cè)模），結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土強(qiáng)度不小于1.2Mpa，砼強(qiáng)度必須能保證其表面及棱角不因拆除模板受到損壞。2、Whenremovingthebottomformofbeamthatthespanisbig,theworkshouldbeginfromthemiddlepartofspantotwoends.拆除跨度較大的梁底模時(shí)，應(yīng)先從跨中開始，分別拆向兩端。3、Cleaningtheadhesionfromtheformtimelyandapplyisolatedagent;topreparedwillfornextwork,thetimbershouldberemoved,rearrangedandclassifiedstacking.拆下的模板及時(shí)清理粘連物，涂刷隔離劑；木料要及時(shí)運(yùn)走、整理、分類堆放，為下次使用作好準(zhǔn)備。4、Afterformworkremoved,thehardblockwoodshouldbechiseledoffandtheboltheadbecutaway,cleanedandapplywaterproofmortarM10,compactingandfinish.拆模后，對(duì)拉螺栓處，將硬木塊鑿除，對(duì)拉螺栓頭割掉，清理干凈，抹M10防水砂漿，壓實(shí)趕光。四、ConcreteWork混凝土工程AlltheconcrretefforthheWorrkshaallbeecommmerciaalconncretee,C100conccreteisfoortheebeddding,andCC30cooncretteisforffoundaationanduuppers
