什么是移動類型？

當(dāng)你在SAP系統(tǒng)輸入一個貨物移動時;你必須輸入一個移動類型來區(qū)分不用的貨物移

動。一個移動類型是由3個數(shù)字組成的檢索表。下表中包含了幾個移動類型的例子。

Use用法

當(dāng)你輸入一個貨物移動時，你便開始了如下一系列的事件：

?一個物料憑證會被創(chuàng)建，可以被用來作為移動的證明，及作為其它任何相關(guān)應(yīng)用的一

個信息來源。

?如果移動跟財務(wù)會計有關(guān)，同時還會另外產(chǎn)生一個或多個會計憑證。

?物料的庫存數(shù)量被更新

?物料主數(shù)據(jù)的庫存價值被更新，例如庫存及消耗科目

根據(jù)移動類型，在參與的應(yīng)用中會產(chǎn)生額外的數(shù)據(jù)更新。所有的更新都是基于包含在物

料憑證及會計憑證的信息的。例如，有關(guān)成本中心的發(fā)貨，行項目中的消耗值也同樣會更

新。

移動類型的使用

注意

在其它步驟中，你已經(jīng)完成了現(xiàn)有的移動類型的設(shè)置。意思是說，通常地，你沒有必要

去維護已有的移動類型。

在這個步驟中，不同的移動類型控制標識分別存在于幾個視圖中（例如，輸入控制，過

帳控制）。你可以在各個視圖中定義相關(guān)的控制標識。

一些控制標識不僅取決于移動類型，而且還跟其它因素（例如，借/貸標識，特殊庫存

標識，數(shù)量和價值更新標識）有關(guān)，你可以在不同視圖中找到一個移動類型的幾個條目。

這些條目必須含蓋系統(tǒng)中遍布的所有可能的數(shù)據(jù)。

標準設(shè)置

在標準系統(tǒng)中，移動類型為所有的事務(wù)/事件預(yù)置好了。

建議

SAP推薦你認可標準系統(tǒng)中定義好的設(shè)置。在這種情況下，你不必作任何改動。

當(dāng)然，如果你必須定義新的移動類型，建議你參考已有的移動類型來創(chuàng)建這些新的移動

類型。如此一來，你就不必手動去維護那些控制標識了。

作業(yè)

檢查你能否使用系統(tǒng)預(yù)置的移動類型。

如果沒有，你可以根據(jù)下列步驟定義新的移動類型：

1.首先執(zhí)行這個操作（事務(wù)代碼：OMJJ）,系統(tǒng)彈出字段選擇對話框。在這里，你可以

使

用幾個字段作為條件來限定移動類型的范圍。復(fù)制一個移動類型，要選定移動類型字段

和選擇繼續(xù)按鈕。出現(xiàn)確定工作區(qū)對話框。

2.在確定工作區(qū)對話框中，輸入你想復(fù)制的移動類型的范圍（從：至I：）,選擇繼續(xù)

按鈕。

3.選定你想復(fù)制的移動類型，選擇編輯-〉復(fù)制為…。

將選定的移動類型改寫為新的移動類型（以9,X,Y,或Z打頭），及復(fù)制所有附屬的條

目。系統(tǒng)將從參考的移動類型中復(fù)制所有的控制標識到新的移動類型中。

4.檢查新移動類型的所有視圖，如果有必要，可以修改控制標識。注意一些視圖會有

一個

詳細的屏幕。

5.復(fù)制沖銷移動類型，及在回轉(zhuǎn)/后續(xù)移動類型視圖中維護這個沖銷的移動類型。

6.保存你的設(shè)置。

移動類型有一個重要的控制功能。特別地，它們在物料主記錄的庫存數(shù)量和庫存價值更

新中，扮演著主要的角色。更改-,些控制標識（比如數(shù)量串和價值串）會被認為是一個

（評估）修改。請注意從一個錯誤的移動類型的設(shè)置中出現(xiàn)的，基于（評估）修改的新的

錯誤結(jié)果，而且這個結(jié)果無法通過SAPHotline（SAP熱線）來修正的。

如果采購訂單或訂單沒有指定科目，其庫存類型（非限制使用庫存、質(zhì)量檢驗庫存、凍

結(jié)庫存）可以在收貨的時候輸入。

如果采購訂單或訂單已經(jīng)存在科目分配，收貨沒有過帳到倉庫庫存中，而是過帳到消耗

中（PS.如成本中心、固定資產(chǎn)、辦公用品等）。

對于無評估物料的情況，收貨時也會過帳到倉庫中，盡管采購訂單中沒有分配科目。

相關(guān)的特殊庫存標識：有關(guān)寄售庫存采購訂單的收貨。

相關(guān)的特殊庫存標識：

這個移動類型不能手工輸入。在有關(guān)分包訂單的收貨后續(xù)調(diào)整中，用于矯正組件的（實

際）消耗。在這種情況下，由供應(yīng)商加工（返回）的物料貸記到過剩消耗或不足消耗（科

目）中?；谶@個原因，如果作一個后續(xù)調(diào)整的話，就會產(chǎn)生一個使用移動類型121的加

工材料（PS.即最終產(chǎn)品，而非組件或原料）的項目。

使用移動類型122,你可以區(qū)分是從采購訂單或生產(chǎn)訂單退貨還是從102取消。在標準

的版本中，使用移動類型122,你必須輸入一個移動原因來說明退貨原因，以實現(xiàn)對退貨

如果你使用移動類型122退回一個收貨，你可以使用移動類型123來接收退回的交貨。

活”過帳到檢驗庫存”，但不能激活“檢驗設(shè)置”中的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。在這種情況下，你才可
