親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們,這本閱讀材料是我們學(xué)校2005年的

一個(gè),,大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教改”課題成果。它收集了當(dāng)時(shí)參加課題

實(shí)驗(yàn)的04級(jí)同學(xué)們(大一第二學(xué)期)自選的29篇精彩文

章,字?jǐn)?shù)約在1萬(wàn)1千字左右,涵蓋愛(ài)情、工作、生活、

人物等多種主題。

我們最初讓同學(xué)去自由選材,目的是了解同學(xué)們平時(shí)

閱讀的喜好、習(xí)慣以及可接受的閱讀難度。我們共收集到

了140多篇故事和小短文。這些故事和小短文讓我們進(jìn)一

步了解了這些同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí),為我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)提供了豐

富的信息?,F(xiàn)在,我們將其中的一小部分篩選出來(lái),也讓

你們了解他們?cè)谧x什么,讀多大難度的文章,及他們都是

在哪兒獲得這些閱讀材料的。

我們根據(jù)材料的內(nèi)容,編排了一些簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)題,希望

大家在閱讀之后,并嘗試回答每篇后的問(wèn)題(后附答案)。
