EquipmentRentalContract

ThisEquipmentRentalContract(the“Agreement”)ismadeasof[Date]byandbetween[RenterName](the“Renter”),and[LessorName](the“Lessor”).

1.DescriptionofEquipment

TheLessoragreestorentthefollowingequipment(the“Equipment”)totheRenter:-[Listofequipment]

2.RentalTerm

Therentalterm(the“Term”)willbeginon[StartDate]andendon[EndDate].TheRentershallreturntheEquipmenttotheLessorattheendoftheTerm.

3.RentandPayment

TheRentershallpaytheLessorthesumof[RentAmount](the“Rent”)fortheTerm.Paymentshallbedueandpayableinfullonorbefore[DueDate].IntheeventtheRenterfailstomakeanypaymentwhendue,theLessormay,atitsoption,terminatethisAgreementandretakepossessionoftheEquipment.TheRentincludesalltaxes,fees,andcharges,exceptforanyapplicablesalestax.

4.CareandUseofEquipment

TheRentershalluseandmaintaintheEquipmentinareasonable,safe,andpropermanner,consistentwiththemanufacturer’sspecificationsandguidelinesandwillnotusetheEquipmentforanyotherpurposethantheintendeduse.TheRentershallberesponsibleforanydamageorlosstotheEquipmentduringtherentalterm,duetoanycauseexceptordinarywearandtear.TheRentershallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstotheEquipmentwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.

5.RiskofLoss

RiskoflossordamagetotheEquipmentshallbebornebytheRenterfromthetimetheEquipmentisdeliveredtotheRenteruntilitisreturnedtotheLessor.

6.Insurance

TheRentershallmaintaininsurancecoverageontheEquipmentwithliabilitylimitsnolessthan[CoverageAmount].TheLessorshallbenamedasadditionalinsuredonthepolicy.TheRentershallprovideproofofinsurancetotheLessorbeforetheEquipmentisreleased.

7.Indemnity

TheRentershallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheLessor,itsofficers,directors,employees,andagentsfromanyandallclaims,loss,damage,orexpense(includingreasonableattorney’sfees),arisingoutoforconnectedwiththeRenter’suse,maintenance,orpossessionoftheEquipment.

8.Default

IftheRenterfailstocomplywiththetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement,theLessormayterminatethisAgreementandretakepossessionoftheEquipmentwithoutfurthernoticetotheRenter.

9.Assignment

TheRentershallnotassignorsubletthisAgreement,oranyinterestintheEquipment,withoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.

10.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthestateof[State].

11.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireAgreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriorunderstandingsoragreements,whetherwrittenorverbal,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthisAgreement.

12.Modification

ThisAgreementmaybemodifiedonlybywrittenagreementsignedbybothparties.

13.Counterparts

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallconstituteon
