【設(shè)計意圖】第一個關(guān)于談話的中心思想問題可以通過快速閱讀從文章中歸納出答案。學(xué)生快讀閱讀提取信息的能力可以再次得到鍛煉。書中PartB1的練習(xí)比較簡單，學(xué)生通過閱讀前的準(zhǔn)備已經(jīng)能看圖填詞，PartB2的練習(xí)一般學(xué)生通過閱讀也可以得出結(jié)論。PartB3的練習(xí)要經(jīng)過比較詳細(xì)的閱讀得到答案，并且讓學(xué)生通過改錯的方式進(jìn)一步加深對課文內(nèi)容的認(rèn)識。用聽力的方式完成PartB4既能鍛煉聽力，同時也讓學(xué)生對課文再次有個全面認(rèn)識。

【設(shè)計意圖】通過各種方式的閱讀，使學(xué)生對課文有了一定的了解，然后幫助學(xué)生歸納本課詞組，同時也是檢測預(yù)習(xí)情況，深化學(xué)生對課文的認(rèn)識。讓學(xué)生表演對話是檢測學(xué)生是否會正確朗讀對話，邀請2-3組學(xué)生展示。要求學(xué)生編寫對話是對本課所學(xué)知識的綜合使用，但鑒于我校學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)較薄弱，完全靠學(xué)生自己編寫有難度，所以讓其模仿編對話。用缺詞填空的方式寫一篇有關(guān)我校情況的日記，是對學(xué)生本課學(xué)習(xí)的檢測，也是為本單元Task的教學(xué)打下伏筆。而將本校辦學(xué)條件跟其他貧困學(xué)校的辦學(xué)條件相比，讓學(xué)生四人一組展開討論，然后讓每組派個代表匯報本組討論結(jié)果，既是對學(xué)生綜合運用英語能力的考驗，也是對本課情意目標(biāo)的升華。
