新加坡2002客戶企標(biāo)使用指引本工具文檔包含了最常用的一些圖表以幫助我們更為方便快捷地制作PowerPoint文件在應(yīng)用這些圖表之前,你需要首先在你所做的文檔里應(yīng)用藍程的PPT模版,那么所有藍程的報告文檔可以統(tǒng)一模式如果你需要在你的演示中應(yīng)用某圖表,只需復(fù)制該圖表在你的文檔中,然后修改。一般有兩種復(fù)制方法:在普通視圖下,按Ctrl-A選擇所有對象,復(fù)制,然后切換到新文檔中粘貼在幻燈片瀏覽視圖下,選擇你要復(fù)制的幻燈片單頁,然后復(fù)制、粘貼到新的文檔里,當(dāng)然也是在瀏覽模式下2使用指引標(biāo)題和正文在模版中已經(jīng)預(yù)設(shè),所以你只需要應(yīng)用即可。應(yīng)用時選擇菜單中格式中的幻燈片版式。你即可選擇你需要的版式,再填入文字按增加縮進量,文字縮進一級后字體大小和粗細或工程符號會自動改變行間距也是預(yù)設(shè)的,不要按兩次回車以增加行間距記住,復(fù)制是最有效而準(zhǔn)確的方式將一個對象的格式應(yīng)用到另一個上。所以如果你要插入一個新的對象如文本框,并且對格式不那么確定,請從工具文檔中復(fù)制3使用指引一些“要〞和“不要〞不要在按照文本自動調(diào)整格式下輸入文本,在編輯時會很難調(diào)整文本中排列間隔不要用空格,而用tab鍵:不要在一個文本框中輸入太多的文本,以后將很難修改格式12TheuppertrianglecontrolstheindentationofthefirstlineofaparagraphThebottomtrianglecontrolstheindentationofthesecondandtheconsequentlineofaparagraphThesetrianglescontrolthelevel2textTablemarkTablemarkcontroller4定制你的工具欄可以顯著提高制作速度在菜單中選擇工具欄定制,將出現(xiàn)如下的對話框,選擇其中常用的圖標(biāo)置于桌面的工具欄上:RotatetoolsPickupandapplyformatGroupandungroupOrdertoolsColortoolsIndenttoolsChangeFontSizeFontFormattingZoomBulletsRulerTextAlignToolsFontFontSizeMostFrequentlyUsedShapesNewTextBoxLineFormattingToolsShadowToolsAlignTools使用指引5以下的快捷鍵都是在左手操作的,當(dāng)你右手使用鼠標(biāo)時這些快捷鍵將極為方便。請經(jīng)常使用以便記?。篊trl-C:復(fù)制Ctrl-X:剪切Ctrl-V:粘貼Ctrl-S:保存Ctrl-A:全選Ctrl-Z:撤銷Ctrl-D:復(fù)寫用鼠標(biāo)移動對象十分方便。但是需要垂直或水平移動的時候可同時按住Shift鍵如果你需要復(fù)制對象到指定地方,按住Ctrl移動即可復(fù)制。同時按Ctrl和Shif可以使復(fù)制的對象和原對象垂直或水平使用指引6移動鼠標(biāo)以選中對象。但是當(dāng)對象沒有填充內(nèi)容是只有點中邊框才能選中,而邊框又不易看到。所以除了矩陣和表格一般可將對象填充顏色設(shè)為白色如果想選中分散的對象,按住Shift鍵然后選中一個一個對象按住鼠標(biāo)左鍵拖動覆蓋住你想選擇的多個對象,你能選中拖動區(qū)域內(nèi)所有的對象。結(jié)合Shift鍵可以十分方便地選中一些小的或隱藏的對象快捷鍵Ctrl-A可使你選中幻燈片中所有的對象或者文本框中所有的文本按住shift擊中文本框的任一局部,你便能選中整個文本框在文本框中,按擊鼠標(biāo)左鍵三次可選中整個段落;兩次選中詞或詞組。使用指引7Projectnameordocumenttitle
