壓力總是無意識(shí)的出現(xiàn),而且已經(jīng)變得無處不在,它似乎要穿透所有的事物和人。很難有一天是可以不用聽到或者讀到一些關(guān)于壓力的。一些醫(yī)生把壓力看成是新的災(zāi)害。然而,大量的調(diào)查確認(rèn)了,這個(gè)問題自1980年代逐步上升。為什么所有的都混亂了呢?畢竟,壓力在亞當(dāng)和夏娃的伊甸園里就已經(jīng)存在了。壓力是生活中不可避免的結(jié)果。沒有壓力,就不會(huì)有生命。就像窘迫可以放聲歌唱疾病,良好的壓力可以讓這些保持平衡,促進(jìn)身心健康。
